This thesis is about the meaning of ‘The enemy’ as an object. I will make use of the phenomenology in study about what the way of poet’s understanding and recognition as an subject. Phenomenological approach is the most reasonable to simplify that explanation, because this thesis is undering both epistemological view of poet as an subject and ontological view of ‘The enemy’ as an object. And, the follow sentences are why this thesis is on the side of the epistemology than the ontology. For sementic works of poet are not obscurity, the enemy on the poetry is not also apper as a concreat object with identity. But, the enemy as bieng an object preys on the poet’s mind without a pause. The enemy is out of existence but it is still in existence. With that the enemy is in connection with the poet’s consciousness. The enemy on the condition of none examination makes the meaning clearer with a take it’s place in the conscious as an object. If the enemy is presented as the concrete object, it can be exist only as the object for fight. But, it is difficult to make with the ontology of the enemy, because the meaning of the enemy is under construction and the poet is in the very confusion. And what is made through a study on the enemy as an object is not a universal truth about the enemy. Therefore, we can make it through the study on the relation between the poet and the enemy as an opposite.

In this study, overturning safety for a tilting train has been evaluated. In the tilting train, the overturning safety is one of the most important factors because the carbody inclines inward a curve during curve negotiation. Dynamic analysis considering unbalanced lateral acceleration and carbody tilting has been carried out and the overturning safety for the tilting train has been evaluated according to height of CG of carbody. From these studies, the overturning safety for the tilting train under unbalanced lateral acceleration of 2 m/s<SUP>2</SUP>was superior to the conventional one at the same running speed.
피로시험 및 비파괴 검사를 통한 틸팅열차용 주행장치 프레임의 안전성 평가

This paper has performed fatigue and nondestructive test of bogie frame for Korean tilting train. Before the fatigue test, static tests were carried out. From the test, the structural safety was investigated using Goodman diagram. After the static test, the fatigue test were conducted under tilting load conditions. The fatigue test was conducted for 10×10<SUP>6</SUP>cycles. During the fatigue test, the nondestructive tests using magnetic particle and liquid penetrant were performed at 6×10<SUP>6</SUP>cycle and 10×10<SUP>6</SUP>cycle. From the crack detection tests, it was known that there was no fatigue crack in the bogie frame.

This study presents parametric studies for design of a tilting mechanism to be used in 180km/h tilting train. The titling mechanism is composed of 4 links, a tilting bolster and an electro-mechanical actuator. The movements of the tiling center, CG of the train body, coupler center and tilting actuator along variation of upper and lower span length have been verified by the kinematic analysis. Moreover, the inclination angle and the stroke of the tilting actuator according to the variation of the tilting angle from +8 degrees to -8 degrees have been investigated. From this study, the relation between the movements of the CG of the train body, coupler center and tilting actuator and the height of the tilting center could be evaluated.
철도분야 응용을 위한 전문가 시스템을 이용한 복합적층판의 적층순서 최적설계

This paper expounds the development of a user-friendly expert system for the optimal stacking sequence design of composite laminates subjected to the various rules constraints. The expert system was realized in the graphic-based design environment. Therefore, users can access and use the system easily. The optimal stacking sequence is obtained by means of integration of a genetic algorithm, finite element analysis. These systems were integrated with the rules of design heuristics under an expert system shell. The optimal stacking sequence combination for the application of interest is drawn from the discrete ply angles and design rules stored in the knowledge base of the expert system. For the integration and management of softwares, a graphic-based design environment that provides multi-tasking and graphic user interface capability is built.
