        Fibronectin과 성장인자의 단독 혹은 복합투여가 배양 인체 치은섬유모세포 및 치은인대세포의 활성에 미치는 효과

        The selective migration, attachment and proliferation of periodontal ligament cells are the desired goal of periodontal regeneration therapy. Fibronectin is well known for an attachment protein for dentin surface. Also, Fibroblast growth factor (FGF) is well known to enhance the periodontal regeneration. The purpose of this study was to evaluation the effect of fibronection and FGF on the attachment rate and the cellular activity. Human gingival fibroblast and periodontal ligament cells were cultured from the teeth extracted for non-periodontal reson. Cultured human gingival fibroblast and periodontal ligament cells in vitro were treated with fibronectin and FGF a various dosage and culture times. Cellular activity was examined by MTT assay. The results of this study was demonstrated that cell attachment rate of experimental group was under the control value at 1st, 2nd, 3rd incubation day. But, at 3rd incubation day, attchment value tended to return to the control value. In case of fibronectin alone application, cellular activity was decreased than that of control at 1st, 2nd incubation day. But 3rd day, cellular activity was returned to the control value. The activity of gingival fibroblast in FGF alone application was decreased thatn that of control at each incubation day. But activity of periodontal cell group was increased cell activities at 2nd, 3rd day. Additionally cellular activity of fibronectin & FGF combined application on gingival fibroblast group was similar to control value at incubation day. But activity of periodontal ligament cell group was increased at 2nd, 3rd day compared with control group.This study demonstrated that combined application of fibronectin & FGF induced the selective chemotaxis for periodontal ligament cell in vitro.

        한국예술고등학교 연극교육에 관한 연구

        There are three Arts Highschools in Korea. Anyang Arts Highschool, Kaewon Arts Highschool, and Junjoo Arts High School. Theatre Education is installed in these schools with three-year courses on drama theory and theatre practices. This thesis deals on the validity and propriety of theatre courses, together with contents and methods of theatre education in these Arts Highschools, with critical analysis on the meager educational facilities and improper components of faculty. The thesis never failed to capture the problems of scarcity of adequate teaching materials, while it discussed amply on the obscure purpose, meaning, and aspects of self-contradictory structure of educational system related to entrance examination in Korea. The thesis insists that the theatre is artistic work which requires a host of intagibles qualities: creativity, imagination, elegance, energy, aesthetic harmony, fitness of body, and fineness of mind, to which the aim of the general arts education should be directed. As the creative work of the theatre is in its essence collaborative and interdisciplinary, education to foster sincerity of mind to cooperate one another is considered to be one of the main objects in the humanity courses of Arts Highschool.

        The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of Vibration Monitoring Device by introducing an example of Predictive Maintenance System using Condition Monitoring System of Hydro-turbine generator. Confirming vibration of generation equipment is commissioning procedure during equipment completion for checking guaranteed items. Data from Generator output range are used to determine output band to continue the performance of equipment. The Vibration Monitoring System is not absolute method of maintenance, but if it is used well with expert, it will be visible, data-analyzed, scientific maintenance more than others. And also, Condition Monitoring System is very important for remote controlled small hydro-power plant although most of it is installed in Large hydro-power plant.

        The Purpose of this writing is a presentation of small turbine efficiency measuring method, applicable new technology, and several analysis result for real turbine. Measurement methods of hydraulic efficiency written in here are extracted from small turbine applicable international code(IEC, ASME). It includes brief synopsis of 'Current meter method' and 4 other methods and ASFM as a new small turbine applicable technology. And several analysis of test result are for recently performed domestic small turbine result in korea. Through this presentation of extracted code, I hope that it make other small turbine concerner be familiar to perform an efficiency test for small turbine. And, some analysis of that, make other to feel the importance of efficiency test.

        안토낭 아르또 연구 - 인간과 예술 -

        Antonin Artaud, the man who is considered one of the most discussed man of theatre of our generation, wanted to reform life, to reach at some kind of salvation through theatre not only for himself but for all mankind. Susan Sontag in her introductory note of the Selected Writings of Antonin Artaud commented that both in his work and in his life Artaud failed. Artaud failed as actor and director. However, as a theorist, his influence was rooted deeply in the soils of contemporary world of theatres, pervading widely among the admirers and idolaters. Claude Schumacher properly appraised him with the following passages: But since the sixties and particularly since May 1968, Artaud, his ideas and his example,have become, for theatre people a compulsory source of reference. For many commentator, contemporary theatre which does not plunge its roots into the world of Brecht stems from Artaud. Artaud(1896-1949), French poet, actor, director and theoretician, was born in Marseille, and he came to Paris in 1920 where he acted in Dullin`s company and I productions by Lugne-Poe and Pitoeff. He sent some poems to Jacques Riviere, direcor of Nouvelle Revue Francaise, who rejected them but published the correspondence that followed, in which Artaud tried to explain the difficulties he experienced in the life of arts in the early part of 1920s. Artaud was a member of Breton`s surrealist group from 1924 until they expelled him two years later. He took acting roles in films,notably Abel Gance`s <Napoleon>(Marat) and Dreyer`s <Passion of Joan of Arc(Brother Massieu). But his extraordinary influence on subsequent theatre is based largely on his two short-lived attempts at directing and on his volume of essays on theatre <The Theatre and its Double>. He founded the the Theatre Alfred Jarry together with Robert Aron and Roger Vitrac. His manifestos stressed the idea that theatre should no longer be mere entertainment but genuine action with real efforts on the real world through awakening of the soul of men. In 1935 he founded his second theare, the Theatre de la Cruaute, which failed to outlive its first production, an adaptation of Shelley`s <The Cenci>. The features of the performance was what he called theatre of cruelty. Though he himself failed, his work has been enormously influential, especially since the Second World War; Brook, Grotowski, Planchon, Blin, the Living Theatre, the Open Theatre have acknowledged their debt to him.

      • ASFM을 이용한 수차유량의 측정

        Abstract should be in English. A make out an economical, reliable and easy to adoptable instrument in turbine discharge measurement was restricted from lots of it's foundational condition. Not with standing the brilliant progress in new technology of these day, useful instrument for flow measurement in turbine is still ongoing. Nowaday, the increasing importance of renewable energy makes it more important that the measuring turbine efficiency as a decision making index of old turbines' replacement. In Turbine performance diagnosis, Kwater(Korea Water Corporation) got an enough ability and decent reputation for who has invested lots of time and effort for buildup and development. In Korea as a public corporation who should take a crucial roll in Turbine business, Kwater has introduced some developed new technology for other domestic concerned one. With this writing, I'd like to introduce ASFM system as a newly developed instrument that can cope with lots restriction in discharge measurement in turbine. Kwater adopted the system in 2005, and performed 2 times of trial test. The test result was good enough to use the system as a reference test method.
