흔히 대학 진학률로 대표되는 교육의 질적 수준이 해당 지역의 아파트 가격에 큰영향을 주는 것으로 인식되고 있으며 정부의 정책도 학군의 광역화 등 이런 문제를 해결하려는데 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 하지 만, 이런 교육의 질과 아파트 가격의 상관관 계가 실제로 분석된 연구는 전무한 실정이 다. 본 연구는 한국의 분당과 일산 지역의 고등학교들의 명문대 진학률이 주변 아파트 가격에 영향을 미치고 있다는 것을 데이터를 사용하여 증명하였다. 하지만, 일반적인 인식과는 달리 교육의 질이 아파트 가격에 큰영향까지는 미치지 못한다는 것도 보였다. In this research we showed that the qualities of high schools influence the prices of nearby apartments. However, the size of effect turned out to be quite small. Education and real estate prices are two subjects which have been important issues in Korean society. Especially, many Koreans believe that real estate prices are greatly affected by the quality of education of that local area. It has been shown that there exist a positive relationship between the quality of education and the real estate price. However, no research has been done in Korea to figure out the causality. In this paper we picked up the point where the education system changed from sorting to mixing in some areas of Korea. When this change happened, we found out that the real estate price near the high quality high school has risen. This means that the quality of education has an influence on real estate prices. However, we also found out that the degree of influence is rather smaller than people have been expected.

The purpose of this research is to present a way of teaching dance in the digital age. The first is dance ekphrasis education based on experience. The second is digital dance literacy education, which consists of visual literacy, an interactive sense of integration, and cultural convergence. These educational measures will foster the ability to read, write, interpret and utilize the dance currently lacking in dance art education. Digital dance literacy education is a process of creative human education that not only fosters the ability to critically perceive, interpret and create digital images, but also selects, interprets and utilizes the digital world.

Purpose: The aims of this study were to identify depression rates depending on the sex among elderly people living alone and to compare depression-related ecological system factors between two sex groups. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using secondary data from the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging survey in 2018. A total of 893 elders living alone were included (152 men and 741 women). Hierarchical logistic regression was used to identify depression-related ecological system factors depending on the sex. Results: Men had significantly higher rates of depression (28.6%) than women (24.0%, p<.001). Depression-related ecological system factors in elderly women were higher educational level, poor subjective health status, impairment of instrumental activities of daily living, low satisfaction with children’s relation, financial based on children’s support, and rare meetings with close people. However, relation satisfaction with children was the only relevant depression-related ecological system factor in the men’s group. Conclusion: Our study findings show that depression-related ecological system factors vary depending on the sex of elderly people living alone. Thus, mental health professionals should provide sex-specific interventions to develop or implement depression-prevention strategies for the elderly living alone depending on the sex.
