        In this study, it was intended to identify and classify the key points and details of the concept of residential sustainability through in-depth analysis of studies related to the aspect of ensuring sustainability through preservation, management and regeneration of "low-rise residential areas" among the various types of housing in domestic cities. To this end, this study also sought to derive the analysis and suggestions by comparing the interface items between the relevant plan considerations and execution factors, such as the establishment of additional assumptions, the assessment model for each future sustainability item, and the design of low-rise residential areas required for demonstration and verification into actual progress projects. The analysis results show that most of the relevant planning (such as the village making project) and implementation factors, such as the design of low-rise residential areas, are consistent, reflecting a considerable portion of environmental, economic and social sustainability and overlap factors. This can be interpreted that the design and related detailed plans and activities of low-rise dwellings in Korea, such as making villages, actively reflect the detailed factors required by modern residential sustainability, while also fostering its representation as an ideal type of dwelling.

        주민공동이용시설의 조성 실태 및 운영 특성 분석에 따른 지속운영과제 도출 연구 - 서울시 관리형 주거환경개선사업구역 주민공동이용시설 27개소를 대상으로

        이 연구는 서울시 관리형 주거환경개선사업으로 조성된 주민공동이용시설의 시설 현황 및 운영 실태를 비교 및 분석하고, 지속가능한 운영과제를 도출하는 것이다. 그간의 시설 운영 현황을 살펴보면 첫째, 2013년 최초 시설 조성완료 이후 구역특성 및 운영역량을 고려하여 지속적으로 개선되어왔다. 둘째, 운영주체 역량의 한계로 인해 대부분 건물관리 수준의 시설운영에 그치고 있다. 셋째, 주민공동이용시설 운영중심으로 지원되는 공공지원만으로 본 사업의 근본 취지 달성에는 한계가 있다. 이 같은 특성을 고려하여 이 연구에서는 다음과 같은 지속운영과제를 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 주민공동이용시설은 시설운영 및 유지를 위한 단순 수익창출 수단이 아닌 ‘통합재생’을 위한 지원시설로서 역할 재정립이 필요하다. 둘째, 구역별 시설운영 수준에 맞추어 역량축적 및 자립운영 등이 차별적으로 적용되어야 한다. 셋째, 공공부문 지원의 종류와 방식이 당해 구역 특성에 부합하도록 인력, 보조금, 행정지원 등 맞춤형 지원이 필요하다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the operational conditions of the community facilities for residents constructed in the urban environment management zones in Seoul to find ways to maintain their sustainable operation. The results of this study can be summed up as follows; First, the community facilities have been improved in consideration of the operational competence since 2013 when the facilities were established. Secondly, the poor operational conditions of the facilities have not empowered the community members. Thirdly, there is a limit to achieving the fundamental purpose of the project just by providing public support centered on the operation of community facilities. To improve such problems, this study suggests the following reform measures for the community facilities. First, their role should change from simple profit-making to ‘integrated regeneration.’ Secondly, it is necessary to arrange some customized support for them for each level of operation. Thirdly, it is also necessary to enhance their functions in terms of human resources, subsidies, and administrative support to help the community facilities substantially.

        농촌 마을과 주택의 통합적 접근에 의한 농촌주택 조사체계 정립방안 연구

        This study intends to establish a system to investigate and analyze various impacting factors to Rural Housings such as the relationship of characteristics of Rural Housings located in a Rural Village to the Village and a Unit Housing, to the External and Internal Spaces inside the Unit Housing and the Village, and to Living Characteristics of the Residents and Space from an integrated point of view. The results of this study are largely summarized as following four kinds. Rural Housing Survey System can be largely classified into three stages, and they are a Preliminary Survey, Basic Survey and In-depth Survey. Along with these, the scope of the survey contents can be divided into a survey result by a unit of village, of land, of housing, and of resident`s opinion survey. Secondly, the surveys by village unit are on location properties, Village Identity, Street Network, Land Use, Landscape Features and Public Facilities, and consist of Literature, Discussion and Field Survey. Thirdly, the land Unit Surveys are on a Driveway, Gate Location, Housing Placement, Outer Space Design in a Yard and Outer Space Use Characteristics, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. For the fourth, the Housing Unit Surveys are on an Internal Space Design and Placement, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. Finally, the Resident Questionnaire Survey consisted of Entire Discussion Survey and a Household one, and then the Entire Survey was on the Village`s History, Village`s Characteristics, Cultivation Characteristics and Community Activities while an individual one was on Main Living Characteristics, Satisfaction and Utilization Characteristics.

        농촌지역의 일반 및 경량목구조 주택의 단열성능 실증조사 분석 및 시사점 연구

        The situation of current heat-insulation property of the rural housing in Korea has been identified as very-low, and the applied technology and construction is building in the vulnerable conditions, so the cooling and heating loads are high. This study aims to promote the affordable housing space for the resident of the light weight-wood flame rural housing, and to suggest the heat insulation property improvement plan of the low energy light weight-wood flame rural housing. Results of the study, in the case of a general rural housing, the average value of the whole is 0.13, in the case of a lightweight tree structure rural housing, heat loss of 0.02 the average value of the whole is close to 0 is less TDRi of thermal insulation performance of rural housing, also found that the thermal insulation performance is high. And show that it has a heat insulating performance lightweight housing tree structure superior general rural houses, which confirmed the potential of the structure of light-weight neck in terms of thermal environment. This study has significance to promote the feasibility and the alternative of the light weight-wood flame rural housing which can improve the heat insulation property by low energy and can be covered by the resident of the rural housing economically.
