        경구 Cyclophosphamide로 치료했던 루푸스 환자에서 발생한 방광암

        Cyclophosphamide, a cytotoxic alkylating agent, is widely used in various benign diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), Wegener`s granulomatosis, rheumatoid arthritis, nephrotic syndrome as well as in malignancies and organ transplantation. Cyclophosphamide is metabolized in the liver to various chlormethine metabolites and acrolein, which mediates the toxic effect to the urothelium and can cause hemorrhagic cystitis, bladder fibrosis, and has also been associated with urothelial malignancies including bladder cancer. It is known that SLE is not associated with an increased risk for the development of most of the solid tumors. But it has been suggested that the risk of the bladder cancer increases in patients with benign diseases such as SLE treated by cyclophosphamide. There are only very few reports of cyclophosphamide-induced bladder cancer in SLE so far. We report a case of a patient who developed bladder cancer 13 years after cyclophosphamide was given as therapy for SLE. This case shows that careful observation and urologic evaluation is undoubtedly important for patients treated with cyclophosphamide.

        8주 스포츠마사지 처치가 출산 후 여성의 신체조성, 골반정렬, 요통 및 산후우울증에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sports massage on postpartum’s back pain and depression after childbirth. The subjects were women within 36 months of postpartum, and 34 people with a total score of 19 or more were selected for the Edinburgh postpartum depression test. All subjects were randomly classified into a group to which the sports massage treatment was applied (SMT, n=17) and a group to which the sports massage was not applied (CON, n=17). Sports massage intervention was treated once a week for 40 minutes each time for a total of 8 weeks, and changes in body composition(body fat percentage), pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression were analyzed as pre- and post-mortem measurement variables. As a result, there were statistically significant differences in body composition, pelvic tilt, back pain, and postpartum depression tests in the SMT group, while there was no change in the CON group. Therefore, treating postpartum women with continuous sports massages has the effect of reducing back pain and depression, as well as preventing various joint diseases related to childbirth. As a result of this study, sports massage treatment is effective in postpartum body composition and pelvic tilt recovery, and is thought to help prevent back pain and postpartum depression.

        인쇄체 한글 문자인식을 위한 특징성능의 비교

        본 논문은 다양한 활자체의 한글 문자 인식에 있어서 여러종류의 피쳐 추출 방법과 각 피쳐의 인식 성능을 비교 평가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 인식 속도가 빠른 문자 인식 시스템 구현을 위하여 스캐너로부터 입력된 문자에서 평활화, 세선화 등의 특별한 전처리 과정없이 직접 피쳐를 추출한 다음 추출된 여러종류의 피쳐들을 nearest-neighbor classifier(NNC)로 각각의 인식 성능을 평가하고 비교해 보았다. 실험에 사용된 문자 영상세트로는 한글 찾기 순의 상위 1,000자로 다양한 크기와 활자체의 글자를 사용하였다. This paper performed a comparative study on the feature extraction method for the recognition of printed Korean characters. Our method extracts various sets of features describing the characters obtained from the scanner and these feature sets do not need any special preprocessing such as thinning to achieve high-speed recognition system. The performance of all these feature sets are evaluated by using the nearest-neighbor classifier(NNC). The characters used in this experiment are the 1000 most frequently used Hangul characters of six kind of fonts having three kind of seals.

        The turbulent flow field inside multistage cyclone preheater and pre-calciner is numerically simulated via the finite volume method. The primary air is supplied through a rotary cement kiln which is connected to the pre-calciner. The steady state velocity field shows that a strong circulating flow pattern is formed in the first and second stage cyclone preheaters. To analyze the blocking effect of solid particles in the pipes attached the cyclone bottom part, the case without the connecting pipes are compared with the reference case with the connecting pipes. As the blockage ratio changes depending on the operating conditions, the simulation results for the two cases provide valuable information for the two extreme situations where the reference case represents non-blocking and the modified case represents complete blocking. The modified case shows the stronger circulating flow in the cyclone preheaters.

        Numerical simulation is performed to evaluate the conditional moment closure (CMC) models for spray development, ignition, and turbulent combustion for the Engine Combustion Network (ECN) test cases. The CMC model is implemented in the open source code, OpenFOAM, to provide conditional flame structures through the solution of Eulerian as well as Lagrangian conditional transport equations. In spite of more accurate treatment of the convective term, Eulerian CMC provides similar ignition delays and lift-off lengths with Lagrangian CMC.

        The purpose of this study is to develop Web-site and Teaching-Learning Lesson Plan Utilizing ICT for effective learning of the students in the technical high school. The department of electricity deals with the unit 「Interpretation of electric curcuits」 of Electric Circuit subject. To develop teaching-learning lesson plan utilizing ICT, firstly, it was developed the personal homepage for learning. Homepage development has the process of analysis, design, and development stage, according to the process of Web-based Teaching-Learning System. Through this research, it is expected that the students will improve the information communication technology ability, set the interest about learning highly, so it enables to induce positive learning motive, and the teachers will be able to teach at class as well effectively.

        3차원 ID-FDTD 알고리즘의 Stability Condition과 광대역 특성 분석

        본 논문에서는 등방성(isotropic) 특성과 작은 분산 오차(low dispersion error)를 갖는 3차원 등방성 시간 영역유한 차분법(ID-FDTD: Isotropic Dispersion Finite Difference Time Domain) 방법의 stability condition과 광대역 해석 특성에 대해 논의하였다. 3차원 ID-FDTD 방법은 기존의 Yee FDTD 방법의 비등방성 특성과 큰 분산 오차를 개선하기 위해 제안되었다. 기존 연구에서는 3차원 ID-FDTD 방법의 stability condition을 수치적으로 계산하였지만, 이에 대한 검증이 충분히 이뤄지지 않은 상태이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 단일 주파수와 광대역 주파수 신호를 입력원으로 한 모의 실험 환경에서 3차원 ID-FDTD 방법의 stability condition 검증을 수행하였다. 또한 광대역 특성에 대해 3차원 ID-FDTD 방법과 유사한 알고리즘들을 비교 분석해 해보았고, 마지막으로 3D ID-FDTD을 적용하여 대형 크기 구 모델에 대해 radar cross section(RCS) 해석을 수행함으로써, 실질적 해석을 통한 알고리즘 검증 및 분석을 마무리 하였다. The stability condition and wideband characteristics of 3D ID-FDTD algorithm which has low dispersion error with isotropic dispersion are presented in this paper. 3D ID-FDTD method was proposed to improve the defect of the Yee FDTD such as the anisotropy and large dispersion error. The published paper calculated the stability condition of 3D ID-FDTD algorithm by using numerical method, however, it is thought that the examples were not sufficient to verify the stability condition. Thus, in this paper, various simulations are included in order to hold reliability under the conditions that the plane wave propagation is assumed with a single frequency and a wideband frequency. Also, the 3D ID-FDTD algorithm is compared to those that have the similar FDTD algorithm with ID-FDTD such as Forgy's method and non-standard FDTD method in a wideband. Finally, the radar cross section(RCS) for the large sphere with high dielectric constant is calculated.

        고출력 전자기파 노출 환경에서 인체 두부의 온도 변화

        본 논문에서는 지속적인 고출력 전자기파 근접 노출 환경에서 인체 두부에서의 온도 변화를 살펴보았다. 근접 전자기파 발생 장치로 반파장 다이폴 안테나를 사용하고, 안테나의 위치는 귀 옆과 눈 앞 두 종류의 환경을 설정하였다. 이때, 안테나의 주파수는 두 종류의 단일 주파수 835 ㎒와 1,800 ㎒를 고려하였다. 전자기파 노출에 의한 인체의 전자파 흡수율(Specific Absorption Rate: SAR) 값은 시간 영역 유한 차분법(Finite-Difference Time-Domain: FDTD)으로 계산하였고, 인체에서의 온도 변화는 생체 열 방정식(Bio-Heat Equation: BHE)를 이용해 계산하였다. 또한, 연속적인 고출력 노출 환경에서 인체의 온도 변화를 보다 정확히 예측하기 위해서 온도조절 기능(thermoregulation)을 고려하였다. 온도 조절 기능을 고려하지 않을 경우에는 최대 온도 상승은 안테나 출력에 비례하는 것을 확인하였다. 반면에, 온도 조절 기능을 고려하면, 피부의 온도가 5 ℃ 이상 증가한 구간에서는 안테나 출력에 비례하는 특성이 나타나지 않는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 수치 해석 방법으로, 인체조직에 손상을 일으키는 온도 상승(뇌: 3.5 ℃, 피부: 10 ℃)을 야기할 수 있는 전자기파 노출 환경을 예측하기 위해서는 온도 조절 기능을 포함한 해석을 수행해야 한다. In this paper, the bio-heat equation including thermoregulatory functions is solved for an anatomically based human head model comprised of 14 tissues to study the thermal implications of high-power exposure to electromagnetic(EM) fields due to half-wave dipole antenna both at 835 and 1,800 MHz. The dipole antenna is located at the side of the ear and the front of the eyes. The FDTD method has been used for the SAR computation. When solving the BHE, the thermoregulation function and sweating effetecs are included in order to predict more exact temperature increase. It is noted that an approximately proportional relationship between the tissues and the maximum temperature increase and the antenna power is not maintained when the thermoregulation and sweating effects are fully accounted for under high power exposure.
