고속액체 크로마토그라프법을 이용한 제제중 Aclatonium Napadisilate 의 정량 및 함량균일성에 관한 연구

A convenient high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the quantitative determination and content uniformity test of aclatonium napadisilate preparation. This method was more simple to make the sample solution for injection, and easy to determine the content in the preparation. Aclatonium napadisilate was chromatographed using a Lichrosorb-NH₂ column (4㎜ × 25 ㎝, and acetonitrile-water mixture (83:17) as an eluent at a flow rate of 1.8 ㎖/min. RI-detector response was linear over a range of 0.5∼2.0% aclatonium napadisilate under above conditions. Reproducibility studies gave relative standard deviation of 1.29%.
KSOM에 의한 부하 페턴분류와 단기부하예측에 관한 연구

In this paper,we propose electric energy forcasting and load curve. Typical load pattern is essential to accurate load forecasting and effective openrating power system. This research classifies daily load pattern using KSOM and fuzzy system. Daily load pattern was mapped into output layer neuron by KSOM and if load pattern classified by KSOM was ambiguous, load pattern could be classified by fuzzy system using weight vector and Manhattan distance calculated by KSOM as fuzzy variable. A daily electric energy is forecasted by using artficial neural network. The load curve is obtained by combining forecasted electric energy adn typical daily load pattern which are classified by using KSOM and Fuzzy system. As a result,we find that we could get more accurate results and easier application than the results from based on the hourly historical data. IN addition, to prove the validity of the proposed method is performed by KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation ) system.
