창의적 체험활동 지원을 위한 청소년 체험활동자원 운영에 관한 연구

This study explores the method to facilitate Youth Activity resources for Creative Activity. Interview was conducted FGIs(Focus Group Interviews) to education experts in every school levels about the utilization of Youth Resources. The results of this study are as follows. First, most youth programs offered in the youth facilities were irrelevant to school needs. Therefore, consultations and networks between schools and facilities for youth should be established for educational effectiveness and active participation in the programs. That is, organizations and facilities for youth should offer educational programs which schools need through discussions with schools. Also, for systematically organized pre-while-after programs in Creative Activity, the path of active communication between teachers and instructors for youth should be provided. Second, specially designed national programs for youth should be adjusted to the schools' needs. Students and their parents don't pay attention to the specially designed national programs for youth such as certification because they are not connected university entrance and career plans. Tighter certification criteria will help improve students' accomplishment and give authority to the certification. And plans which present how to use it in the university entrance and career should be prepared. 이 연구의 목적은 2009 개정교육과정에서 새롭게 제시된 창의적 체험활동에서 학교 현장이 어떻게 청소년체험활동자원을 효율적으로 운영할 수 있는가를 강구하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 각 학교급별 교육전문가들에게 청소년체험활동자원의 장단점과 개선방안, 청소년 지도사 활용 방안, 청소년 체험활동자원 지도(YRM) 활용방안, 청소년체험활동 지원 프로그램의 활용 방안에 대한 창의적 체험활동 관련 의견들을 인터뷰하였다. 이 결과 이상의 청소년체험활동을 활성화하기 위한 두 가지 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 현재 운영되고 있는 청소년 체험활동 프로그램들 대부분이 교육 현장과 동떨어져 있었다. 따라서 교육의 효과를 높이고 교육현장에서 적극적으로 활용하도록 하기 위해서는 학교와의 협의와 연계를 구축해야 할 필요가 있다. 청소년 체험활동을 실시하는 기관들에서는 지역 및 학교의 요구를 파악하고 협의를 실시하여 교육 현장에서 필요로 하는 체험활동 프로그램을 제공해야 한다. 또한 청소년지도사와 교사의 원활한 소통의 통로를 마련하여, 사전-본시-사후 활동이 유기적으로 연관되어야 하는 창의적 체험활동을 수행하여야 한다. 둘째, 교육 현장의 현실과 맞는 청소년체험활동 지원 프로그램 운영 방식이 필요하다. 인증제 등과 같은 청소년체험활동 지원 프로그램은 입시 및 진로와 연계가 되지 않으므로 학생과 학부모의 관심을 받지 못하고 있다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 인증 기준을 강화하여 성취감을 높이거나 인증에 권위를 부여하고 이를 입시 및 진로에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 한다.
