This study is for an epistemological understanding of sports-culturism as a pointing spot of Korean sports culture. The reality of Korean sports culture is that there exists an organizational contradiction between school sports and public sports due to enforcement of state-dominated Elite Sports Policy on the back side of development to a sports powerhouse, which is the reality of Korean sports culture, along with which `Victory First Policy(winning at any cost)` of Korean sports culture has been regarded as a sport ideology converged by the relationship with those ideologies of industrialization. The mechanical relation-diagram of sport ideology can be expressed as `Compressional Modern Growth→Growth First Policy→Victory First Policy(winning at any cost)` The sports culturism as a pointing spot of Korean sports culture is a trial for breaking from sport ideology in the ear of industrialization and for spreading sportsmanship in terms of culture. The key meaning of sports-culturism is the will to create an advanced sports culture. If the establishment of sports-culturism makes it possible for athletes` sportsmanship to be defined as a cultural cognizance and attitude of men playing sports, the establishment of developmental pointing spot `Chivalry→Gentlemanship→Sportsmanship→Sports-Culturism` can be a creative academic imagination.
학제간 융합연구로서 뉴로스포츠마케팅의 필요성과 방향성 모색

The recent major trend in the fields of academy and market is Fusion and Expansion for creative economy. In the reality where neuro-marketing is anticipated to rapidly grow according to the needs of the times, this research has been carried out in order to find the necessity for and directivity to the construction of theoretical foundation of neuro- sport marketing as a model of interdisciplinary fusion research. Above all, its necessity requires the effort for constructing the rational and lasting foundation of sport marketing. For the various sport-consumers` satisfaction to be considered and for enterprise performance to be achieved efficiently, the necessity for trial has been suggested to apply approaches which the neuro-sport marketing has verified more scientific and practical. Accordingly, the directivity of neuro-sport marketing and implications are proposed as the following. First, the importance of sport-consumers` subconscious should be appreciated. Second, indispensible is the determination for the conventional research methods of neuro-sport marketing and those of neuro-marketing to be complemented and for the two to be combined. Third, an effective research plan is demanded so that a subject appropriate to neuro-sport marketing may be set up. Forth, since the neuro-sport marketing needs comprehensive knowledge on its adjacent fields, it is indispensible to construct and efficiently utilize an industrial-academic network.
대학 태권도선수가 지각한 감성적 리더십과 팀신뢰 및 운동몰입의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among emotional leadership, team trust and ex-ercise flow in university Taekwondo athlete. This study consisted of 308 the athletes who participated in the 34nd Collegiate League Match for President`s Flag selected by convenience sampling method. These were the conclusions after conducting frequency analysis, exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlational analysis, regression analysis using SPSS 12.0 program and AMOS 4.0 program. First, relationship management ability, social awareness ability, self-awareness ability had positive effect on team trust. Second, self-management ability had positive effect on cognitive flow, social-awareness ability had positive effect on behavioral flow. Third, team trust had positive effect on cognitive flow and behavioral flow.

Unfortunately, the indiscreet corporal punishments were still latent worthlessly in korea as a means of obtaining a victory in the field of sports and became an issue of continuous debating. In order to solve this problem, reward can be an alternative. Therefore, this study was to investigate the relationships between indiscreet corporal punishments and rewards in the field of sports. Two different situations, corporal punishments and rewards, were commonly occurred in sports and leaded to various results depends on the values, attitude orientations, and beliefs of the leaders and athletes. In the process of performance, the corporal punishments may maximize the temporal effects on the performance ability of athletes but has a big possibility of negative impact in a long period. As a methodological access, a clue to minimize the corporal punishments may to develop a method to treat the athletes as a human being in the practice or competition with rewards such as applause or reinforcement. In addition, the leaders must let the athletes to recognize a positive expectation value throughout the competition. These dual values in the sports need to be approached by the methodological problem of natural reinforcer. Thus, it is recommended that the leaders can induce athletes to play persistent competitions with more weight on intrinsic factors-emotion, interest, and pleasure of practice, in addition to the extrinsic factors-applause and material rewards. If these methods can settle down on the frontier of sports field, we can expect that 1) development of performance ability of athletes, 2) cultivation of sportsmanship with fair play spirit, and 3) alternative way of keeping a correct competitive sports culture.
