        남성 유아교사가 유아, 학부모, 그리고 동료 여성 유아교사와의 관계에서 겪는 어려움

        본 연구에서는 전일제 담임을 맡고 있는 남성 유아교사들이 유아, 학부모, 그리고, 동료 여성 유아교사와의 관계에서, 특히 성(性)의 차이에서 비롯되는 어려움에 초점을 두고 탐색하고자 했다. 서울시와 경기도의 유치원과 어린이집에서 전일제 담임을 맡고 있는 남성 유아교사 4명이 연구 참여자로 선정되었고, 2017년 7월 8일부터 8월 27일까지 약 8주간 연구 참여자별로 4회기에 걸쳐 심층 개별면담을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 ‘개방코딩, 범주화, 범주확인’의 세 단계를 걸쳐 반복적 비교분석법을 통해 자료들을 부호화하고 유형화하며 분석했다. 첫째, 남성 유아교사들은 본인들이 담당하는 유아들과의 부정적인 관계를 경험했는데, 유아들이 남성 유아교사에 친숙하지 않았고, 남성의 굵고 큰 목소리에 놀랐거나, 아이들과의 스킨십으로 인해 오해가 생길 수 있기 때문에 일어난 경우들이었다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 학부모와의 관계에서 동료 여성 유아교사와는 다른 어려움을 겪고 있었으며, 주로 학부모들이 남성 유아교사에 대해 느끼는 생소함과 거리낌에서 비롯된 경우들이었다. 마지막으로, 연구 참여자들은 동료 여성 유아교사들과의 업무적 그리고 사교적 관계에서 어려움을 겪고 있었는데, 남성과 여성 유아교사들 간의 대화방식과 관심사의 차이로 인한 어려움들이었다. 또한, 동료 여성 유아교사들과의 원활한 관계를 유지하기 위해, 남성이기 때문에 잘 할 것이라는 일들을 떠맡는 것에 대해 불만을 표출할 수 없는 어려움이 있었다. 본 연구 결과는 남성 유아교사들이 유치원과 어린이집에서 겪는 어려움을 이해할 수 있도록 하고, 더 나아가 남성 유아교사가 유치원과 어린이집에서 유아교사의 역할을 원활히 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 방안을 연구하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of the study was to explore the difficulties of male early childhood teachers who have worked as full-time teachers in their relationships with children, parents, and female fellow early childhood teachers, focusing on gender. The participants of the study were four male early childhood teachers who have worked as a full-time teacher. The in-depth interview was conducted for 8 weeks from 08, July to 27, August, a total of four interviews was done with each participant. Gathered data were analyzed through coding and classifying by using the constant comparison method. The method comprised of open coding, categorization, confirmation of categories. First, male early childhood teachers have experienced difficulties in having relationships with their children, as the children were not familiar with a male teacher, the voice of the male teachers’ was big, and the male teachers did not want to make trouble by touching children. Second, the participants had difficulties with parents in their relationships that are different from female early childhood teachers, mostly because parents were not familiar with male early childhood teachers and felt uncomfortable. Lastly, the participants have experienced difficulties in their relationships with their female fellow early childhood teachers on account of different social skills and work styles, these difficulties were due to different communication skills and communication topics. In addition, in order to keep good relationships with their female teachers, the male teachers could not complain about extra works that females think males would do better than females. The findings of the study can be used to understand the difficulties of male early childhood teachers. Furthermore, this study could serve as a foundational work that helps people study ways to support male early childhood teachers to perform the role of early childhood teachers.

        과학분야 영재학생과 학업우수학생의 자기 효능감

        이 연구는 초등학교 과학분야 영재학생의 자기 효능감을 밝히기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 교육대학교 영재교육센터에서 수학, 과학, 정보영재교육을 받고 있는 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 220명과 대전과 충남 지역에 소재한 초등학교 5, 6학년 학생 중에서 학업성적이 상위 5%에 속하는 학생 206명을 대상으로 자기 효능감 검사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 자기 효능감, 학업 효능감, 자기학습조절 효능감, 타인기대 일치 효능감에서는 영재학생과 학업우수아간에 차이가 없었다. 둘째, 국어 효능감에서는 학업우수학생, 과학 효능감에서는 과학 영재학생, 수학 효능감에서는 수학 영재학생, 그리고 컴퓨터 효능감에서는 정보 영재학생의 효능감이 높았다. 셋째, 사회성 효능감에서는 정보 영재학생이 학업우수학생, 수학 영재학생, 과학 영재 학생보다 효능감이 낮았다. 이러한 결과를 기초로 논의되고 영재학생의 교육과 연구에 대한 시사점이 제시되었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the self-efficacy of gifted students in the area of sciences. For this purpose, The Self-efficacy Beliefs Inventory was administered to 220 5th and 6th gifted students and high achievers. The research findings were as follows; First, there was no statistically significant difference in the general, academic, self regulated learning, and others’ expectation self-efficacy beliefs between gifted students and high achievers as well as among groups of gifted students. Second, the gifted students in mathematics were higher than other groups in the mathematics self-efficacy beliefs. Third, the high achievers were higher than other groups in the language art self-efficacy beliefs. Fourth, the gifted students in mathematics were higher than other groups in mathematics self-efficacy beliefs. Fifth, the gifted students in science were higher than other groups in science self-efficacy beliefs. Sixth, the gifted students in IT were higher than other groups in computer self-efficacy beliefs. Seventh, the gifted students in IT were lower than other groups in social self-efficacy beliefs.

        펄스 레이저 증착법으로 제작한 Cu<sub>2</sub>ZnSnS<sub>4</sub> 박막의 구조 특성 변화에 대한 증착 시간 효과

        The $Cu_2ZnSnS_4$ (CZTS) thin film solar cell is a candidate next generation thin film solar cell. For the application of an absorption layer in solar cells, CZTS thin films were deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD) at substrate temperature of $300^{\circ}C$ without post annealing process. Deposition time was carefully adjusted as the main experimental variable. Regardless of deposition time, single phase CZTS thin films are obtained with no existence of secondary phases. Irregularly-shaped grains are densely formed on the surface of CZTS thin films. With increasing deposition time, the grain size increases and the thickness of the CZTS thin films increases from 0.16 to $1{\mu}m$. The variation of the surface morphology and thickness of the CZTS thin films depends on the deposition time. The stoichiometry of all CZTS thin films shows a Cu-rich and S-poor state. Sn content gradually increases as deposition time increases. Secondary ion mass spectrometry was carried out to evaluate the elemental depth distribution in CZTS thin films. The optimal deposition time to grow CZTS thin films is 150 min. In this study, we show the effect of deposition time on the structural properties of CZTS thin film deposited on soda lime glass (SLG) substrate using PLD. We present a comprehensive evaluation of CZTS thin films.

        The contact-based nanoimprinting lithography (NIL), such as thermal and/or UV nano-imprint, has been well known as one of the next generation lithography alternatives. Especially, the thermal nano-imprinting lithography technology has the advantages in terms of process simplicity, low cost, high replication fidelity, and relatively high throughput. In case of nanoimprinting process, a master stamp fabrication and its lifetime are key issues in order to fabricate nanoscale patterns on the Si and quartz substrate. The lifetime of the master stamp is caused by using various materials and imprinting pressure to make replica with nanoscale patterns. Generally, the master stamp fabrication cost is proportional increased to fabrication frequency of the nano-patterned master stamp. In this paper, the replication process for the replicas which has the high fidelity and high quality are proposed to get over the short lifetime and high cost problems to fabricate nanoscale stamp. In order to do, thermal imprinting lithography tool which is developed by KIMM was used to do 4inch Si and quartz stamp replication.
