      • LCAO 補間法에 의한 常磁性 Cr의 에너지 띠 計算

        The electronic energy bands in paramagnetic Cr are calculated with simplified LCAO method(SK LCAO method). Energy values of Asano et al, which were obtained with self consistent KKR method, are used as references in Sk-parameter adjusting. the obtained energy bands are compaired with reference bands of Asano et al and the energy results of Debnath calculated with KKR method. Density of states obtained with energy bands of ours are compaired with EDC(Energy distribution curve)of Sugawarwa's UPS(Ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy) also, and elestronic specific heat obtained with the same energy results are compaired with the experimental results of Blaugher and Cheng etal.

        Ⅲ-Ⅴ ternary semiconductors(Al_(x)Ga_(1-x), In_(x)Ga_(1-x)N) are widely known to reveal S-shape photoluminescence(PL: S-shape in emission peak and reversed S-shape in emission broadening) in 10°K≤T≤300°K which is assumed to be due to alloy potential and carrier localization. If we in-fer from experimental measurements for the crystall, such as conductivity, resistivity and mobility, total crystal will be devided into heterogeneous depleted, diffusive and homogeneous regions. Analysis of 2-dimensional depletion region could be a key point in supporting the metastable state, as mentioned below. We propose that metastable metal-insulator state, the QDs of which exert exchange force with each other, exist and become heterogeneous region surrounded by host GaN. It is similar to heter-ojunction ones, depleted between n and p-like semiconductors. This metastable state depending on composition and temperature gives rise to thermal energy gap and becomes to form depleted heter-ojunction region among the remaining majority semiconductor. This model, asserted above, which is related with charge trapping, releasing and diffusion in the metastable region, gives more understanding in accounting for crystal phase transition, than the previous models from elsewhere.

      • 3個의 耕耘날을 利用한 平衡振動式 耕耘裝置(Ⅴ) : 運動解析과 要因分析

        This is the fifth part of series of reports on the study on a blanced-type oscillating tillage implement using triple blades system. Previous reports were made on the characteristics of power requirement and vibration with which tillage implements were oscillated parappep and perpendicular to the travelling direction. In this paper, the locus and motion analysis of the tillage blade and factor analysis were carried out. Obtained results are as follows : 1. The loci od the blade edge were described as helix curve at vertical oscillation and as lacerated curve at horizontal oscillation to the soil bin movement. 2. The motion equations of blade edge are estimated as follows. Vertical forced vibration ?? ?? Horizontal forced vibration ?? ?? 3. The multiple regression equations for resultant oscillating acceleration draft, specific resistance, and torque were established by using frequency, amplitude, life angle of tillage blade, and velocity of carriage as indepentent vibrations, respectively. 4. By reducing the velocity ratio is increased providing higher effect of the reduced draft. But this effect contradicted to achieve the reduced osillating acceleration. Both effects should be considered simultaneously to find out the optimum operating condition. 5. The reduction effect of the oscillating acceleration was slightly favoured to the horizontal forced vibration type, but traction efficiency could be lowered due to the increased slippage. Therefore, it can be concluded that the vertical forced vibration type is more appropriate considering overall performances. 6. From the experimental results, the optimum operating conditions of the vertical forced vibration type are recommended as follow ; life angle 30 degree, operation velocity 0.15 metre per second, amplitude 4-6 millimetre, and frequency 22.5 hertz.

        Summary Thorough the farm's income, the difference between farm and urban incomes has been narrowed. But presently it is a fact that we have sufficient resources but we couldn't use it adequstely foreign currency income based on native product sales, no matter how the world suffer it's depression we prospect a bright future if we handle it more sensible design. In order to fullfill this, first it's necessary that we attempt a new Korean, traditional design, plus modern sense although in the farm there are bamboo, stoneware, pottery, artificial flower, woo dcarving products, in the urban area, small industry hir'ing a number of skilled labor in lack of creatawty secondly, the hand-craft at the farm, choosing the material and method of directly related with income, so I present it for material in order, however, It's suggested here that Improvement of design and possibility of usage of resources through the lab, production, the way to paint for the local products a sort of local color.

        노년층의 불안정성 대퇴전자간 골절에서의 양극성 고관절 반치환술

        Purpose: The purpose of this paper was to present the clinical and roentgenographic results that were obtained with bipolar hemiarthroplasty as a primary treatment for comminuted unstable intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with severe osteoporosis. The goal of this treatment is early ambulation with early weight bearing to prevent the complications such as a deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, pneumonia or atelectasis, and pressure sore. Materials and Methods: Twenty consecutive patients who were more than seventy years old with severe osteoporosis and had an comminuted unstable intertrochanteric fractures were treated by primary bipolar hemiarthroplasty from January 1995 through January 1998 at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of Soonchunhyang University Hospital. If there were fractured at the lesser or the greater trochanter, a circlage wire or Dall-Miles system (trochanter cable grip system) was passed through the lesser and the greater trochanter to permit its subsequent fixation to the medial and the lateral side of the femoral component. The functional results were judged according to the hip rating scale of Merle d Aubigne. Results: The mean age at operation was 79.8(70 to 92) years old. The most common type according to the Evans classification system was I-d(10ases, 50%). Singh index was case(5%) of Grade I, 7 cases(35%) of Grade II, 10 cases(50%) of Grade III and 2 cases(10%) of Grade IV. The mean bone mineral density(BMD) was -4.24(-6.95 - -3.17). The functional results in 75% of the patients were rated as excellent, very good, or good and in 25% as fair, poor, or bad. Conclusion: Primary bipolar hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of comminuted unstable intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with severe osteoporosis could return these patients to their pre-injury level of activity quickly, thus obviating the postoperative complications caused by immobilization.

        In this paper, robust vibration control of a one-link flexible robot arm based on variable structure system is discussed. We derive dynamic equations of it using a Lagrangian assumed modes method based on Bernoulli-Euler theory. the optimal sliding surface is designed and the problem of chattering is also solved by the adoptation of a continuous control law within a small neigborhood of the switching hyperplane.

      • 층상 전기장효과에 따른 GaAs/Alx Gal-xAs 양자우물에서의 엑시톤 거동에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the exciton behavior of quantum well in the superlattice semiconductor is illustrated by screening effect. The shift of exciton peak to the lower energy with the electric field increment can be explained by neighbor superlattice plate screening effect. The exciton photoluminesence can be well resolved when the neighbor superlattice plate prohibits exciton tunneling by screening effect. We assert that Quantum-Confined Stark Effect can be made clear if we add screening effect to the quantum barrier.
