In France, cultural policy begins to take on a different meaning from the Popular Front government in the 1930s. This leftist government emphasizes the politics of the vulgarization of culture, a culture reserved for the bourgeoisie or to the nobility. In 1959, the Ministry of Culture was created and André Marlaux, Minister of Culture, rushed to embody his ideas on culture, the 'democratization of culture' whose goal is to make everyone love culture. This policy, soon criticized for its spirit of elitism emphasizing the art and culture of the "fine arts", is replaced (or supplemented) by the "cultural democracy" in the 1980s. This policy of cultural democracy supports the idea of citizen participation in the cultural field either as spectators, as an artist, or even as an organizer. But following the decentralization of the 1980s, the deregulation and the globalization that happened in the 1990s, the state gradually lost control over the cultural field. The process of “désétatisation” of the culture took place and it is then the cities, armed with a powerful theory, creative city, which start to structure the cultural governance. The paradigm of French cultural policy is beginning to change. This article aims to examine the evolution of French cultural policy and analyze important elements causing this change, from the 'democratization of culture' to 'cultural democracy', then to the metropolitan cultural policy.
초등학교 전이 지원프로그램이 특수교육대상유아의사회성 기술과 학업준비기술에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 초등학교 전이 지원 프로그램이 특수교육대상 유아의 사회성기술과 학업 준비도 기술에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 현재 사설 치료실에 다니고 있는 예비 초등학생으로, 자폐성장애 유아 2명, 지적장애 유아 2명 총 4명이다. 중재는 특수교육대상 유아들이 다니고 있는 사설 치료실에서 이루어졌다. 연구 설계는 중재를 실시하고, 사회성 기술은 대상 유아들의 사전- 사후 검사를 개별적으로 분석하였고, 일화 기록에 근거한 소집단 내 또래 관계 관련 사회적 기술을 요약하였다. 학업준비기술은 대상 유아들의 사전- 사후 검사 결과를 개별적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 초등학교 전이 지원은 특수교육대상 유아의 사회성 기술과 학업 준비도 기술 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 특수교육관련서비스 전문가들의 긴밀한 협력을 통한 초등학교 전이 지원 프로그램이 특수교육대상 유아의 사회성 기술과 학업준비기술의 향상에 효과적임을 시사한다. This purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the pre-school transfer program on the social skills and academic preparation skills of young children with special needs. The study subjects elementary school students who are currently attending private treatment centers, two autistic children and two intellectually disabled children. The intervention took place in a private treatment room where children in special education were attending. The study design conducted a small group arbitration, the social skills were individually analyzed for pre-posting of the target infants, and the relevant social skills of the children within the group peer relationship were analyzed separately. Studies have shown that the transition program is effective in improving the social skills and academic preparation of young children with special needs. The study suggests that the elementary school transfer program, through close cooperation with special education related service experts, was effective in improving the social and academic skills of young children with special needs.

Despite the popularity of gamified geosocial fitness applications, there are only a few empirical studies examining their effectiveness in promoting physical activity. This study proposes co-presence, which combines spatial andsocial attributes of presence experience, as a theoretical construct that captures the essence of user engagement with the gamified geosocial mobile fitness applications. Co-presence in this study is defined as a sense of being with competitors (i.e., co-presence with competitors) and/or cooperators (i.e., co-presence with cooperators) in a physically and/or electronically sharedspace. The current study discusses and examines (1) potential determinants of co-presence and (2) how the two types of co-presence are related to perceived social support, exercise self-efficacy, and exercise adherence. Analyses of data collected through an online survey among gamified geosocial fitness application users showed that a perceived geographical proximity to other social entities with whom users interact through mobilehealth applications is positively related to both types of co-presence. The results also demonstrated that co-presence with competitors is positively related to exercise self-efficacy and exercise adherence; whereas co-presencewith cooperators is only positively related to perceived social support. Implications and direction for future studies are discussed.
