        함수비 특성곡선과 투수계수 특성곡선이 불포화토내에서의 물의 흐름에 미치는 영향분석

        불포화토에서 물의 흐름은 함수비 특성곡선과 투수계수 특성곡선(permeability-suction relation ship)이라 불리우는 두 방정식에 의해서 영향 받는다. 함수비 특성곡선은 체적함수비와 석션(suction)간의 관계를 나타내는 방정식이다. 많은 연구자들은 특성곡선식들을 제시해 왔다. 이 논문은 불포화토에서 물의 흐름을 분석할 때 특성곡선식들을 정확하게 결정하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. 비교목적을 위해서 두 방법 즉, Gardner (1958)에 의해서 제시된 특성곡선식들과 Fredlund (1994) 의해서 제시된 특성곡선식들이 사용된다. 이 두 방법을 사용하여 유한요소법에 의한 물 흐름의 수치해석이 수행된다. 수치해석 결과들은 미 Ohio주 Delaware County에 있는 TDR (Time-domain reflectometry) 계측기로부터 얻어진 현장 데이터와 비교된다. 이 데이터는 전략적 고속도로 연구 프로그램(Strategic Highway Research Program)의 한 부분으로 포함된 계절 계측 프로그램(Seasonal Instrumentation Program)에 의해 얻어졌다. Water flow in unsaturated soils is affected by two mathematical equations called soil water-characteristic curve and permeability-suction relationship. Soil water-characteristic curve is an equation showing volumetric water content-suction relationship. Many researchers have presented equations for the relationships. This paper illustrates the importance of correctly determining the two relationships when analyzing unsaturated water flows. Results from two methods, Gardner (1958) and Fredlund et al. (1994), are used for comparison purposes. Numerical simulations of water flow by finite element method are performed using the two methods. The results by the numerical simulations are compared with the field data which was obtained from time-domain reflectometry (TDR) probes in Delaware County, Ohio. This data was obtained by the Seasonal Instrumentation Program which is included as a part of the Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP).

        생열귀나무의 항 HIV-1 protease 작용과 생체내 과산화지질생성 저해효과

        Anti-human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) type I protease (PR) and anti-lipid peroxidation effects on Rosa davurica were investigated. Of the various parts tested from R. davurica, the water extracts of stem and leaves inhibited the HIV-1 PR activity by more than 45% at a concentration of $100\;{mu}g/mL$. Hyperoside from the percarp of title plant showed 25% inhibition on HIV-1 PR at $200\;{mu}M$. The methanol extract of the root of R. davurica reduced the level of lipid peroxides induced by bromobenzene in vivo.

        This study has the purpose of presenting practical tasks through inquiry into the practical ideology and current situation for Won-Buddhism social welfare at this important juncture when Social Welfare activities are now been vigorously promoted in Won-Buddhism order. To begin with, the preceding research literature and other materials concerned were examined and analyzed in this study. What comes to a conclusion is that an exogenously caused movement, in the first place, shall be conducted so as to actualize the reformation inside and the demand of the times through an internally caused movement with the Won-Buddhism"s practical tasks in the social welfare. Furthermore, in order to establish the ethical base of the welfare society and to realize the social justice, the movement shall be so enlarged as to lead to religious movement and social movement that social reformation and integration may be accomplished together with other religious and social organizations while actively leading the society to mutual agreement, socialization, social reformation and social reunification. And the whole structure and function of the Won-Buddhism"s welfare work need to be reformed, especially in the administrative and executive system, increasing effectiveness and efficiency thus to play a due key role in the religious welfare work of new paradigm.

      • 요양병원 환자보호자의 의료서비스 선호도 요인이 의료이용에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to provide suggestions for improving satisfaction with use of medical service provided by geriatric hospitals through an analysis of 4 medical service factors affecting satisfaction with use of medical service by persons tending the old people patients in the geriatric hospitals. First, nursing service turned out to have scored the highest average points of medical service factors at the surveyed geriatric hospitals with 3.97, followed by clinical process, caregiving service, and environment and facilities. Second, from the comparison of satisfaction with medical service by factors affecting selection of hospitals by patients"s caregivers, it was revealed that satisfaction with clinical process, nursing service, caregiving service, and environment and facilities in order played a statistically significant role for patients"s caregivers to select a hospital. Third, a comparison of satisfaction with medical service by factors affecting use characters of hospitals by patients"s caregivers showed that satisfaction with clinical process, nursing service, caregiving service, and environment?facilities exercised statistically significant influence depending on type of hospital operation. Fourth, an analysis into impacts of medical service factors upon satisfaction of patients"s caregivers with use of medical service at geriatric hospitals made it clear that each sub-factor had statistically significant positive (+) influence upon their satisfaction with medical service.

        환경변수 및 도로재료의 특성을 고려한 동결깊이 분석

        이 연구는 지역별 환경변수 및 도로포장재료의 물리적 특성을 토대로 하여 국내에서 최근에 개발된 동결해석모델인 FrostAM을 사용하여 최근에 사업시행중인 전국 9개 사업지구에 대해 동결깊이 분석을 실시하였다. 동결깊이 분석에 필요한 자료중 환경변수는 기상청 사이트의 측정자료를 사용하였으며, 물리적 특성중 수리특성 분석을 위해 전국 각 지역으로부터 시료를 채취하여 불포화토 물성측정 장치를 사용하여 실내실험 및 분석을 실시하였다. FrostAM을 사용하여 분석된 동결깊이는 동결지수를 사용하여 결정된 각 사업지구의 동결깊이와 비교한 결과 14㎝~44㎝ 작게 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 동결지수에 의한 동결깊이는 전반적으로 크게 계상되었으며, 사업지구별로 설계자가 다르다는 점을 고려할 때 동결깊이 산정이 설계자에 따라 상당한 편차가 있는 것으로 보인다. In this research freezing depth analyses were performed for the recent 9 project field sites using FrostAM which is a freezing analysis model developed recently within the country and a model based on regional environmental factors and physical properties of pavement materials. The environmental factors needed for freezing depth analysis were obtained from the meteorological agency website. And there were laboratory tests and analyses using a measuring device for properties of unsaturated soil for the field site samples across country to obtain hydrographical properties among physical properties. The freezing depths analyzed by FrostAM were deeper in the range of 14㎝~44㎝ than those based on freezing index. It is considered that the freezing depths based on freezing index were overestimated. And there are considerable differences among the freezing depths based on freezing index which were designed by different designers.
