The purpose of this study is to develop a estimation method of energy consumption by end-use in office buildings. For this, the current status of information on building energy use was investigated, and the domestic and foreign literature on the classification of energy use in non-residential buildings and the estimation method of energy use were reviewed. In addition, the characteristics of energy consumption by end-use were analyzed with measurement data of 48 office buildings in Seoul. As results, the annual and monthly estimation method of energy consumption by end-use in office buildings using public and measurement data was presented, and the applicability of the estimation method was examined by applying to sample office buildings.
원주응집법을 이용한 혈액형 검사 판독기의 개발 및 평가

안전한 수혈을 위한 정확한 혈액형 검사는 필수적이다. 최근에는 혈액은행 검사 분야에 검사의 오류를 줄이고 검사의 효율을 높이기 위해 자동화 장비가 도입되어 사용되고 있으나 중소병원에서 이용하기에는 매우 고가로 도입하기가 어렵다. 이에 본 연구에서는 혈액형 검사결과를 저장 및 재확인 할 수 있고, 이미지 프로세싱에 의해 결과가 판독되는 원주응집법을 이용한 혈액형 검사 판독기를 개발하였다. ABO 및 RhD 혈액형 검사가 의뢰된 148개의 검체와 비예기항체 검사가 의뢰된 154개의 검체를 대상으로 판독 결과를 비교한 결과, 양성과 음성의 판독 및 반응강도의 판독이 100% 일치하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 판독기는 추가적인 검증을 거친다면 중소형 병원에서도 쉽게 도입하여 효율적이며, 경제적으로 이용할 수 있을 것이다. Accurate blood typing tests are essential for safe blood transfusion. Recently many automated test equipments have been introduced to reduce errors and increase the efficiency of the test. However, those equipments being high in price, it is difficult to introduce automated test equipment for every hospital. In this study, we developed a reader for blood typing using column agglutination test. In the process, the results, read out by the image processing, are stored and reaffirmed. To evaluate the reader, 148 samples for ABO and RhD blood typing tests and 154 samples for unexpected antibody test were used. The positive and negative intensity of the reading and the reading of the reaction were 100% in agreement with the result of traditional manual method. If additional verification is completed, this reader can be efficiently and economically used in small-and medium-sized hospitals.

The main purpose of this research is to get some implications for improvement of school music curriculum of Korea through the analysis of music curriculum in several developed countries. The researchers surveyed the music curriculum of the 5 developed countries, U.S.A., G.B., Japan, Germany and France, which already finished curriculum revision in recent years. The researchers have agreed upon analysing curriculum of each contry with the following four factors -- 1) outline of school education system, 2) time allotment and operation of music class, 3) frames and basic structure of music education curriculum including mission statements and contents of music education, and 4) draw conclusions based on the analysis. The drawn implications are as follow: First, each countries recognized importance of music education and emphasize music class in school education. Second, there are many different points between the curriculum and operation of music class of USA and Europe. In Europe, students should study music class certainly, but in USA, students can choose music class widely. Third, every countries state very persuasively about necessity and what should be of music education. However korean curriculum statements, in comparison of these countries, are very difficult and vague for teacher and students to understand it. Fourth, each countries aim at learning of musical concepts or musicological understanding instead of learning of musical technique. We now get to some suggestions of this research for korean school music education. First, korean music curriculum should be improved adequately. Second, we raise relative importance of music class in school education. Third, we should differentiate the aims of music education for each stages. Finally, there should be more international comparative researches on music curriculum for improvement of our music education.

현장검사는 환자가 있는 즉석에서 검사하여 결과를 알 수 있으며 신속하고 경제적으로 시행할 수 있는 장점이 있어 널리 이용되고 있다. 특히 면역크로마토그래피법을 이용한 검사 항목은 편리하게 쓰이고 있으나 오류가 발생하여 재확인 할 경우, 판독선이 시간이 경과됨에 따라 재확인이 불가능한 단점이 있고 반응이 약한 경우 판독자에 따라 오류가 생길 수 있다. 이에 검사에 쓰이는 다양한 현장검사용 스트립의 판독이 가능하고 화상을 저장할 수 있는 기능을 가진 멀티 스트립 리더기를 개발하였고, 요 임신검사가 의뢰된 검체를 대상으로 개발된 멀티 스트립 리더기를 평가한 결과 100% 일치된 결과를 보였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 멀티 스트립 리더기는 실제 임상에서 편리하고 경제적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. Point of care testing (POCT) is could be easily and economically performed and was widely used. In particular, the test items using immune chromatographic method has been conveniently used. But when an error occurs, we should reaffirmed the test results, but we could not reaffirm because the test line is disappeared as the time pass, and the test results are different between laboratory workers. Therefore, we developed multi-strip reader which can store images for the test results and can interpretate the test results automatically. Then we evaluated newly developed multi-strip reader for urine pregnancy test, the test results of the multi-strip reader was 100% matched with the previously results. Our newly developed multi-strip reader was convenient and economic, and will be widely used in many laboratories.
