수박과실썩음병을 일으키는 Acidovorax citrulli와 Acidovorax valerianellae에 대한 살균제의 살균효과 연구

Antimicrobial activities of nine chemical fungicides were tested against thirty one strains of Acidovorax spp.,causative agent of bacterial fruit blotch (BFB) disease on cucurbits. As a result, nine chemical fungicides showed antimicrobial activities. Fugicide C showed 99% inhibition rate of colony formation of 26 isolates of Acidovorax spp. Fungicides A, B, E, G and H also showed high inhibition rates. Fungicide B showed more than 99% growth inhibition rate against A. citrulli isolate 11-164. Howerver, it had narrow antibacterial spectrum. Fungicide A, E, G,H showed 93.18%, 93.13%, 95.79%, 95.18% inhibition rate against isolate 17000, 12-158, 13-211 and 17000,respectively. Therefore, this study suggests that fungicide B and C could be used for potential fungicides to control BFB pathogens. However, further study is necessary to confirm their effect in vivo.

Recently, the industrial applications of magnesium alloy have been increased because it is the lightest structural metal on Earth and has many advantages such as a high specific strength, excellent machinability, high electrical and thermal conductivity, etc. The efforts of the automobile industry to reduce fuel consumption by using lightweight structural materials have accelerated the development of magnesium alloy sheet forming technologies. In this work, in order to apply magnesium alloy to high-performance air-conditioning system for electric vehicles, three cases of multi-stage drawing processes for fabrication of the EL-cover part were designed and the forming failure for each case was investigated by the FEM combined with a ductile fracture criterion.

Recently, the application of magnesium alloy to automobile and electric parts have been increased because of its high specific strength, excellent machinability, high electrical and thermal conductivity. The efforts of automobile industry to reduce fuel consumption by using lightweight structural materials have accelerated the deep drawing technology of magnesium alloy sheet. In the present study, the basic study to fabricate an automotive compressor case have been carried out. Critical damage values for a ductile fracture criterion were determined from uniaxial tensile tests and FE simulations, and then they were expressed as the function of strain rate and temperature. The proposed methodology was applied to design the deep drawing process for fabrication of Mg alloy automotive compressor case without any defect. Based on the plastic deformation histories obtained from FE analysis of the non-isothermal deep drawing process and the critical damage value curves, the initiation time and location of fracture were predicted. The results were verified with experiments.

<목적> CD40은 종양 괴사 인자 수용체족의 하나로서 B 세포의 생존, 증식 및 분화에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 여러 악성종양에서도 CD40의 발현이 확인되었다. 그러나 아직까지 위암 조직이나 위암 세포주에서 CD40이 발현되는지, CD40이 위암세포의 아포토시스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구는 없다. 본 연구의 목적은 위암 조직 및 위암 세포주에서 CD40이 발현되는지를 조사하고, CD40이 위암세포의 아포토시스에 미치는 영향
