AC 모터 및 CdS 센서를 이용한 태양 추적 장치 제어 방법에 관한 연구

최근 태양 에너지의 효율을 높이기 위해 사용되는 태양 추적 장치의 태양 추적 방법으로는 센서 방식, 프로그램 방식, 센서와 프로그램을 결합한 프로그램 혼합식으로 나눌 수 있다. 센서 방식 태양 추적 방법에서 AC 모터 및 CdS 센서를 이용한 태양 추적 장치는 저렴한 가격으로 제작이 가능하지만 모터 정지 시 발생하는 관성에 의한 오차 및 태양 빛의 산란에 의한 오차로 인해 위치 정밀도가 낮은 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 태양의 위치를 판단하는 CdS 센서 모듈 설계 방법과 추적 시 발생하는 오차를 미리 측정하여 그 값을 추적 제어 시 이용하는 제어 방법을 통해 위치 정밀도를 높이는 방법에 대해 제안하였다. 또한, 태양 추적 장치의 성능을 평가하기 위해 태양열 온수기를 구현하여 효율향상 측면과 위치 정밀도 측면에서 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 결과, 위치 정밀도 실험에서는 ±2mm의 위치 정밀도를 나타내 태양열 온수기의 허용 오차인 ±15mm를 만족하였으며, 효율 향상 실험에서는 국내 온수기 인증 기준인 KSB8202 대비 32%의 효율 향상을 가져왔다. Recently, the solar tracker has been used to improve the efficiency of solar energy. Solar tracking technologies are classified into the sensor-based method, the program-based method, and the hybrid method. Solar trackers using an AC motor and CdS sensor are low in cost, but the precision of the positions is low, owing to the inertia of the motor and the scattering of sunlight. To compensate for the low precision, we implement a CdS sensor module and propose an AC motor control method using error value. To evaluate the performance of the solar tracker, we implemented a solar water heater. From the experimental results, the solar tracker can achieve ±2 mm accuracy for sun, can satisfy ±15 mm as a limited error value, and provides a 32% performance enhancement in KSB8202 criteria.
원격제어시스템을 이용한 센서 방식 태양 추적 장치의 효율 향상에 관한 연구

In this paper, we design and implement a sensor-based solar tracker and remote control system. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the sensor-based solar tracker, we applied the sensor-based solar tracker to solar water heater. When solar tracking is impossible, since heat collection power is decreased, the outside cold temperature is transferred to the heat storage tank of solar water heater. So, there was a problem that the inside temperature of the heat storage tank goes down. In this paper, we propose a sensor-based solar tracking method using remote control system. When solar tracking is impossible, we stop the solar tracking to reduce the energy consumption of motor driving. And we stop the circulation pump, and lock the circulation valve to maintain the inside temperature of heat storage tank. In the experimental results, the tracking system shows an improved efficiency more than 32% in the KSB8202 criteria. Also, because the remote control system can alarm the foreign substance and hardware errors, so the tracking system can be recovered fast.
다중 제어 장치 연결을 위한 Modbus 통신 클래스 설계

Modbus protocol does not identify which the SCU response message is corresponding to the service request message because the SCU response messages include only the response value. Also the Modbus protocol can transmit a service request message after transmitting the previous service request message. In this paper, we propose a Modbus application protocol communication class with index code definition table to solve the above problems. As a experimental result, the proposed protocol shows that service request messages can be transmitted without processing the previous request messages, and, it is possible to identify which type of error occurred by using the index code definition table when a communication error occurred. And when simultaneous multiple service requests are generated, the proposed protocol shows that the processing time can be improved about 56% compared to the Modbus protocol.

In this study, the reinforced concrete rahmen bridge damaged by the chloride attack was investigated. According to the investigation, the degraded concretes on cantilever kerb and end part were intensively observed. Thus, the chloride content test and half-cell method were performed to evaluate the degraded parts. As a result, the contents of chloride on degraded parts were C and Dgrade. On the other hand, the half-cell potential values of rebar in degraded concrete were measured with the minor corrosion. This rebarcorrosion is expected to progressing. Chloride content D grade is due to expansion pressure by corrosion of rebar and freeze-thaw by permeate water, could see progresses rapidly degradation. In order to prevent chloride attack to concrete deck caused by deicing salts, corresponding to the chloride critical concentration must maintain grade b or at least grade c. Chloride condition evaluation standard apply to evaluation of marine structure chloride attack with chloride attack by deicing salts.
