Display engineers and researchers want to mechanical characteristics of TFT-LCD Bake Chamber due to the number of expensive, time-consuming measurements, and the geometric complexity. The objectives of this study are to investigate mechanical characteristics of TFT-LCD Bake Chamber under the loading and the heat. The structure analysis have been carried out a series of computer simulation using FEM.

The wings are mounted inside the actuator system in order to meet the needs of aileron design and kinematic analysis and Structural analysis, to ensure the structural safety analysis results are presented. Using kinematic analysis program Sim Design Aileron force acting on the joints, and information about Torque aileron requirements correct the condition was confirmed. Based on this information for each part using the Abaqus was the Structural Analysis. Margin of safety of hydraulic components and was confirmed by checking the structural safety.
Heater 방식에 따른 OLED OVEN의 열전달 특성에 관한 연구

It is important for the uniform temperature distribution of the glass in Bake Chamber with a heating equipment to produce high-quality large OLED. The temperature distribution depends on applied heater types and operating conditions. In large-scale technology, it is time-consuming and expensive to adopt the optimized type and condition through the experiments. Thus, in order to reduce these effort, numerical analysis was conducted the heat transfer characteristics of the glass according to the change for heater type on large OLED equipment using CFD. Each analysis model consisting of IR, Heating pipe and Mixed type compared the results.

This paper has written on Hybrid tractor for power train system. The tractor industry is facing to a big problem about rising gas price and exhaust gas environment. Because it was possible overcoming the past drawback, Hybrid vehicle had been decided as the best technical way since it has started operating the internal combustion engine with the electric power as the motive power. to make it applicable technically, I have designed the model of a major power transmission factor. the simulation realized in this paper will show the process of tractor being turned by torque and force of each joints

실제 산업현장에서 활용되는 RFID 시스템에서는 대량의 RFID 이벤트를 생성함에 있어 병목현상에 따른 데이터 손실과 중복적인 이벤트 데이터로 인한 이력정보의 신뢰성 하락 등의 문제점들이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 효율적이고 신뢰성 높은 이벤트 데이터를 생성할 수 있는 대기열 버퍼 기법을 제안한다. 대기열 버퍼 기법은 실시간으로 발생되는 전자상품코드(EPC)들을 일시적으로 저장하여 병목현상에 따른 데이터의 손실을 방지하고 불필요한 중복 이벤트 데이터의 발생을 막아주는 역할을 한다. 이 기법은 RFID 기반의 환경에서 운용되는 다양한 미들웨어 및 응용 시스템에 적용 가능하고 물품의 이력정보 획득을 위한 상위 응용 시스템에서 신뢰성 높은 데이터를 획득할 수 있도록 지원한다. RFID systems used in industry make troubles that are data loss caused bottleneck and reliability loss caused duplicate event data in generation of many RFID events. In this paper, we propose Queuing Buffer Method that can generate effective and reliable event data for solving these problems. This method has roles that are preventing data loss and duplicate event data by temporarily saving generated EPC in real-time. So, this method can use to various middle-wares and application systems operated in RFID-based environment and support to obtain reliable data in high-level application systems for maintaining historical data of products.

In this study single hatted section tubes and double hatted section tubes, representative of thin-walled section tube are investigated. The maximum crushing load is induced from plastic buckling stress of plates by considering that the hatted section tubes are composed of plates with each different boundary condition. On this concept maximum crushing load equation is induced and verified by experiments. From the results of experiment the differences of crushing behavior between single hatted section tube and double hatted section tube are analyzed.
