        알코올 첨가 탄소원에 의한 PHB 및 P ( HB - co - HV ) 의 생합성에 관한 연구

        This study is concerned with the synthesis and the properties of PHB and P(HB-co-HV) copolymer in Alcaligenes eutrophus NCIB 11599 using glucose and alcohol as carbon sources. Alcohols such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol and pentanol were used as carbon sources. When less than 0.4 g/L alcohol with 10 g/L glucose was added as a carbon source with glucose, the specific growth rate and the polymer accumulation rate were improved compared with using only glucose as a carbon source. The specific growth rate was increased to a maximum of 12% and 20% in ethanol and pentanol added substrate respectively. The polymer accumulation rate was increased to a maximum of 40% and 36% in ethanol and pentanol added substrate. P(HB-co-HV) copolymer was obtained when propanol or pentanol was used as a substrate with glucose. The HV fraction in copolymer was increased according to the increase of alcohol concentration in substrate. The melting temperature of copolymer synthesized by propanol or pentanol was decreased according to the increase of alcohol concentration. When propanol was used as a substrate, the melting temperature of copolymer was decreased to 142℃. On the other hand, the melting temperature of polymer synthesized by methanol, ethanol or butanol added substrate was constant at 175℃, the melting temperature of PHB.

      • A-13 : Polymer Micro- and Nanospheres as Optical Glucose Biosensors

        Diabetes mellitus is a disease that inflicts an estimate 100 million people worldwide. Current commercial methods of blood glucose measurement require a blood sample, which is uncomfortable and opens the body to infection. Thus, a noninvasive monitoring approach could lead to better compliance and reduce the risk of infection. Glucose detection based upon fluorescence is one of the promising techniques because of its high sensitivity without interference from other constituents frequently found in blood plasma. Here, we describe the fabrication and characterization of poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) hydrogel spheres containing chemically immobilized fluorophore-labeled Con A and dextran for potential use as optical glucose sensors. Fluorophore-labeled Con A and dextran were encapsulated in the PEG hydrogel spheres by reverse emulsion photopolymerization, yielding spheres from 500 nm to 20 μm. After sphere fabrication, the presence and leaching of Con A and dextran in the spheres was investigated. The fluorescence emission response of the PEG hydrogel spheres was also determined.

        본 연구에서는 이방성 항복경계면 이론을 토대로 하여 자연상태의 점성토가 갖는 이방적 특성과 소성적 거동을 고려한 구성모델을 개발하였다. 이 모델은 개선된 이방항복경계면 함수와 새로운 소성포텐셜 함수를 이용한 비관련 유동법칙, 이방경화법칙과 항복면 내의 소성 거동 예측을 위한 새로운 투영법칙 등의 개념을 통하여 개발하였다. 개발된 모델의 검증을 위하여 불교란 점성토에 대한 Ko 압밀과 삼축전단 시험결과들을 비교분석한 결과 본 모델은 점성토의 거동을 잘 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, a constitutive model which can describe the anisotropic and plastic behaviors of natural cohesive soils, was developed based on anisotropic bounding surface theory. The model was fomulated by the concepts of the improved anisotropic bounding surface function, nonassociated flow rule with new plastic potential function, anisotropic hardening rule, and new mapping rule governing the plastic behavior inside bounding sutraface. Comparing with the results of Ku consolidation and triaxial shearing tests, the predictions by the proposed model agree quite well with real soil responses.

        승강기 중대고장 분석을 통한 안전관리 시사점 도출

        As the duty to report and investigate major elevator failures has expanded due to the total amendment of the Elevator Safety Management Act in 2018, more important information on major elevator failures that have been partially identified has been collected. As of 2019, the number of elevators in Korea exceeded 700,000, making it the eighth-class elevator powerhouse in the world, but there is a trend of increasing casualties due to accidents and breakdowns. An Seung-gang-gi is a term that encompasses an elevator that moves vertically and an escalator that moves horizontally. It is an important means of transportation for most citizens that are encountered almost every day in daily life, and it is also necessary as a means of transportation that enables the construction of skyscrapers. And it seems that its importance will never diminish in the future. Major elevator failures are the main cause of dispatch when accumulating the number of 119 dispatches, and the frequency of occurrence is high. It's a shame. According to Heinrich's Law, 300 minor signs and danger phenomena precede, 29 minor accidents and 1 major accident. Accidents caused by elevators are increasing every year due to the increase in the number of installations, and the damage is threatening the valuable lives and property of users and workers in related fields due to fatal risks such as death and serious injury. Elevator safety management can achieve its purpose only when it is managed with the usual interests, awareness of safety, and full efforts of the users, workers, and the government concerned. This study was analyzed based on 2019 data notified to the Korea Elevator Safety Agency on major breakdowns improved after the revision of the Elevator Safety Management Act in 2018, and a total of 8,256 data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 version, a statistical analysis tool, to analyze the correlation with technical statistics. Proceeded. Through the analysis, it was possible to obtain preventive safety management data to prevent serious elevator safety accidents from occurring, and to derive meaningful implications that related safety management and maintenance can be effectively operated to prevent serious failures. In addition, through this analysis, we expect the development of related industries and legal and institutional improvement.

        승강기작업자 안전사고예방을 위한 안전관리 개선 방안

        Korea's elevator industry is one of the world's eighth-largest industrial sectors and the third largest in the world by new installations. This year, the number of elevators has exceeded 700,000, and the number of new installations is 30,000-40,000 every year. However, the news of elevator-related accidents is reported continuously through the media and the accident rate is not decreasing. In particular, among the recent accidents related to elevators, accidents related to elevator workers are increasing, causing social problems. This year, the National Assembly's Environmental Labor Relations Commission's National Auditors lost five lives a year and 12 elevator workers were killed in fall and stenosis accidents during the installation, maintenance and replacement of the elevators for about two years since 2018. It took place to adopt the representatives of four domestic elevator companies as witnesses. An elevator worker is a collective term for workers involved in the design, manufacturing, installation, replacement, maintenance, inspection, management, and supervision related to the elevator industry, and the related accidents are called elevator worker accidents. Analysis of elevator-related accidents in the past has shown that the fault of the user accounted for 70% of the total, and the fault of the worker accounted for about 2.5%, and the accident occurred to the user or the user due to carelessness of the worker during the lift-related work. Currently, elevator-related accidents are reported by the Korea Elevator Safety Agency under Article 48 of the Elevator Safety Management Act under the Ministry of Interior and Safety. If deemed necessary for the prevention and prevention of recurrence of an elevator accident, the cause and condition of the elevator accident may be investigated. However, the current draft law is limited only to elevators after installation inspection, and is separated from the Ministry of Employment and Labor's data on accidents occurring in the manufacturing and installation stages related to the elevator industry. This study analyzes the recent safety accidents of elevator workers and prepares safety measures to prevent them through the risk analysis, and also draws out the problems and improvements of the current elevator worker accident investigation to find the elevator worker accident rate that is on the increase trend.
