An adsorption heat pump has recently emerged as energy-efficient heating and cooling system. The amount of adsorbed working fluids is an important factor at low-grade temperatures to utilize waste heat and thermal energy storage. Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) are regarded as promising adsorbents due to their large specific surface area, tunable pore size, and pore chemical properties. However, there have been few reports that investigated ammonia uptake performance with MOFs and their nanocomposite at high ammonia pressures in low working temperatures. Herein, we developed a hybrid nanocomposite with a MOF and reduced graphene oxide(rGO) composite through a one-pot hydrothermal reaction. Its ammonia adsorption capacity was evaluated under high ammonia pressures, which showed that the nanocomposite with 3.7% rGO could have higher ammonia adsorption capacity than pure MOF.

The Suprem e Court and low er instance positions have been m ixed on whether or not to recognition the accidental death benefit request rights s extinctive prescription. Recently, however, the Suprem e Court has expressed the view that the claim s can not be exercised with the com pletion of the extinction prescription. The reason for the problem was that the accidental death benefit, which was completed by the extinction prescription, had controversial interpretation because it was not am end even though there w ere im perfect term s at the tim e of contract. Nevertheless, the insurer is refusing to pay the insurance due to the com pletion of the extinction prescription of benefit request rights and interpretation of incomplete terms. On the other hand, the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) has been instructing the insurer to pay the unpaid insurance due to the liability of the insurer and the protection of the insurance consum er s rights. The difference between the judgm ent of the court and the position of the FSS is clear. Discuss the interpretation of incomplete term s and the position of the court. It also exam ines the retroactive effect and the unconstitutionality of the Special Act. In order to m inim ize the confusion of the application of law s and protect the rights of insurance consumers, ‘A special bill on the accidental death benefit request period extention has recently been propose the bill at the National Assembly. I explained the contents of this special bill, and reviewed jurisprudential whether it violated the extinction prescription and w hether it w as legitim ate retroactive legislation. The enforcem ent of the special law provides the insurance consum er w ith the opportunity to escape from the situation of loss of the expected profit due to the incom plete contract design and the loss of the dam age to the insurance consum er, I hope that the insurer and the consum er w ill be a stepping stone to encourage careful decision m aking in insurance contracts.
