중고 의류제품에 대한 인식, 구매동기 및 구매행동 연구

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the differences in purchase behaviors, buying motives of secondhand clothing and the perception toward secondhand clothing products among the groups as determined by their gender and age. Data were collected by a pilot test and the final questionnaire survey administered to 456subjects in the age range from 20 to 59, living in Seoul; 430 were used for data analyses. The results showed that 3 factors for buying motives (distinction, affordability, and quality & attractiveness) and 2 factors for perception toward secondhand clothes (positive and negative perceptions) were formulated. Women tended to buy more secondhand clothing products for themselves as well as their family, and put more importance on most of selective criteria than men did. The young were likely to have negative perception and to buy at diverse places. Those having experiences of buying secondhand clothes showed mere positive perception on such products. It is expected that this study provides basic information needed for secondhand apparel companies to develop their marketing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

미국 태권도장 환경변화에 따른 수련프로그램의 변화 양상

Taekwondo, which was originated from Republic of Korea, has developed as martial arts sports practiced in 206 countries in the world according to World Taekwondo Federation (WTF, 2013). Taekwondo has been consistently recognized by Taekwondo trainees all over the world as competitive sports and also as life-time sports by forming psychological, physical, social, educational, and martial value mean while. Such an international spread and development of Taekwondo was due to the fact that there was vitalizations of international spread centrally in the North American region together with an innovation in the domestic technical system of Taekwondo. Considering the aspect that Taekwondo has been spread and developed, it seems like that there will be a continuous extension of practicing environment of Taekwondo in the North American region in the future. Therefore, this research aimed to have a detailed look at the management environment of Taekwondo gyms at the present, and at the same time, to study the changing aspects of the training programs of Taekwondo gym in the United States. Thus, the conclusion of this study is as follows. First, the Taekwondo gyms in the United states today are changing from the place for teaching martial arts to the platform for the educational service. Second, parent, in the United States are getting aware of that Taekwondo has an effect on the personality education of children and youth. Third, the Taekwondo gyms in the United States made a distinction between a training program for adult trainees and the other one for children and youth trainees, and operates vitalizations of both two sectors at the same time. Fourth, there is an increasing importance of programs for children and youth, and this phenomena copies or develops the form of educational service of Taekwondo gyms in Korea. When closely look at the result of this research, it is considered that there is a need to prepare the effective educational programs for Taekwondo masters, who are educated domestically, for them to go overseas.

태권도장 지도자의 리더십유형에 따른 학부모의 서비스품질 인식이 재등록과 추천의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this research was to investigate how the service quality effected by the Taekwondo private schools’ instructors’ leadership types. The total of 250 survey has been distributed for this research, and 180 of survey has been utilized for final analysis. For data analysis, we executed frequency analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis through SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 statistics program. Research results are as follow. First of all, it is shown that the leadership of Taekwondo gym manager has effect on the service quality of Taekwondo gym recognized by the parents. Secondly, it is shown that the leardership of Taekwondo gym manager has effect on the behavior of the parents after purchase. Thirdly, it is shown that the Taekwondo gym’s service quality recognized by parents has effect on behavior after purchase he following consequence could be proposed according to statistics research result. First of all, Taekwondo gym manager should get rid of uniform and universal way and should consecutively develop a differentiated Taekwondo gym operating program. Secondly, Taekwondo gym manager should collect development-oriented opinions from the parents and make them understand manager’s individual operation method through regular communication opportunities. Thirdly, Taekwondo training programs, facilities and the gym’s environment should be periodically supplemented and be publicized.

인성교육을 위한 초등학교 태권도 방과후활동의 실행 전략

영어 초록 This research aims at examining the strategies for minimizing conflicts between students and the Taekwondo gyms, under the context of increased demand for after-school Taekwondo programs for enhanced humanity education through the means of Taekwondo training for elementary school students. The result of the research distills down to the following principles. The objective and purpose of the after-school Taekwondo programs are to elevate the practice of humanity education through Taekwondo and complement the existing physical education activities. The foremost problem in the current program was the conflict of interest between schools and existing gyms in the same locality. Next was the concern surrounding the quality of the Taekwondo program under the school’s poorly equipped facilities. Therefore, the following strategies are presented to confront the abovementioned backgrounds. First, create a Taekwondo training program as part of the after-school elementary classes, while restricting its link with rank and promotion. Second, limit the operation hours of the training program so as to differ from privately owned Taekwondo gym facilities. Third, provide the necessary equipment for training sponsored by local Taekwondo associations, thereby maintaining the positive image of Taekwondo. Fourth, obtain and maintain each student’s training records for ease of transfer to the Taekwondo gyms from the after-school program. Fifth, grant the opportunity for students who have completed the after-school program to be tested and promoted in an expedited manner if and when they join the local gyms. Sixth, seek recommendations from the local Taekwondo associations in hiring the instructors for the after-school program. The future of Taekwondo lies not on the short-term profit of the gyms. Increasing the overall Taekwondo population and encouraging the continued education of the learners are of pivotal importance. More studies should be conducted to encourage the after-school programs to become a positive, rather than negative, factor to the local Taekwondo facilities.

디지털전환 시대의 태권도 이벤트 활성화 전략

연구목적 이 연구는 디지털전환 시대의 태권도 공연 이벤트 활성화 전략을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구방법 연구의 목적달성을 위하여 전문가 집단을 구성하고 개방형 설문을 실시하였으며 응답 내용은 체계적 내용 분석을 통해 조직화, 구조화 하였다. 결과 연구의 결과를 비즈니스 모델 구조화 8개 범주에 적합하게 구성 할 수 있었으며 이에 태권도 이벤트 활성화를 위한 전략적 방향성은 크게 네 가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 디지털 온라인 플랫폼 활용 이벤트 콘텐츠 제공 방법의 다각화. 둘째, 온라인에서 홍보와 마케팅 방법의 다양화 추구, 셋째, 잠재적 관람자의 정보 획득 및 접근 방법의 다각화. 넷째, 태권도 이벤트 안전의 보장이다. 결론 디지털 전환의 시대에 중요한 것은 해당 콘텐츠를 디지털화 할 것인가? 또는 콘텐츠라 제공되는 채널을 디지털화 할 것인가?에 대한 선택과 집중, 그리고 단계적인 활용의 발전이 필요하다. PURPOSE This study was intended to identify strategies for activating Taekwondo performance events in the era of digital transformation. METHOD An expert group was formed and an open-ended questionnaire was conducted, and the responses were organized and structured through systematic content analysis. RESULT The results of the study could be properly organized into eight categories of business model structure, and four strategic directions for activating the Taekwondo event were presented. First, diversification of methods of providing event content utilizing digital online platforms. Second, seeking diversification of online public relations and marketing methods, and third, diversification of information acquisition and access methods for potential viewers. Fourth, taekwondo event safety is guaranteed. CONCLUSION In the era of digital transformation, what is important is to digitize the content? It is necessary to select and concentrate on whether to digitize the channel provided as content, and development of use in stages.

플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 활용한 국기원의 사업 확대 전략

이 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 모델을 활용하여 국기원의 사업영역 확대를 규명하기 위하여 본 조사에서 심층면담과 IPA 분석 기법을 활용하였다. 이에 따른 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 플랫폼 비즈니스 적용 미래 예상 사업의 전략적 방향성은 첫째, 개방성의 확보, 둘째, 전문성의 확보, 셋째, 차별성의 확보, 넷째, 접근성의 확보이다. 다음으로 IPA 분석을 통하여 심층면담에서 규명된 플랫폼 비즈니스 적용을 기반으로한 미래 예상 사업영역들의 구체화 중요도 및 적용가능 성에 대하여 다음과 같이 정리한다. 첫째, 우선적으로 실행이 필요한 영역의 온라인 종합정보시스템 구축, 태권도 정보 포털사이트 개발 및 운영, 기존 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 활용 확대, SNS 활용 일반인 또는 수련생 참여 온라인 이벤트 개최 등 4개의 항목을 확인하였다. 둘째, 국기원의 역량 재고를 통해 효과성을 높여야하는 영역의 IT기반의 콘텐츠 개발 전문 인력 고용 및 배치, 태권도 전문 사회연결망서비스(소셜네트워크서비스: SNS) 개발 등 2개의 항목을 확인하였다. 셋째, 사업내용의 간소화 또는 재검토가 필요한 영역의 온라인 지도자 보수 교육 프로그램 개발 및 확충, 온라인 수련 프로그램 개발 및 확충 등 2개의 항목을 확인하였다. 넷째, 사업성이 미흡한 영역의 증명서 발급의 전산화 및 간소화, 태권도 지도자 전문인력 정보 채널 운영, IT기반의 콘텐츠 관리 및 운용 전문인력 고용 및 배치 등 3개의 항목을 확인하였다. This research uses in-depth interview and IPA analysis method to investigate the development of Kukkiwon business realm using a platform business model. The result is the following. To strategically chanel the future business project applying platform business model, Kukkiwon should have openness, expertise, differentiation and accessibility. Next, this research is going to summarize how specific, important and easily applicable the future anticipated business realm would be based in the in-depth interview with IPA analysis method. First of all, this research identifies the following four items : the establishment of online information system in the sector that desperately needs to be implemented, the development and operation of Taekwondo information portal website, the expansion of the existing SNS system, and the hosting of online event for the public or the trainees. Secondly, it identifies two items; the employment and allocation of expert personnel for developing the contents based on IT if Kukkiwon were to improve its efficiency through enlarging its personnel and the SNS exclusively about Taekwondo. Thirdly, when it comes to the sector that needs to be reduced or re-investigated, Kukkiwon should develop and enlarge its online program for the leaders and online training program. Lastly, Kukkiwon should computerize and simplify issuing the certificate on less profitable sector, operate the channel about Taekwondo leader and personnel, and hire the personnel to manage and run the IT-based contents.

미국 태권도장 서비스품질요인의 상대적 중요도

이 연구는 계층분석에 효율적인 연구를 진행가능토록 할 미국 내 태권도장 한인 지도자를 모집단으로 하여 편의표본추출법에 의해 23명의 연구참여자를 선정하고 불성실한 응답자 6명을 제외하고 총 17명의 최종 연구참여자를 바탕으로 설문지를 활용한 계층분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 미국 태권도장의 서비스품질 구성요인 중, 유형성 요소가 가장 높은 우선순위를 나타내었으며, 공감성, 응답성, 신뢰성, 확신성 등의 순위로 나타났다. 이에 따른 미국 태권도장의 경영적 시사점은 다음과 같이 정리 할수 있다. 첫째, 미국 태권도장 경영에 있어서 시설과 장비, 환경이 매우 중요하므로 지도자의 개성과 능력에 적합한 프로그램에 맞추어 합리적인 시설 구비를 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 지속적인 수련생 욕구파악을 위한 경영활동을 기획 및 실행해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 현지인들과의 문화적 간국을 최소화 하기 위한 방법을 태권도장 경영 시 학부모 및 수련생과의 자연스러운 의사소통의 실현에서 찾아간다. 이 연구가 미국 태권도장으로의 진출을 준비하는 국내 지도자들에게 기초자료로서 의의를 지니는 바, 그 시사점은 다음과 같이 정리할 수 있다. 첫째, 미국의 스포츠시설 및 사설 교육서비스 기관 운영에 대한 제도와 법률에 관한 기초교육이 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 영어 기초교육과 함께 미국 문화에 대한 교육이 집중적으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 미국 사회에서 통용되는 사무교육을 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 한국역사교육과 함께 무도사 교육이 동시에 이루어져야 한다. In order to make the process of hierarchical analysis more efficient, this research is done based on the survey submitted by 17 participants out of 23 people selected by convenience sampling method when Korean instructors of taekwondo studios in the United States are a population, and 6 are excluded for insincerity. As a result, among the various factors of service quality in American taekwondo studios, service tangibility is a priority, and this is followed by perceptual openness, responsiveness, reliability, and certainty in order. Hereupon, the managerial implications of the result for American taekwondo studios are the followings. First, in terms of managing taekwondo studios in the United States, facilities, equipments, and circumstances are very important factors, so those that fit with instructors’ style and capability should be prepared. Second, there should be a planning and execution of continuous managerial activities to understand trainees’ needs. Third, to minimize the cultural gap with locals, instructors should realize the importance of natural communication with trainees and their parents and include this as their managerial task. Furthermore, this research has following implications as a significant base line data for Korean instructors who seek entry into taekwondo studios in the United States. Firstly, there should be a basic education on the American legal system of operating sports facilities and private education service institutions. On top of that, the education on American culture is also necessary. Third, the education on office work used in the United States should be taught. Lastly, Korean history and chivalry should be educated as well.

태권도장의 합리적 운영을 위한 요인 탐색

This study aims at analyzing the factors which the manager of Taekwondo gyms take into account for more effective management of their facilities and categorizing each factor by its characteristics, thereby pointing out the traits uncommon to other sports facilities industry. The research incorporates data collected from in-depth interviews with five Taekwondo Masters who manage their own gyms in which they instruct Taekwondo. A close examination in search for the reasonable management of Taekwondo facilities resulted in two most important factors, arising from both educational and management perspectives. Taekwondo Masters who stress the function and value of Taekwondo as a means of education should take into consideration the following four factors: the instruction philosophy, the Taekwondo program itself, the Master’s capability, and contribution to local societies. Next, those who stress the business aspect of the sport and are committed to spreading Taekwondo as a popular phyiscal exercise should consider the management-related factors: location, internal facilities, non-Taekwondo programs, general amenities and services, diverse pricing, social networking, etc., as ways to develop various programs. The current industry where most trainees consist of children should not be underrated by the argument that it undermines the essence of the sport. Rather, the instructors of Taekwondo should be given more opportunity and resource to manage their on gyms, in a more constructive way to make Taekwondo accessible and part of the continued education for the general pulic.

해외 태권도장 경영환경 변화예측에 따른 태권도 전공학과 교육 콘텐츠 개발 방안

This study seeks to identify with a plan to develop the educational content of Taekwondo majors Department for International Taekwondo chapter to explore the capabilities of factors need to develop the Korea Taekwondo instructors and students majoring in leadership skills. For the purpose of this study was applied to achieve an in-depth interview, categorization of responses, making a closed questionnaire, IPA matrix analysis. Taekwondo leader for domestic and overseas majors of the year when you present the strategic directions to be considered, when discussing educational content development plan are as follows. First, we need to secure a space for you to share information with top talent around the university and major department. This is run as a structure to expand the role of the current or Kukkiwon but may be born as a venture business or Colleges Cooperation companies. We are sending you configure an efficient method and environment for the talented Taekwondo spread. Second, we need to unify Taekwondo relevant information and knowledge to meet the global era, and spread them in a variety of languages. Each agency is still different from the environment to share information Taekwondo. Therefore, there is also unclear on the accuracy of the information Taekwondo knowledge. Taekwondo Taekwondo is necessary because only one effort. Third, Taekwondo majors are configured to allow entry of foreign support system without difficulty, and require proper budgeting it. Taekwondo young talent a chance to miss a vague fear, though they have the capacity increases and will not.
