C.G.융은 정신의 4기능을 도식화했는데 이제마보다 1세대 뒤에 태어난 서양의 정신과의사가 주역이론을 원용해서 사상구조와 동일한 이론을 주장한데서 상당한 흥미를 느낄 수가 있다. 현재 우리나라에서는 여러 전문가들이 다양한 분야에서 MBTI와 MMPI를 빈번하게 사용하고 있는데 비해 사상체질론은 아직도 한의사들에 의해서만 연구되고 있고, 그 사용범주도 약물치료와 양생을 위한 목적에서 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 사상체질은 장부의 대소를 기준으로 구분하는데 태양인과 태음인의 장부구조가 반대이고, 소양인과 소음인의 장부구조가 서로 반대이다. 태양인은 폐대간소이고, 태음인은 태양인과 거꾸로 간대폐소의 장국(臟局)을 가지고 있다. 소양인은 비대신소이고, 소음인은 소양인과 거꾸로 신대비소의 장국을 가지고 있다. 애기는 곧바로 올라가고, 노기는 횡승하고, 희기는 방강하고, 락기는 함강한다. 소음인체질은 한기가 많고, 열기가 부족한 사람은 한기가 더 이상 많아지지 않기 위해서 지나친 기쁨을 경계해야 한다. 그러면서 열기가 많은 음식을 자주 먹게 되면 점차 한기가 줄어들고, 락기도 좋은 방향으로 작용할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 한쪽으로 치우친 희와 락은 이미 우월한 기능을 더욱 강하게 하면서 열등한 기능인 애와 노, 온성(溫性)과 열성(熱性)을 점차 줄어들게 하기 때문이다. 사람은 향상(向上)하기 위해 태어났고, 살아가면서 행해야 할 성(性)과 명(命)이 있는데 한마디로 말해서 바로 지행(知行)이다. 지행을 둘로 나누면 널리 공부하는 박통(博通)과 혼자서 실행하는 독행(獨行)이다. 박통과 독행을 위해서 자신과 타인의 체질을 알면 그 해법이 쉬워질 수 있다. 박통과 독행의 방법은 약물치료만 의미하지는 않는다. 음식도 약의 역할을 할 수 있고, 감정조절도 약의 역할을 할 수 있으며, 운동이나 음악, 미술 등 다양한 예술 활동도 약의 역할을 수행할 수가 있다. 다만 그 원리는 사상체질의 구조와 원리를 이해한 다음에 가능할 수 있다. 이제마가 아직도 많이 알려지지 않은데 대해 다양한 이유가 있겠지만 한의학에 대한 이해의 부족이 가장 큰 이유가 아닌가 생각된다. 이미 세상은 한우물만 파는 I자(字)형 인재보다는 널리 골고루 알면서 자신의 전공분야도 깊이 아는 T자형 인간을 추구하고 있다. 따라서 이종학문 영역의 융합을 통해 효과적으로 인간이해의 방법을 추구할 필요가 있다고 본다.

1. Objectives This Study recognize of the 17th Korean Assemblymen's Sasang Constitutional distribution and investigates Sasang Constitutional distribution of special group. 2. Methods The Questionnaire of Sasang Constitution was distributed to Korean Assemblymen's. The next, 2 persons of Sasang Constitutional Specialist interview directly, record of Korean Assemblymen's voice with PSSC and then concluded Sasang Constitution. 3. Results 1. After analysed Sasang Constitution with Questionnaire, We acquired zero person Taeyangin, sixteen persons Soyangin, nine persons Taeumin, zero person Soeumin. But, after direct interview examination, We acquired one person Taeyangin, seven persons Soyangin, twenty-two persons Taeumin, five persons Soeumin. 2. Soyangin rates was 20% practically, but Soyangin rates of amination with Questionnaire was 46%. Because Soyangin in Korean Assemblymen's expressed extrovert for oneself. 3. Taeumin constituted nineteen persons with Questionnaire, accounted for 54%. But Taeumin constituted twenty-two persons in direct interview examination, accounted for 63%. 4. Conclusions 1. In Uri Patty, Soyangin rates was 21%, Taeumin rates was 63%, Soeumin rates was 16%, Taeyangin rates was 0 %. The group of Taeyangin and Soyangin with activity and progression marked 21 %, the group of Taeumin and Soeumin with conservativeness marked 79%. 2. Grand National Parry, Soyangin rates was 14%, Taeumin rates was 64.3%, Soeumin rates was 14.3%, Taeyangin rates was 7.1 %. The group of Taeyangin and Soyangin with activity and progression marked 21.6%, the group of Taeumin and Soeumin with conservativeness marked 78.6%. 3. In comparison Uri Patty with Grand National Party, the rates of active Constitution marked 21.0% and 21.6% be much of a muchness. and in comparison Uri Parry with Grand National Parry, the rates of conservative Constitution marked 79.0% and 78.6% be much of a muchness.

음향특성에 따른 태음인 체질병증(體質病證) 연구(硏究)

1. Objectives and Methods This study was done to investigate the relationships of Sound parameters between Liver Heat Symptom and Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin using PSSC(Phonetic System of Sasang Constitution) in a sentence. Experimental Participants were 20 Korean adult males including, each 10 Liver Heat Symptom and Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin. 2. Results In Pitch segment, APQ segment and Shimmer segment, there were no significant differences between Liver Heat Symptom and Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin. In Octave segment, there were significant differences in Octave 1, Octave 3, Octave 4, Octave 6 of Liver Heat Symptom of Taeumin were significantly high compared with Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin. In Energy segment, FreQ Domain Total Sum / cnt(0), 0k-2k Total Sum,0k-2k sum dev., 2k-4k Total Sum, 2k-4k sum dev., A# Tot E, B__TOT_E, C__TOT_E, C# Tot E, D__TOT_E, A sum dev., A# sum dev., B sum dev., C sum dev., C# sum dev., Dsum dev., D# sum dev., E sum dev., F sum dev., F# sum dev., G sum dev., G# sum dev. of Liver Heat Symptom of Taeumin were significantly high compared with Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin. In Voice Recording time segment, Total Voice Recording Time, Voice Recording Time, Divide By Time3, Divide By Energy10, Total Unit, Max Unit Position, U_0 TO 3 of Liver Heat Symptom of Taeumin were significantly high compared with Esophagus Symptom of Taeumin. 3. Conclusion From above result, there is the postbility of efficiency quide constitutional sx. of Taeumin by Voice characteristics. More Soeumin, Soyangin and Taeyangin Symptoms are needed to determine Sasang Constitution using PSSC and to make PSSC effective.

1. Objectives Jeong-Jo's death has many mistery. So we understand rightly Jeong-Jo's death. we inspect closely medical records of 20 days before death(in The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書), GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We understand medical treatment before death. It is based on Jeong-Jo's Constitution. So we trace the cause of a Jeong-Jo's death rightly. 2. Methods According to The Annals of the Choson Dynasty(朝鮮王朝實錄), Hong Je Jun Se(弘齋全書) GukSoBoGam(國朝寶鑑). We found out Jeoung-Jo's Sasang constitutional elemet. We point on Jeoung-Jo's nature and emotion, temperament and talent, features and way of speaking, physical appearance, healthy state, ordinary symptom, pathological syndromes and pharmacology. so documentary records was worthy of notice. 3. Results and conclusions 1. Jeong-Jo has prominent cheekbones,flat face. It belong to Tae-eum. 2. Jeong-Jo's physical appearance is mild,around,large. It belong ro Tae-eum. 3. Jeong-Jo's favorite food and herb were belong to Tae-eum interior febrile disease herb. which is Exhale Dispersing Qi 4. So even though Jeoung-Jo is Tae-eum, He had a weak body. It main cause that Smoking, insomnia, heave work, Hwa disease. 5. Jeong-Jo's is Interior febrile disease induced form the liver affected by heat in Tae-eumin
