        보건의료 R&D 연구성과 활용·확산을 위한 특허맵 분석 및 활용방안 연구

        Translational research (TR) as high quality research can accelerate collaboration strongly between biotechnology-based researchers and clinical-research experts for overcoming diseases. TR facilitates basic science translated to clinical efficacy and effectiveness from bench (basic science) to bedside (clinical practice) for the enhancement of human health. Disease-oriented TR programs were defined as unilateral, bilateral and multilateral TR in this patent performance analysis. Patent performance was measured in a R&D project on Health and Medical Technology to enhance the productivity of R&D investment on disease-oriented TR in Health Technology (HT). Patent Map (PM) analysis and Bibliometrics were conducted to collect information for the assessment of research patents of TR programs. Futhermore, PIAS (Patent Information Analysis System) and Thinklear programs were applied for quantitative and qualitative analysis successfully. These indicate that multi-dimensional analysis of patent performance for disease-oriented TR could promote the connection of R&D-IP (Research and Development-Intellectural Property) and R&BD (Research and Business Development) supporting system significantly.

        비용절감형 단상-삼상 전력변환기 구조의 해석 및 제어

        A single phase to three phase power converter with cost effective and simple structure is proposed. The converter consists of rectifier and inverter. The rectifier is composed of a half wave rectifier, a dc link capacitor, and a current limiting inductor, and the inverter is of only two switches with PWM control. For negative sequence operation the inverter output voltage leads the line input by $60^{\circ}$, and for positive sequence operation the inverter output voltage leads by $60^{\circ}$. We can see that positive sequence operation shows higher output voltage, slight harmonic distortion(2%), and better performances such as high efficiency and high power factor. A mathematical model for system analysis is provided, and specifications for selection and control scheme both for start-up and for steady state are analyzed. comparison and operational limits of positive and negative sequence operation are performed, and simulations and experiments are executed to verify the proposed.

        Power converters are widely used in the applications of servo drives of ac and dc motors and power supplies. For the control of the converters carious control algorithms hate been proposed and realized by gating signal generation. Software control shemes are being applied to implement the control algorithms, but analog circuits are still used fort the gating signal generation because it requires verb fast and precise timing. In this paper the gating signal generation with DSP software are proposed for the three phase to three phase PWM converter. Design procedures and software flowcharts are presented and some experimental waveforms are also presented to verify the proposed algorithms.

      • IMS 시스템을 위한 미들웨어의 연구

        지능생산시스템은 분산화되고 Fieldbus, LAN 등의 지역통신망과 ATM, 인터넷 등의 광역통신망도 이용한다. 서로 다른 오퍼레이팅 시스템과 다양한 통신 프로토콜을 사용할 경우 지능생산시스템에 요구되는 중요한 기능 중 하나가 플랫폼 독립 특성이다. 이런 요구를 만족하기 위하여 특별한 규약을 따를 필요가 있으며 이러한 규약에는 OMG(Object Management Group)에서 규정한 CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture)가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Orbix와 Visual C++을 이용하여 IMS에 적합한 소프트웨어 환경인 생산 셀과 지능생산시스템을 모의하는 소프트웨어를 구현하였다. IMS 시스템을 CORBA로 통합하기 위하여 Orbix를 PC 환경에서 IDL(Interface Description Language) 언어로 작성하고 이를 Visual C++을 이용하여 시스템을 구성하였다. IMS(Intelligent Manufacturing System) can be characterized by a distributed manufacturing system based on local or wide area networks such as fieldbus, ATM, and the internet. Most important characteristics required are platform-independent and interoperable between different operating systems and/or communication protocols. CORBA suggested by OMG can meet the requirements. In this study, software programs using Orbix IDL and Visual C++ on PC environment are implemented, which simulate manufacturing cells and IMS.

      • 비용절감형 컨버터 구조를 갖는 3상-3상 PWM 정류기/인버터 시스템

        A current controlled VSI-PWM rectifier and inverter with capacitor dc link is regarded as one of the most promising structures for three-phase to three-phase to three-phase power conversion. This type of converter normally requires twelve switches for a rectifier and inverter composed of self turn-off switch such as a bi-polar transistor or IGBT with an anti-parallel diode. In this paper, a new three-phase to three-phase converter for ac motor drives is proposed. The proposed converter employs only eight switches and has the capability of delivering sinusoidal input currents with unity power factor and bidirectional power flow. This paper describes the feasibility and the operational limitations of the proposed structure. A mathematical model of the system is derived using generalized modulation theory and experimental results for steady state and dynamic behavior are presented to verify the developed model.
