This research compared growth and flowering of potted $Viola{\times}wittrockiana$ 'Majestic GT Scarlet Shadow' in various mixtures of recycled perlite and cellular glass foam (CGF). The crop was cultured in a mat subirrigation system. Numbers of leaves, opened flowers, flower buds, and branches, fresh and dry weights of shoot, leaf area, and total chlorophyll concentration were the greatest in plants grown in the medium of used perlite + granular rockwool+ peatmoss (25:50:25, v/v/v). Plant height and length of the longest root were the highest and longest, respectively, in plants grown in the medium of CGF+peatmoss (25:75, v/v). The medium of CGF+peatmoss (25:75, v/v) was better than the medium of used perlite+peatmoss (25:75, v/v) in plant growth. The medium of CGF + granular rockwool (25:75, v/v) was poorer than the medium of recycled perlite + granular rockwool (25:75, v/v).

The text of novel could get different construction or opinion as it is made an approach to what kind of view. Because it has a large variety of meaning structure which combines wide range of essential parts. I discussed〈A dreaming incubator〉 by two ways, one approach is by a sociopoetic way which takes notice of equivalent relation with novel and society and the other approach is by an analysis based on a plot which is discussed. There are reasons I discussed by two ways. Either focusing on the only former couldn’t conduct an in-depth study about abstract and artistry in charge of the novel’s text or focusing on the only other one might be concerned about weak study in the contents which this novel contains. Through this discussion by two ways, I could comprehend that author’s world view was extended and I could confirm her transformed novel view. Also I could perceive how deep the destiny in novel relate with real society or our real life according to the text. I can confirmed the dual system of sociopoetic discourse that the author construct the world newly through the novel and the reader reconstruct the real world through the text of novel.
재사용한 펄라이트 및 다공성 CGF의 혼합배지와 매트저면관수를 이용한 분화 Viola×wittrockiana ‘Majestic GT Scarlet Shadow’의 재배

퍼펄라이트와 폐유리를 가공하여 입상화한 cellular glass foam(CGF)을 각각 입상암면과 파트모스를 혼합한 배지에서 매트저면관수한 Viola×wittrockiana ‘Majestic GT Scarlet Shadow’를 재배하여 개화와 생육을 조사하였다. 엽수, 분지수, 지상부 생체중과 건물중, 엽면적과 총엽록소 함량은 폐펄라이트+입상암면+피트모스 (25:50:25, v/v/v) 혼합배지에서 가장 좋았으며, 초장과 최대근장은 CGF+피트모스(25:75, v/v) 혼합배지에서 가장 좋았다. 대조구인 폐펄라이트+피트모스(25:75, v/v) 혼합배지와 비교하여 CGF+피트모스(25:75, v/v) 에서의 초장, 엽수, 근장, 총엽록소 함량, 지상부와 지하부의 생체중과 건물중이 더 컸다. 그러나 폐펄라이트+입상암면(25:75, v/v) 혼합배지와 비교하여 CGF+입상암면(25:75, v/v)에서의 생육은 매우 저조하였다. 매트 저면관수를 이용한 분화 미니 장미 ‘Silk Red’의 양액 재배를 위한 폐암면과 밤나무 입자의 혼합 배지 조성

This study was conducted to determine a suitable medium composition using particles of recycled rockwool slabs (PRRS), woodchips, perlite and peatmoss for a mat-subirrigated hydroponic culture of a potted miniature rose ‘Silk Red’. The used rockwool slabs were collected from a commercial hydroponic greenhouse after growing tomato crops and were shredded and steam-sterilized. The 15 to 30 years old chestnut wood was shredded into chips and weatherized for four months in the open air. The PRRS and CWC (chestnut woodchips) were mixed with perlite and/or peatmoss at various volume ratios to make 20 different mixtures and the ‘Silk Red’ plant was cultured in pots with three replications per treatment in a randomized block design. Plant height, number of branches, flowers and nodes, plant width, shoot fresh and dry weights, and T/R ratio were significantly affected and fresh and dry weights of root were slightly affected by medium composition. Whereas number of nodes on the longest new shoot, total chlorophyll concentration, and percent dry matter were not significantly affected by the treatment. The mixture of 50% PRRS, 25% perlite and 25% peatmoss (v/v) gave the greatest overall plant growth. Compared with the control, a commercial medium (Tosilee medium, Shinan Grow Co, Jinju), 100% PRRS treatment gave better plant growth and development except in root fresh weight. In conclusion, the most growth promoting mixture was composed of 50% PRRS, 25% perlite and 25% peatmoss in a mat-subirrigated culture of potted miniature rose ‘Silk Red’.
