        농어촌 청소년 복지시설의 문제점과 해결 방안

        Rural youth walfare was defined to provide the preventive services as well as the protective and curative services such as education, job training, youth activity, delinquency prevention, etc. for rural youth who live in rural society, including who go out to metropolitan city for study. Based on this concept, the rural youth related facilities and problems were investigated in the area of education, culture and leisure, career, and problematic behavior. The results were identified that the efforts of government and rural related institutions were in sufficient to establish and improve the facilities for rural youth, and the gap between rural and urban youth facilities was extended increasngly, in spite of seriousness of those rural youth problems. Some of policies and programs were proposed in order to improve rural youth welfare; 1) To establish at least one activity facility in every Eup ; 2) To convert the public culture facilites such as museums, fine art museums, exhibition facilities, etc. into the culture and art facilities for rural youth; 3) To establish rural youth job information center in the agricultural technology and extension center; 4) To convert school to rural youth education and cultural center; 5) To establish the comprehensive welfare facilities for rural youth in metropolitan city.

        Information concerning a patient visit is to be sent from the OCS(Order Communication System) to the PACS(Picture archiving and Communication System) and when the image acquisition is completed, information regarding the procedures also actually preformed should be sent back to the OCS. It should be possible to present related medical information from the OCS at the same image workstation in a coherent way with the images in the PACS, Examples of the related medical information are: the report of a diagnostic image procedure, data on medication, laboratory results, admission and discharge letters, and surgery reports, because we could maximize the efficiency of Radiological Work, like decrease examination time and human mistakes, though the integration of PACS and OCS, Therefore, We research some hospitals to find integral lists of PACS and OCS but there are no sufficient ingredients. Further, the percentage of Integral lists of PACS and OCS is different in all hospitals because there is no such standard yet like HL7(Healthcare Level 7) and DICOM(Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine). Accordingly, if all hospital would follow national standard like HL7 and DICOM, the integration of OCS and PACS would be efficient but in this situation radiological technician should take part in construction integration system of PACS and OCS positively, so we could improve efficiency of radiological work and our status.

        고성능 고체산화물 연료전지를 위한 이중층 전해질 전략

        The solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are the one of the most promising energy conversion devices which can directly convert chemical energy into electric power with high efficiency and low emission. The lowering operating temperature below 800 ℃ has been considered as the mostly considerable research and development for commercialization. The major issue is to maintain reasonably high performance of SOFCs at reduced temperatures due to increment of polarization resistance of electrodes and electrolyte. Thus, the alternative materials with high catalytic activities and fast oxygen ion conductivity are required. For recent advances in electrolyte materials and technology, newly designed, highly conductive electrolyte materials and structural engineering of them provide a new path for further reduction in ohmic polarization resistance from electrolytes. Here, a powerful strategy of the bilayer concept with various oxide electrolytes of SOFCs are briefly reviewed. These recent developments also highlight the need for electrolytes with greater conductivity to achieve a high performance, thus providing a useful guidance for the rational design of cell structures for SOFCs. Moreover, cell design, materials compatibility, processing methods, are discussed, along with their role in determining cell performance. Results from state-of-the-art SOFCs are presented, and future prospects are discussed.
