Purpose of this research was to focused on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone and body composition after 3wk, 6wk, 9wk walking. Subjects of the research were 40=50yrs NIDDM women patients who never participate exercise. The measured data were analyzed by SPSS for windows 10.0 and one-way repeated ANOVA. The results of this were as follows : Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition were decreased as increase of exercise period. No difference appear on Weight, Fat mass, Percent fat, Lean body mass, BMI of body composition under one- way repeated ANOVA analysis. Concentrations of Glucagon and Growth Hormone based on change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone were decreased as increased of exercise period. However, Cortisol was increased as exercise period was increased. One-way repeated ANOVA analysis for change of Insulin counter-regulatory hormone presented difference on Glucagon. The research found that Walking was very effective in control of NIDDM and additional experiments for design more effective exercise program were required.

Variation of body composition, physical fitness and subcutaneous fat after Weight training and Circuit training program present next. Weight training and Circuit training program participants show decrease on weight, subcutaneous fat rate, abdominal fat rate. Weight, fat rate of weight training participants present significant level. Triceps, biceps, subscupular, supraihice, thigh of Weight training participants show decrease. Shoulder blade and abdominal show decrease in weight training participants. Abdomen muscular strength, Grip strength and number of sit-up times is increased and show significant level in weight training and circuit weight training participants.

Subjects of this research are swimming circle member of university. Blood lipid was measured at before the program beginning, after 4weeks participation, after 8weeks participation. Result shows next. 1. Change of HDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 52.75±7.87mg/dl to 49.25 ±1.64mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 54.60±10.14mg/dl before program to 53.00±7.28mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents that period, period×group, between group has no difference. 2. Change of LDL-C based on participation period. For male, Change of HDL-C based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 104.77±23.45mg/dl to 97.50±17.07mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 102.28±17.16mg/dl to 98.05±15.02mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents difference among period, however, no difference period×group, group. 3. Change of TC based on participation period. For male, Change of TC based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 172.75±33.72mg/dl to 158.75±21.04 mg/dl after 8weeks participation For female, present decreasing tendency from 171.00±25.32mg/dl to 168,00±20.05mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group. 4. Change of TG based on participation period. For male, Change of TG based on participation period has present decreasing tendency from 76.12±38.39mg/dl to 60.00±23.79mg/dl after 8weeks participation. For female, present decreasing tendency from 67.80±30,45mg/dl to 85.00±28.42mg/dl after 8weeks participation. Analysis of Split plot design presents no difference among period, period×group, group.

Purpose of this paper is to find out transform of body composition and physical fitness of middle aged woman after 3wk, 6wk, 9wk training and circuit promgram. Result of the research is as follows: 1. Transform of body composition based on training period. Weight of WT group was decreased after 9 week training and fat of body percent, fat mass was also decreased in CWT, WT group. In the case of free fat mass, CWT group presents increasing tendency, However, WT group presents decrease. Analysis of split plot design describes interaction between periods and group in weight and fat of body percent. 2. Transform of skimfold thickness based on exercise period. Triceps of WT group was decreased after 9 weeks training and Biceps, Suprailiac, Thigh of CWT group was increased after 9 weeks training. Transform of Subscapular was decreased in both group CWT, WT. Abdominal was decrease in CWT group. Analysis of split plot design describes interaction between periods and group in triceps, biceps, abdominal and thigh. 3. Transform of physical fitness based on exercise period Number of Back-strength, grip strength(1eft and right) and sit-up was increased in group CWT, WT both. Analysis of split plot design to identify physical fitness transformation describes no - interaction between periods and group. In conclusion, participation of exercise for middle aged woman is effective for body composition, physical fitness and qualified life. Additional research is required for middle aged woman exercise training program
