Objectives: The purpose of this study is to report the effects of korean medicine on patient with ruptured intervertebral lumber disc. Methods: The patient who had ruptured intervertebral lumber disc caused by out-car accident were treated by korean medicine such as acupuncture herb medication bee venom and moxibustion. We evaluated the results of treatments by change of symptoms, L-spine MRl, ODI, vAS score. Results: 1. After korean medicine, the patient could reduce pains and have normal daily life. 2. After korean medicine, ODI, VAS score were improved and L-spine MRI was changed more positive condition. Conclusion: This study shows that korean medicine has effects on patient with ruptured intervertebral lumber disc. And ODI, VAS score. L-spine MRI change would be valid measurement to evaluate the effects of treatments for ruptured intervertebral lumber disc

이 연구에서는 산지관리법에서 규정하고 있는 복구비 산출체계의 문제점과 그 개선방안을 파악하고, 이에 근거한 산지복구 표준모델을 개발하여 최적 복구비 산출체계를 도출하고자 전문가 그룹을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 현행 복구비 산출체계의 문제점으로 ‘토지이용 유형의 부적정’, ‘산지경사 등급의 부적정’, ‘산지복구 기준공종의 불충분’이 채택되었다. 이러한 문제점의 개선방안으로 토지이용 유형을 ① 산지전용허가ㆍ신고지 및 산지일시사용허가지, ② 산지일시사용신고지, ③ 토석채취(매각)ㆍ광물채굴허가지, ④ 토사채취허가지로 재편성하는 것, 산지경사 등급을 ① θ<10°, ② 10°≦θ<15°, ③ 15°≦θ<20°, ④ 20°≦θ<25°, ⑤ 25°≦θ<30°, ⑥ θ≧30°으로 세분화하는 것, 기존 17개 기준공종 중 3개 공종이 제외되고 15개 공종이 추가된 22개 기준공종 및 7개 추가공종으로 재편성하는 것이 합의되었다. 이상의 결과에 준하여 개발한 24개 표준모델을 토대로 산출한 복구비는 34,185∼607,403천원 범위로 나타났으며, 여기에 추가공종, 할증 또는 할인, 감리비가 적용되면 토석채취(매각)ㆍ광물채굴허가지에서 최대 668,143천원에 이르는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 표준모델에 의한 복구비 분포에 대해서도 전문가들의 의견은 높은 수준에서 합의가 이루어졌다. 이상의 연구결과는 대집행 복구사업의 원활한 수행을 위해 예치되는 복구비의 적정성을 확보하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. We determined the current problem of the restoration deposit-estimation system, stipulated by the Mountainous Districts Management Act, using the Delphi technique. Consequently, we proposed a standard model for forest land restoration to derive a reasonable deposit-estimation system. With the result of the Delphi survey, the inappropriateness of land-use type and slope gradient classifications was shown; the insufficiency of standard works was a significant problem in the current system. A way to solve these problems was devised, to reorganize the current land-use type into the subject of the site. The specific subjects included the following: (i) to permit or report forest land-use change and temporary use of forest land, (ii) to report temporary use of forest land, (iii) to permit stone collection or sale for mineral mining, and (iv) to allow sediment collection. The current slope gradient subdivision into (a) θ<10°, (b) 10°≦θ<15°, (c) 15°≦θ<20°, (d) 20°≦θ<25°, (e) 25°≦θ<30°, and (f) θ≧30° and the reorganization of 17 standard works into 22 standard works were deemed as solutions, along with seven additional works. We developed 24 standard models for the forest land restoration project based on the aforementioned results. The deposits estimated by these models ranged from 34,185,000 (Korean) won to 607,403,000 won. If additional works, premiums, discounts, and supervision fees are added to the models, the deposit increases to an estimated 668,143,000 won subject to permission for stone collection or sale and mineral mining. Experts agree on the distribution of the restoration deposits estimated by these models at a high level in the Delphi survey. Our findings are expected to contribute to securing the appropriateness of the restoration cost deposited for the smooth performance of the vicariously executed restoration project.
Model Based Test 프로세스를 이용한 자동검증 환경 개발

Recently in order to guarantee the authenticity software, many methodologies and processes about a field of verification have been introduced. Reliable Test-Case is generated from model to carry out verification of ECU (electronic control unit) in vehicle efficiently. Automatic test environment using model based test process is proposed. Proposed verification process reveals in a cluster including Eco Driving System that verification time is reduced over 70 percents compare with manual test process. In this study, proposed process using model based design is comprised of automatically generated Test-Case and automatic test environment. Automatic test environment process has great potential to considerably reduce costs and development time in many systems.

It is proposed a weather recognition algorithm from in-vehicle camera image that uses a subspace method to judge rainy weather. There are many algorithms that recognize weather condition from image. Most of pattern recognition algorithm is that uses training data sets. It is needed many data to use training data and many times to calculate the feature. For these disadvantages, it is proposed to use principal component feature in this paper. The PCA (Principal Component Analysis) is a method that extracts feature of input data and arranges the feature in decreasing order. The PCA method is not main algorithm of pattern recognition. It is effective and useful to recognize the weather pattern without training data. Rainy weather represents the principal components extracted from raindrop image in-vehicle camera. Then the algorithm detects rainy weather by feature vector. In simulations using actual images, our method showed good detection ability of raindrops and promising results for rainfall judgment from detection result.

In this research. a driving simulator using model-based code generation with Matlab/Simulink/RTW was developed for an induction motor vector control. On the Simulink window, the control system is designed in the form of block diagrams and program codes are produced automatically by the RTW(Real Time Workshop). then a DSP C compiler complies the program codes.

Automotive manufactures keep trying to make more safe vehicles to reduce accident using pre-crash warning system. One of pre-crash prevention and crash mitigation methods is ESS system which is alert device to following vehicle. The Emergency Stop Signal function is warning hazard situation to the following vehicles using rapid flashing brake lamps or hazard lamps when the vehicle get into emergency stopping. The controller operation is determinate by vehicle longitudinal deceleration. To operate system, the deceleration is estimated using wheel speed and, which is not necessary an acceleration sensor from idea using TRIZ method, and the control logic is integrated to ABS (Anti-lock Brake System) or ESP(Electric Stability Program). The optimized control logic is tested with the cooperation under HMC leading. And the system is applied to the controllers of mass production vehicles.
