원유중(原乳中)의 체세포수(體細胞數)와 유방염원인균(乳房炎原因菌)에관하여

忠南地域의 牧場에서 1984年 1月부터 1985年 7月까지 南陽乳業 公州工場에 納乳된 總 2,858個의 牧粒場合乳를 對像으로 體細胞數, 感染菌 및 抗生濟 感受性檢査를 實施하였던바 다음과 같은 結果를 얻었다. 1. 供試乳 가운데 1㎖ 當 體細胞數가 20萬 以內인 混合乳는 55.2%이었고, 50萬以上은10.2%이었다. 2. 體細胞數가 1㎖ 當 50萬以上이었던 總 291個의 混合乳汁으로부터 分離同定된 Staphylococcus aureus는 60菌株(20.6%), Coagulase negative hemolytic staphylococci는 115菌株(39.5%), Streplococcus agalacliae는 72菌株(24.7%), Coliforms가 44菌株(15.1%)이었다. 3. 總 176 菌株의 抗生劑에 對한 感受性 檢査結果는 Cephalothin이 86.9%, Tobramycin이 77.8%, Ampicillin이 75.0%, Carbenicillin이 73.3%이었으며, Penicillin과 Streptomycin은 各各 18.8% 및 5.1%이었다. This study was performed to investigate the udder health conditions by the level of somatic cells of the farm bulk milks produced in Chung Nam area, which were received at GongJu plant of NamYang Products Co. Ltd. The results are summarized as follows; 1. The somatic cell of 55.2% of the farm bulk milks received at Gong Ju plant were below 2 × 10^5 /㎖, and those in 10.2% of the milks were above 5 × 10^5 /㎖. 2. Bacteria isolated from the bulk milk were coagulase negative hemolytic staphylococci (39.5%), Streptococcus agalactiae (24.7%), Staphylococcus aureus (20.6%), and coliforms (15.1%). 3. Bacteria isolated from the bulk milks were highly susceptible to Cephalothin (86.9%), Tobramycin (77.8%), Ampicillin (75.0%), and Carbenicillin (73.3%).
