은퇴한 남성의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인 연구: 은퇴관련변인과 부부관계의 질을 중심으로

The purpose of this research was to analyze the determinants of life satisfaction in male retirees with a special focus on the role of retirement-related variables and marital quality. It also aims to find out the relative influence of variables related to male retirees` life satisfaction. To achieve these goals 375 subjects who have spouses and are retired were analyzed and the results are as follows. First, as a result of an analysis of the retirees` socio-demographic variables, there are differences in life satisfaction depending on educational level, residence type, children`s education, subjective health perception and monthly income. As for general life satisfaction, preparation for retirement, job status prior to retirement, job satisfaction prior to retirement and reason for retirement were significant predictors among the retirement-related variables. In terms of life satisfaction based on marital quality, the group with higher quality marital relationships also had a higher levels of satisfaction. Second, a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to find out the relative influence of variables related to life satisfaction. It was found out that the variables affecting general life satisfaction are subjective health perception, preparation for retirement, monthly income, level of education, children`s education, residence type and the quality of marital relationships. This study was successful in finding out the relative influence of variables especially, the influence of marital quality on life satisfaction in male retirees.

The purpose of this study was to understand grandmothers’ childcare support patterns by conducting a focus group interview. The data for this study came from 20 grandmothers in transition of 5 focus groups (each consisting of 4 persons) interviews. Nine of them were pre-grandmothers who did not yet have any grandchildren, and 11 were grandmothers who had grandchildren. The patterns of the grandmothers`` intentions of supporting childcare were classified. The patterns were categorized by the grandmothers`` intentions of providing childcare support for their grandchildren according to the participants`` thoughts and attitudes, after which the patterns according to the categories were analyzed as characteristics. This study is a significant endeavor in examining grandmothers and grandmothers-to-be who are being on their life``s transition period through their own perspective.

마을주민과의 관계가 농촌 단독가구 노인의 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 마을주민과의 관계가 농촌 단독가구 노인의 행복감에 미치는 영향을 노인의 성과 배우자유무를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 총 443명의 농촌 단독가구 노인을 대상으로, 성과 배우자유무에 따라 이들의 마을주민과의 양적이고 질적인 관계가 차이가 나는지 살펴보았고, 마을주민과의 관계가 이들의 행복감에 미치는 영향이 단독가구 노인의 성과 배우자유무에 따라 차이가 나는지 파악하였다. 연구결과, 마을주민과의 관계는 농촌 단독가구 노인의 행복감에 영향을 주는 변인인 것으로 나타났다. 남성의 경우 마을주민과의 관계의 양적인 측면인 ‘교류정도’가, 여성의 경우 질적인 측면인 ‘정서적 친밀감’이 행복감에 미치는 영향이 큰 변수로 나타났다. 배우자가 있는 경우에는 마을주민과의 관계의 질적인 측면이, 배우자가 없는 경우에는 관계의 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면 모두가 행복감에 영향을 주는 변인인 것으로 나타나 배우자 없이 지내는 독거노인에 대한 마을주민과의 관계의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석에 기초하여 농촌 단독가구 노인을 위한 정책적 함의가 논의되었다. This study examines the effect of neighboring relations on the happiness of the rural elderly-only households. Especially, focused on the effect of gender and marital status of the elderly. neighboring relations include both ‘degree of exchange with neighbors" and ‘emotional intimacy between neighbors". For the purpose of this research, 443 participants, who are older than 65 years old, live in rural areas, were selected. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, while the ‘degree of exchange with neighbors" is more important for the males, the ‘emotional intimacy between neighbors" is more important for the females in terms of happiness. Second, the ‘emotional intimacy between neighbors" has a greater effect on the happiness of the groups living with a spouse than the other groups. However, both the ‘degree of exchange with neighbors" and the ‘emotional intimacy between neighbors" are important for the happiness of elderly people living alone. On the basis of this analysis, policy implications regarding rural elderly single and couple households were discussed.

초등학생의 우울과 집단따돌림 피해 및 가해행동의 관계: 인터넷 중독성향과 역기능적 분노표현의 매개효과

본 연구는 초등학생의 우울과 집단따돌림 피해 및 가해행동의 관계에서 인터넷 중독성향과 역기능적 분노표현이 매개하는지 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위하여 B지역 20개 초등학교의 4, 5, 6학년 651명을 대상으로 수집된 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 초등학생의 우울, 인터넷 중독성향, 역기능적 분노표현, 집단따돌림 피해 및 가해행동의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 인터넷 중독성향과 역기능적 분노표현이 아동의 우울과 집단따돌림 경험의 관계에서 매개하는지 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 사용하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 아동의 우울은 집단따돌림 피해에직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 우울은 인터넷 중독성향을 매개하여 집단따돌림가해행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 우울은 역기능적 분노표현을 매개하여집단따돌림 피해 및 가해행동에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 우울과 집단따돌림 피해및 가해행동의 관계에서 인터넷 중독성향과 역기능적 분노표현의 이중매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 시사점과 한계점에 대하여 논의하였다. This study examined whether internet addiction and dysfunctional anger expression mediate the relationship between Depression and Victimization and Bullying in Elementary students. For this study, Data collected on 651 students in 4th, 5th and 6th grade from 20 elementary schools in B area were used in the analysis. Correlation analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between depression, internet addiction, dysfunctional anger expression, victimization and bullying. To find out if Internet addiction and dysfunctional anger expression are mediated by the relationship between child s depression and victimization/bullying experience, the model was tested using a structural equation. The results were as follows. First, Depression has been confirmed to have a direct effect on the Victimization. Second, depression has been shown to affect the bullying by mediating Internet addiction. Third, depression has been shown to affect both victimization/bullying by mediating the dysfunctional anger expression. Fourth, the dual mediating effects of Internet addiction and dysfunctional anger expression were significant in relation to the relationship between depression and victimization/bullying. Finally, limitations and implications of this study were discussed.

고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존이 학교적응에 미치는 영향: 심리적불편감의 매개효과를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 학교적응과의 관계에서 심리적 불편감의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기지역 4곳의 고등학교의 고등학생 375명을 연구대상으로 수집된 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존, 심리적 불편감, 학교적응의 관계를 확인하기 위해 상관분석을 실시하였고, 심리적 불편감이 고등학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 학교 적응의 관계를 매개하는지 확인하기 위해 구조방정식을 사용하여 매개모형 검증을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 스마트폰 과의존은 고등학생의 학교적응에 부적영향을 미치고, 심리적불편감에는 정적영향을 미쳤으며, 심리적불편감은 학교적응에 부적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구조 모형 검증 결과, 스마트폰 과의존과 학교적응의 관계에서 심리적불편감의 매개효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 학교적응에 스마트폰 과의존과 심리적 불편감이 미치는 영향과 이를 관리할 수 있는 다양한 예방적 교육 및 조치에 관한 시사점과 제한점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to test the effect of smart-phone addiction on school adjustment. In detail, this study focus on mediating effect of psychological distress. For this purpose, Data Collected on 375 students at 4 high schools in the capital area were used in the analysis. Correlation analysis was conducted to find out the relationship between smart-phone addiction, school adjustment, psychological distress. To find out if smart-phone addiction and school adjustment are mediated by the relationship between psychological distress, the model was tested using a structural equation. The results of the study were as follows: The smart-phone addiction is found to have an adverse effect on high school students school adaptation and a positive effect on psychological distress. And the results of the verification of the structural model showed a significant mediating effect of psychological distress in the relationship between smart-phone addiction and school adjustment. Based on the results of this study, significance and implications were presented.

Surviving for 35 billion years in the earth, living things have developed their organisms to fit the wild nature. In the earlier study, Korean magpie's nests data are collected and clarified such as shape, size, length and etc. From the obtained data, the direction of axis in horizontal section of their nests is observed to match with that of the strongest wind at the nesting site. The computational fluid dynamics analysis is conducted to validate the assumption through 20 finite element model of horizontal ellipse section. Increasing the length of the longest horizontal axis of the nests by 10% reduced the flow velocity at the midpoint of nest cup by 50%. This would help magpies to preserve heat that is crucial for the growth and survival of their offspring in the nest due to optimize the wind blocking. The finite element method result explains the way of evolution for magpie's nest construction.
