In this research, the effect of the intensity, amount, and frequency of season training on the results of first class short range swimmers was studied. The intensity of the training turned out to be more important than the amount or frequency of the training to produce improved performance during the season. In case of first class swimmers, the greatly lowered performance level due to the detraining period before the season did not affect much on the improvement of the performance during the season, though their adaptability to the season training was big enough. Though the performance improvement during the season is significantly related with the intensity of the training (r=0.08, p<.01), it was not related with the amount and frequency of the training. Performance improvement has a negative correlation with performance level at the beginning of the season (r=90, p<.01). GIR group had less decrease in the performance level during the detraining period before the season than GNI group (6.36±2.31% vs. 9.88±2.04, p<.01). This research result implies that the intensity of training is an important factor to improve first class swimmers' performance. The lowered performance level at the beginning of the season resulting from the detraining period improves the athletes' adaptability to the season training, but it does not have enough effect on the performance improvement (breaking their own performance record of the previous season).

The purpose of this study was to provide scientific data to improve body composition and muscular strength and prevent injuries in athletes through 10-week K-Bar training. The Subjects in this experiment were 18 high school athletes who wanted to participate in the experiment actively. We investigated the effect of 10-week K-Bar training on body composition, Wingate, and muscle strength in 18 Athletes and got results. The training is effective for weight and fat-free mass in body composition, increase in anaerobic power, and increase in lower-body muscle strength. It is considered that those will improve athletic performance. Therefore, there is a need for customized, individual-focused exercise prescription before planning K-Bar weight training.
5주간 K-Bar 복합 트레이닝이 신체정렬 및 등속성근기능에 미치는 영향

5주간 K-Bar 복합트레이닝을 실시한 후 Trunk imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic torsion, Pelvis rotation, Surface rotation, Lordotic angle, Trunk length와 체간의 최대근력(Peak Torque) 변화를 확인하여 신체정렬 및 등 속성 근기능에 미치는 영향을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 피험자는 건강상 이상이 없는 20대 남녀 성인 10명을 선정 하였으며, K-Bar 그룹 5명 비교그룹 5명을 나누어 비교 실험 하였다. 신체 정렬 상태를 확인하기 위해 3D영상측 정기기를 통한 Trunk imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic torsion, Pelvis rotation, Surface rotation, Lordotic angle, Trunk length를 확인하였으며, 등속성 근기능의 경우 HUMAC을 이용하여 30゜/sec 5회와 180゜/sec 15회로 측정하 였다. 그 결과 K-Bar 그룹에서 신체 정렬 수준이 개선되었지만 그룹 간 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 등속성 근기능 에 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 그룹 내 시기 간에서도 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 단기간에서도 신체 정렬에 효과가 있지만 유의한 차이의 신체 정렬은 장기간의 운동 수행이 필요하며, 5주간의 K-Bar 복합트레이닝은 등속성 근기능에 부정적인 영향이 확인되지 않았지만 이를 보충해줄 차후 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것을 제안한다. After 5 weeks of combined K-Bar training, we observed changes in trunk imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic torsion, Pelvis rotation, Surface rotation, Lordotic angle, Trunk length and peak torque. The purpose is to verify the effect. The subjects of this study selected 10 adult male and female adults with no health problems and compared them to 5 groups of 5 K-Bar groups. The trunk imbalance, Pelvic tilt, Pelvic torsion, Pelvis rotation, Surface rotation, Lordotic angle and Trunk length were confirmed by 3D image measurement device. 5 times and 180°/ sec 15 times. As a result, the level of body alignment was improved in the K-Bar group, but there was no significant difference between the groups. There was no significant difference in isokinetic muscle function between groups, and there was no significant difference between groups. Therefore, although physical alignment is effective for a short period of time, a significant difference in body alignment requires long-term exercise, and a 5-week K-Bar combined training has not been adversely affected by isokinetic muscle function, but further studies I suggest you do it.
