        In order to overcome the weakness of previous studies an the average-based customer satisfaction, bus service evaluation technique was proposed in this study. A perceived service(i.e. perception of service quality, mobility, transfer and economy) and stated preference survey were conducted to investigate passenger’ consciousness toward bus service. The analysis results from study are as follows; The likelihood ratio of evaluation model for bus service established in mixed multinomial logit model is 0.259 and the hit ratio is 62.1 %. It was found that the ratio is far better than the model established by multinomial logit model. Standard deviations of some variables like accessing time, travel time, comfort of driving, information sign, 1ow floor bus and standing-bus have significant level of 5 %, which indicates the reflection of user' heterogeneity.

      • 일반화시간을 이용한 대중교통 서비스 평가에 관한 연구

        This paper suggested generalized time model and method for service evaluation of public transportation using it. Generalized time model was established using equivalent time coefficient and VOT. The results of this study are as follows: 1) In scoring of service, generally bus satisfactory degree is lower than subway's. In case of bus, satisfactory degree of access time is the biggest and travel time, wait time, fare in order. In case of subway, satisfactory degree of travel time is the biggest and fare, access time in order. 2) In order to know a burden of each travel mode, equivalent time coefficient was estimated as following. Single transfer 16.19, walk 2.61, wait 1.87, parking 1.75, subway 0.76, car 0.66. Therefore it is found that single transfer is 16 times than bus and subway and car are lower than bus. It was appeared that these have theoretical and practical propriety in view of each personal characteristics. But, it is need to consider parking and car equivalent time coefficient of under 19 age. 3) It was appeared that estimated value of time is reasonable and the result is 17.27(\/min). Generally there was a large deviation according to personal characteristics, specially driver licence and car being or not. 4) Evaluation of current service, desired service, satisfactory service and dissatisfactory service in case study district is done using generalized time model which was established using equivalent time coefficient and value of time. Availability of generalized time model would be shown to compare and evaluate service between different modes, bus routes or areas with different service, service after improvement and before improvement. Also in the future, generalized time may be used to establish another service evaluation model of public transportation. It is needed to study wait time for subway and to consider trip purpose in establishing equivalent time coefficient and value of time.

      • 통행시간절약가치 추정을 위한 QR 모형에 관한 연구 : 자가 운전자의 선호의식을 고려하여

        통행시간절약가치는 교통계획, 교통정책 및 교통투자사업의 사업타당성 검토시 필수요소이다. 시간절약이란 것이 실제 거래되지 않는 것이므로, 행동데이타와 의식데이타를 이용하여 시간의 행동가치를 측정하기 위한 간접적인 다양한 계측방법이 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 대개 실용적 이유로 비집계 로짓형 모형을 많이 사용하여 왔으나, 선택지들이 상호 독립적이라는 모형의 가정은 종종 한정적인 경우가 많다. 본 연구는 실험적인 연구로서, 자가용승용차 이용자의 유료도로 동행에 대한 선호의식을 이용하여, 그들의 통행시간절약가치를 추정하기 위해 로짓모형을 포함한 3가지 QR 모형을 구축하였으며, 그 결과물을 이용하여 최적 모형을 구하기 위해 모형간을 비교 분석 하였다. 분석 결과 세 모형 모두가 양호한 적합도를 보였으며, 통행시간절약가치는 약 2,400원/시간/대로 나타났다. 또한 통행단축시간보다 통행요금에 대한 탄력성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 모형간의 비교분석결과는 적중률을 제외한 잔차제곱합, 추정확출잔차제곱합, 로그우도함수 값 등에 있어서 로짓 모형이 다소 우위를 차지하는 것으로 나타났으나, 전체적으로 차이가 있다고 보기는 어려운 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to establish three QR (Qualitative Response) models for evaluating vague of travel time saving and to find out best model by comparing these models using outcomes of model formulation. The results of this study is as follows. First, value of travel time saving is about 2,400 won/hour in all three models. Second, the three models show that the goodness-of-fit is satisfactory. Third, the results of comparing models show that logit model is best in SSR (Sum of Squared Residuals), SSR weighted by estimated probabilities and value of log likelihood function without hit ratio, but the difference between each models is very small.
