The purpose of this study is to provent asphalt dissolution by polyurethane coating contained volatile organic solvents in hybrid waterproofing system. if the asphalt that compose the waterproofing membrane is dissolved, it is lost its function of waterproof by decreasing thickness of waterproofing membrane. Furthermore, secondary damage caused by the asphalt meltage that flowed out from the Crack of Structures. The result of precedent study that analyze on the volatile organic solvents on the asphalt showed that the asphalt was dissolved when adding over 10% of volatile organic solvents and oil leakage was observed when adding 15% of volatile organic solvents. For this reason, in this study, nylon 6 films treated with corona is used to prevent the asphalt dissolution. The test was carried out on the same condition. The following is the experimental methods. First of all, after the nylon 6 films is laminated on surface of asphalt sheet, polyurethane coating spread with top of that. Then mortar spread with top of polyurethane coating again. Polyurethane coating used in this study is mixed with amount of volatile organic solvents of four types. the result of the test showed that every type wasn't dissolved and oil leakage wasn't observed.

The quality of the material is managed to quantifying the performance requirement of waterproofing materials on Korea standard. However the waterproofing material frequent not occurred to do display performances, even though one passes Korea standard, because it has various variables to occur waterproofing defections by the environment of construction in the field. Therefore, this study that the test plan of the combined deterioration environments is used the tables of orthogonal arrays is intended as a proposal of quantitative plan to have size of influence on the waterproofing material using the two-way ANOVA of the statistical procedure through the performance test to have mixing the deterioration factors. Test a result, the waterproofing film which are exposed to be particular combined deterioration environments is confirmed what it lose a function to get damaged, and the peeling resistance data make a comparison to relative size of materials by deterioration factors. Sound absorbing performance is affected by porosity and continuity of void, therefore it is important to maintain stabilization of foam and to analyze properties of void pore in hardened state. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sound adsorption properties and void characteristic of foamed concrete according to dilution ratio of foaming agent. The results of this experiment were as follows. It is determined that an increase in total and continuous void ratio is achieved by increasing of dilution ratio, and a shorter adsorbing time was exhibited at a higher continuous void ratio. When the average void size of foamed concrete was below 1.5mm the tendency of sound absorption coefficient compared with general sound absorber was appeared similarly.
진동 및 거동 환경에서의 방수재료의 피로시험을 위한 시험방법 제안

In order to solve the problem about water leakage in the substation structures which shortens their operation life, the study such as development of waterproof materials is accomplished continuously. But, the preceding test method on waterproof materials does not consider the environment conditions of the structures. In this study, the test devices and specimens are designed to develop test-method for waterproof under loading about vibration of transformers and impact loading due to treatment of electric equipment considering environment conditions of the substation structures. The test apparatus is designed to simulate the behavior of the structures under the variation of temperature and the impulsive vibration load which is induced by the electric transformer. As a result of performance test, the designed apparatus and test specimens showed appropriate waterproofing and crack simulation of substation-structure under various vibration loading and temperature condition.
