        간호사의 간호일터영성, 자기효능감이 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of nursing workplace spirituality and self-efficacy onpatient safety management activities of nurses. Methods: A purposive sample of 212 nurses from two general hospitalswas recruited for the cross-sectional survey design. During March and April, 2017, data were collected throughstructured self-administered questionnaires. The assessment tools were Patient Safety Management ActivitiesScale, Nursing Workplace Spirituality Scale and Self-efficacy Scale. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierachical multiple regression analyses with SPSS22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. Results: The mean score for patient safety management activities by nurses was4.29. A mean score of 4.49 was found for nursing workplace spirituality and a mean of 3.43 for the degree ofself-efficacy. The results of the hierarchical multiple analysis revealed that self-efficacy (β=.31, p<.001) and nursingworkplace spirituality (β=.27, p<.001) were predictive of patient safety management activities (R2=.18, p<.001). Conclusion: These results suggest that self-efficacy and nursing workplace spirituality are highly associated withpatient safety management activities by nurses. Intervention programs are needed to promote self-efficacy as wellas nursing workplace spirituality. 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호일터영성과 자기효능감이 간호사의 환자안전관리활동에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이다. 방법: 연구 설계는 횡단적 조사연구로서 2개 종합병원에 재직 중인 간호사 212명이 목적적 표본으로 모집되었다. 자료는 2017년 3월부터 4월까지 구조화된 설문지를 통해 수집되었다. 측정도구는 환자안전관리활동 도구, 간호일터영성도구 및 자기효능감도구로 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 통해 기술통계, t-검정과 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관관계 및 위계적 회귀분석으로 수행되었다. 결과: 간호사의 환자안전관리활동의 평균점수는 4.29로 나타났고, 간호일터영성은 평균 4.49, 자기효능감은 평균 3.43으로 나타났다. 위계적 회귀분석결과 자기효능감(β=.31, p<.001)과 간호일터영성(β=.27, p<.001)은 간호사의 안전관리활동에 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다(R2=.179, p<.001). 결론: 이러한 연구결과는 간호사의 환자안전관리활동에 자기효능감과 간호일터영성이 연관성이 큰 것임을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 자기효능감과 간호일터영성을 증진시키는 중재프로그램이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

        경량 모델을 활용한 해양구조물 시공 용접장 산출

        Lightweight models are widely used for a design review and process control in plant construction. Such models are mainly composed of triangular elements, minimizing the file size and increasing the visibility. The welding process is the most time-consuming and costly process in plant construction. Thus, it is import to accurately estimate the amount of welding required for efficient management. In this study, we propose a method for extracting weld lines based on lightweight models that can be quickly and easily accessed. Edges and surfaces are classified using triangular meshes, and each shape is represented using a boundary representation method. The weld line is the part where two shapes make contact. For an efficient search, overlaps are checked in order of the model, face, and edge. In addition, the weld type and position information are generated. 경량 모델은 플랜트 건조 과정에서 설계 검토 및 공정 관리를 위해 널리 사용되고 있다. 경량 모델은 주로 삼각망으로 구성되어 있으며, 파일 사이즈가 작고, 형상 가시화에 최적화 되어 있다. 용접은 플랜트 건조 과정에서 가장 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되는 공정으로 효율적인 관리를 위해 정확한 물량 산출이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 빠르고 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 경량 모델 기반으로 용접선을 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 삼각망을 기반으로 에지 및 면을 분류하여 경계 표현법으로 부재에 대한 모델을 구성한다. 용접선은 두 부재가 맞닿는 부분이며, 교차 여부를 모델, 면 및 에지 하위 순서로 진행하여 효율적으로 검색하여 빠른 시간 안에 용접선을 추출할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 부가적으로 용접타입 및 자세 정보를 생성하였다.

        선박 건조 치수품질 관리를 위한 계측시스템 적용현황 연구

        A ship is constructed by assembling blocks and installing outfits in assembled ship structures. So, it is important to control dimensional errors occurring during a shipbuilding process. In order to prevent repairing and reworking, a dimensional quality management is needed as follows: the FAT (factory acceptance test) of manufactured parts and outfits, inspection of modular structures, inspection of outfit installations and positioning control of assembly module. Many 3D measurement instruments are being utilized for dimensional inspections. This paper summarizes the applications and main features of 3D measurement instruments for ship construction.

        경량 모델의 삼각 요소망으로부터 경계 곡선 추출 방법

        Sharing of CAD data plays a key role in the PLM and a lightweight model is widely used for visualizing and sharing a large data. The lightweight model is mainly composed of triangular elements to minimize file size. There is no problem at all to visually confirm the shape based on these triangular elements but there is a limit to numerically calculate the exact position on the curve or surface. In this paper, a boundary curve generation method using triangular elements is proposed to increase the utilization of lightweight models. After matching connectivity of triangular elements, boundary element edges are extracted. Boundary curves are generated by connecting of these boundary element edges. This proposed method has been tested on several models to demonstrate the feasibility.

        쉘 구조물의 용접 변형량 예측을 위한 요소망 생성 방법

        In shipbuilding, hull assemblies are manufactured by welding. The thermal deformation caused by the welding produces shape deformation. Counter-deformed design methods have been used in shipyards to cope with the weld-induced deformation of ship assembles. Finite element methods(FEMs) are frequently used to estimate welding distortion in the counter-deformed design. For the estimation of welding distortion, producing uniform rectangular elements is required to enter thermal loads on the welding line and obtain accurate analysis results. In this paper, a new automatic mesh generation method is proposed for prediction of welding deformation in FEM. Meshes are constructed for test cases to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed mesh generation method.

        선박 건조 과정에서 발생하는 치수 오차 분석을 위한 가중 포인트 정합 방법

        It is important to analyze dimensional errors occurring during shipbuilding process. A ship is constructed by assembling blocks and installing outfits in assembled ship structure. Blocks and outfits have a main direction that has greater importance than other directions from the view point of dimensional error. Therefore, a main direction should have a greater weighting factor than other directions in order to achieve meaningful inspection results. In this paper, a modified point registration method based on iterative closest point (ICP) is proposed. In this method, a user determines one or two main directions among x, y, and z directions, and then each main direction is made to have a greater weighting factor than other directions. For points registration, mapping between measured points and design points are performed by the modified ICP in which weighting factor assigned to each main direction is considered.
