This study aims to examine the viewpoints of workers in local community children centers as well as to find the fundamental meaning of their experiences of intervention in child poverty. To do so, a qualitative research was conducted among 4 workers with at least 3 years of work experience in local community children centers, including the head of a center and staff members. This study applied the phenomenological research method of Giorgi among qualitative research methods in order to understand the meaning of work experiences in local community children centers and their nature. The result of the analysis deduced 25 concepts such as “children requiring care”; 11 subcategories, including “children requiring satisfaction”; and 5 upper categories, including “mother’s heart to embrace trouble-makers.”. Understanding the experiences of intervention in child poverty among workers at local community children centers will lead to a study on the influence of service providers on children in poverty as well as to a study for improved services for children in poverty. It is expected that doing so will lead to producing practical implications of child welfare.

친족성폭력 피해아동 가족중심개입 프로그램 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구 -FGI와 델파이 기법을 통하여-

본 연구는 성폭력 피해아동 가족에게 개입한 경험이 있는 실무자를 대상으로 포커스그룹 인터뷰와 델파이 기법을 통해 친족성폭력 피해아동 가족중심개입 프로그램의 내용을 도출한 탐색적 연구이다. 3회에 걸친 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 통하여 프로그램의 목표를 설정하였다. 이후 3회에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 각 목표별로 필요한 개입방법을 도출하였다. 연구결과에서 도출된 프로그램의 목표는 성폭력책임이 가해자에게 있음을 인지시키기, 가족구성원 간 부정적 경험 공유하고 이해시키기, 가족구성원의 감정 외재화와 이해를 통한 관계 강화, 가족기능회복과 가족문제 해결기술 강화, 긍정적인 미래 준비로 나타났다. 각 목표에 대한 개입방법은 7개~12개로 총 46개의 개입방법이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 밝혀진 목표와 개입방법은 추후 친족성폭력 피해아동 가족중심개입 프로그램 개발의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The study is to derive family intervention strategies for sexually abused children within family. Focus group interviews and Delphi study were performed with mental health professionals who had practiced family intervention with incest victims. Main purpose of focus group interviews were to find out main goals to achieve during family intervention sessions. Main purposes of delphi study were to find out intervention skills to achieve each goals. Various goals for family intervention sessions were derived: perpetrator is solely responsible for sexual violence, share angry and frustrated feelings with non-violent parents, strengthen family relations with improved communication and externalizing feelings, restructuring for family functioning, promote problem solving strategy, and build for positive future. Various clinical intervention strategies were derived thru delphi study for each of the goals. The study results can be implemented for Korean populations especially for incest family intervention.

유방암 의료소외계층을 위한 한국형 환자 네비게이터 직무교육 프로그램 모형 개발

본 연구는 유방암 환자를 위한 네비게이터 직무교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 델파이 방법을 통하여 한국형 환자 네비게이션 프로그램의 목표, 네비게이터의 주요직무, 직무수행을 위해 필요한 교육 과목, 교육강사 및 시간, 교육 방법과 더불어 네비게이 터의 자격기준을 도출하고자 하였다. 18명의 전문가 패널이 참여하였으며, 주요결과 첫째, 네비게이션 프로그램의 목표로 `유방암 검진의 중요성 인식`, `유방암 조기 발견을 위한 수검률 향상`, `치료의 장애요인 파악 및 제거` `대상자의 심리적 불안감 완화`가 도출되었다. 둘째, 목표 달성을 위한 네비게이터의 직무로 45개 직무가 도출되었다. 셋째, 직무수행을 위해 필요한 14개의 교육 과목과 적정 교육시간, 강사, 교육방법에 대한 결과가 도출되었다. 우선 순위를 차지하는 과목은 `암환자 네비게이터의 개요`, `유방암 에 대한 이해`, `암 치료 소외계층에 대한 이해`, `환자 면접과 사정`, `효과적인 의사소통방 법`, `환자의 목표설정 및 실행`의 6개 과목이다. 본 연구는 의료소외계층을 중심으로 한 의료불평등 완화를 위해 네비게이터를 양성하는 실질적인 교육 프로그램을 도출하였다는 것에 연구 의의를 갖는다. The purpose of this study is to build up a Korean patient navigator education program for the neglected class of breast cancer. Delphi method was carried out three times to verify contents of educational program and the survey was conducted with 18 experts who are fully experienced of doctor, nurse, social worker or educator. First, our results demonstrate that the objectives of Navigation Program were derived through several themes such as `Recognize the importance of breast cancer screening`, `Increase the breast cancer screening`, `Identify and remove treatment barriers` `Patient`s psychological anxiety reduction`. Second, 45 navigators` tasks to achieve the objectives were identified. Third, required training subjects, training time, trainer qualification and training method of performing navigation were also identified. Core contents of Korean patient navigator education program include `Overview of Cancer navigation program`, `Understanding the breast cancer`, `Understanding the cancer care disparity`, `Patient interview and the assessment`, `Communication skills`, `Goal setting and intervention skills`. This Delphi study is meaningful in that our findings derived core contents for a substantial Korean patient navigator education program to reduce health disparities in cancer survivorship research.

폭력피해여성의 인턴십 매장 참여경험에 관한 현상학적 연구: 임파워먼트 경험을 중심으로

본 연구는 폭력피해여성들이 인턴십 매장에 참여하며 경험한 임파워먼트에 초점을 맞춰 그들이 경험한 체험의 본질이 무엇인지를 탐색하고자 한 연구이다. 인턴십 매장은 폭력피해여성의 경제적, 심리적, 사회적 자립을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 고안된 것으로 임파워먼트 접근을 통해 상담, 교육훈련, 인턴십, 취업 등을 지원한 공간이자 프로그램이다. 폭력피해여성들이 인턴십 매장에서 체험한 임파워먼트 경험의 본질적 의미를 발견하고자 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해 인턴십 매장에 참여한 9명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, ‘겹겹이 쌓여 있던 덮개’, ‘덮개를 한 꺼풀씩 벗겨내기’, ‘세상의 주체로 나서기 위해 움트기’라는 3개의 구성요소와 11개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 연구참여자들의 인턴십매장 참여경험의 구성요소들을 가로지르는 본질적인 의미는 ‘겹겹이 쌓여있던 덮개를 벗겨내며 세상의 주체로 나서기 위해 움트기’로 분석되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 폭력피해 여성의 통합적 자립지원을 위한 임파워먼트 실천의 정책적·실천적 방안을 제안하였다. This study was designed to explore the participatory experiences in internship program of female victims who had abused by violence. The results were deducted from in-depth interview with 9 female victims. The process of data analysis was carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the phenomenological Giorgi’s method. The results of research showed that experiences of women could be classified in 13 sub-constituents and 3 constituents. The essential theme of the empowerment experiences of female victims could be summarized as "preparing to live as the subject and overcoming painful difficulties”. The result of this study can be utilized as a basis for the social work intervention and policy implications for female victims of violence.
