A universal outer diameter measurement module was developed using a linear variable differential transformer (LVDT). This outer diameter measurement module enables simultaneous measurement of outer diameter, displacement, and perpendicularity of bench-type high-precision products by combining analogue and digital measurement principles with mechanically precise and fine adjustment functions. The developed module showed a performance of 0.001mm in measurement resolution, 0.001mm in measurement accuracy, reference surface abrasion lower than Ra 0.1864, and measurement stability of 0.002mm. Therefore, we have acquired domestic measurement technology to improve productivity by securing technical competitiveness for universal diameter measurement technology, lower production costs through import substitution, and increased quality of products with more precise measurement technology. Furthermore, a substitution effect is expected for expensive import measurement system equipment used in production, research, and inspection sites in industries that produce precision processing products such as automobile and machine components.

Weakness process can be called ferrule array and epoxy filling process at connector manufacturing process, and a lot of problems happen as think as general manufacturing process at early investment. Wished to improve this and working environment mend of worker on childhood (planning phase) and problem that is happened at done ferrule array and epoxy injection by emphasis target. By ferrule sorting and improvement of epoxy filling process, bring authoritativeness elevation of product by fraction defective decrease of product by sized work along with productivity elevation.

Recently, research attention has been focused on vibration-free vehicles to transport small numbers of expensive electronic products. Vibration-free vehicles can be used to transport expensive test equipment or semiconductors, mainly produced in the domestic IT industry, and can serve as a readily available transportation system for short driving distances due to the increased efficiency on narrow national highways. This study was aimed at developing a Z-Spring to minimize the vibration by installing an air spring instead of the plate spring applied to conventional freight cars and to prevent the damage of the loaded cargo from the shock occurring during movement. The mechanical properties (elastic modulus, tensile strength, and shear strength) of carbon fiber (CF) and glass fiber (GF) prepreg were derived, and ANSYS ACP PrepPost analyses were performed. It was observed that in the case of hybrid composites, the total deformation and equivalent stress are higher than that of CFRP; however, in terms of the unit cost, the hybrid Z-Spring is more inexpensive and durable compared to the GF.

Recently, according to the development of mechatronics industry that was composed of NT, ST, IT, RT and the necessity of nano-parts was increased. And It was require motion accuracy of high resolution of ㎚ order in stroke of 100㎜ according as diameter of processing object. However, most machine tool has processing accuracy that do not reach in design targets by several variables. Therefore, in this research, mastered correct position information using environment compensation unit that optical fiber laser encoder and pneumatic refractive index and temperature, vibration compensation is available to solve these problem. Also, composed so that optical fiber laser encoder system using optical interference and displacement measurement and position control are available.

In vibration-free vehicles such as limousine buses, the vibration is minimized by installing an air spring instead of the leaf spring used in the existing freight cars to prevent the damage to the loaded cargo from shocks generated during movement. In the existing vehicles, steel structures support the air spring system. This study was aimed at replacing the steel structures used in the Z-spring by carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced plastics. In addition, the mechanical properties (elastic modulus, tensile strength, and shear strength) of carbon fiber and glass fiber prepreg were derived using specimens molded with the corresponding prepreg. The final goal was to develop a material lighter than the conventional steel material but with enhanced mechanical properties. Although the CF prepreg exhibited excellent mechanical properties, the production cost was extremely high. To overcome this limitation, hybrid composites with GF prepreg were examined, which are expected to be promising future materials.
