The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between satisfactions and physical leisure activities for pre-elderly group. The survey was conducted from August 21, 2008 to August 26, 2008, focusing on the pre-elderly group living in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. 350 questionnaires were distributed and 299 were collected, in which 285 samples were acceptable for final analysis. SPSS 12.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, cluster analysis, T-test and ANOVA. The study founded out the significance of the physical leisure activities on pre-elderly group, and offered the basic information for the setting of leisure policy and future education. The major results of the study were as follows: first, regarding the perceptions on whether the respondents feel themselves as pre-elderly group, the result presented significant differences among the clusters. Second, in terms of self-perceptions on health conditions, there were significant differences on satisfactions on physical leisure activities among the clusters. Third, there were significant differences on satisfactions if there were accompanying people for leisure activities. Finally, satisfactions on leisure activities in the pre-elderly group were significantly higher when people participated in leisure activities at least three times a week. This finding will provide reference to draw up policies or leisure program for pre-elderly group and will be useful in enjoying leisure time of seniors in the future.

본 연구는 액션러닝을 적용한 교양강의를 운영한 후 효과, 만족도를 알아보고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기위하여 2011년 3월부터 8월까지 강의를 수강한 대학생을 대상으로 사전 사후 설문 조사를 하였다. 이에대한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 강의의 효과에서는 교수-학습 전략, 액션러닝 활용, 강의 내용들에서 학기초보다 학기말에 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 강의 만족도는 액션러닝, 강의내용,교수자의 영향중에서 액션러닝과 관련된 항목 등이 주로 만족도에 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 액션러닝 교수방법을 대학교육과정 핵심역량 교양강의에 적극 도입하여 수행한 수업에 대한 연구라는 데 의의가 있다. 액션러닝을 적용한 교양강의는 대학생들의 핵심역량에 대해 졸업 후 취업 실무 적응 능력을 높일 수 있는 새로운 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. Applying Action Learning course liberal college students jobs after graduation, working on core competencies to increase adaptive capacity could be a new alternative.
