다문화가정 아동의 읽기 특성에 대한 인지·언어학적 접근: 안구운동추적방법의 적용 가능성

연구목적: 본 연구는 국내 다문화가정 아동의 읽기능력 연구의 다양화를 위해 안구운동추적방법의 적용가능성을 국내외 문헌들을 통해 탐색해보았다. 이를 위하여 일차적으로 다문화가정 구성원의 읽기능력을 연구한 선행연구들을 분석하였고, 이후 이중언어 사용자를 대상으로 한 안구운동 관련 국외연구들을 살펴보았다. 연구방법: 국내학술지 논문 탐색을 위해 2010년부터 2020년까지 발표된 연구 중 ‘다문화가정 구성원의 읽기’와 관련된 총42편의 논문을 선정하였다. 그리고 발표학술지 유형, 연도별 연구 분포, 연구유형, 연구대상에 따라 선행연구들을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 국내 연구 논문은 주로, 문화, 국어교육, 언어치료 관련 학술지에 집중되어 있었다. 연구유형별로는 표준화검사를 이용한 다문화 일집단 특성연구가 가장 비중이 높았으며, 다음으로는 일반아동과의 집단 간 비교연구, 교육이론 관련 연구가 그 뒤를 이었다. 대상별로는 학령기(7~12세) 연구와 학령전기(4-6세)가 가장 많았다. 결론: 선행연구의 다수가 표준화 검사 결과에 기초한 다문화가정 아동의 특성 기술 및 그룹간 비교연구에 주력하였던 반면, 언어 간 상호작용 효과와 같이 인지․언어학적 관점에서 다문화 가정 아동의 읽기처리능력 자체를 살펴본 연구는 드물었다. 국외의 연구들을 살펴본 결과 1990년대 후반부터 어휘, 구문, 덩이글 읽기 분야에서 안구운동추적기법을 사용하여 활발하게 연구를 진행하고 있었고, 이를 국내 다문화가정의 이중언어 아동에게도 적용시킬 경우 학문적인 영역뿐 아니라 실질적인 중재방법의 개발에도 많은 기여를 할 것으로 예상된다. Purpose: This study introduces the potential of using eye-tracking methods to present a broader picture of the reading characteristics of children from multicultural families. The study first analyzed previous research on the reading competencies of multicultural families, then explored how past studies outside Korea examined visual language processing in bilingual speakers using eye-tracking methods. Method: A total of 42 studies were selected and analyzed following established protocols and procedures. Result: A majority of the selected studies were found in journals in various fields and subfields, including studies of subcultures, Korean language education, and speech-language pathology. The most common research type consisted of characteristic studies of multicultural groups based on standardized test results, followed by comparative studies between multi- and monocultural groups. In each study, the participants were primarily school-age or preschool children. Conclusion: While there are a number of studies in this area, little research exists on bilingual reading processing from a cognitive linguistic perspective, such as cross-linguistic interference. Since the eye-tracking method enables researchers to tap into on-line cognitive processes, a wide range of bilingual research using eye-tracking data has already been conducted outside of Korea in the field of lexical, syntactic, and text processing. Therefore, incorporating the eye-tracking method into future studies could provide a new framework for studying children with reading difficulties from multicultural families.

글로벌 에너지 정책 변화에 따라 친환경 LNG 발전의 운영 비율을 확대하려는 환경 변화가 이루어지고 있으며, LNG 발전의 핵심인 가스터빈을 이용한 안정적인 전력 공급을 위해 가스터빈의 운영 신뢰도 확보가 점차 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 발전용 가스터빈의 상태 감시 진단을 위해 운영되고 있는 시스템의 한계점을 분석하고, 한전 전력연구원에서 개발한 가스터빈 최적 운영 지원 시스템을 소개한다. 가스터빈 최적 운영 지원 시스템은 성능 감시 진단 시스템, 이상 진단 예측 시스템, 고온부품 관리 시스템 및 복합 화력 발전 시뮬레이터로 구성되어 있으며, 실제 운영 중인 복합 화력발전소에 적용하여 운영 결과를 도출하고 유효성을 평가하였다. 지속적인 운영 및 확대 적용을 통해 향후 발전 설비 유지 보수(O&M) 분야에서의 지속적인 track record 확보가 가능할 것이다. Improvements in efficiency, operational optimization, and maintenance of gas turbines are progressively becoming more important topics following governmental strategies related to environmental issues. There is a growing demand for new integrated systems that enable condition-based maintenance and efficiency optimization. This paper focuses on the development and implementation of an optimal operation and maintenance system, comprising four individual subsystems. To this end, a real-time performance monitoring and diagnosis system and a high-temperature core components management system are developed in this paper. Further, an abnormal detection and prediction system based on deep learning, and a combined cycle powerplant simulator for operator training is developed and applied in an actual powerplant. We intend to expand the systems implemented and operated on the site and evaluate their track records in power generation O&M field after further validation.

Web-based circulating fluidized bed power plant simulator is developing for operator training. Process model is the one of the simulator models that has developed by using physical data and the process characteristic in the cebu power plant system in the philippines. In order to be modeling and verification, process model has been configured, applied physical and operating data in modules, done heat balancing and parameterization as procedure of the development. Due to enhance process model’s fidelity boiler, BOP(Balance Of Plant), auxiliary and electrical system in process model has tested and verified. In this paper, process model of circulating fluidized bed power plant simulator has developed.

Fossil power plant simulator has developed by using the design and operation data in the real power plant system. There are functions defined external parameters as atmosphere temperature, humidity, seawater temperature, grid voltage, grid frequency, coal information and so on in the simulator. Although various coals can be used during coal firing in the plant operation, only one design coal information applies in the simulator. In order that the simulator emulates and operates same procedure in the real power plant system, coal DB interface system is set up with fossil power plant simulator. In this paper, fossil power plant simulator with the coal database interfacing system is developed.

Power plant simulators have been used for operator training, control verification and engineering verification. In general, simulators can be used in the place where they are installed by only single user group at a time. Considering high cost of simulator development, a lot of available scenarios, the diversity of user level and accessibility based on users' work location, development of simulator system that can be used by multiple user groups regardless of location is required in order to enhance utilization of simulators. In this paper, the simulator system that can be used by multiple user group simultaneously without location limitation is proposed. The simulator system is composed of simulator servers, database servers, HMI servers, a web server, web clients. Simulator server consists of control model, process model that are developed for Circulating Fluidized Bed power plant located overseas. A web server manages user accounts, operation procedures, multiple server access between web client group and simulator server group. In other words, a web server makes a user group select a simulator server at a time. The developed simulator system is integrated after implementing process model, control model, HMI, and web server. Web client systems are installed on local site where power plant is located, while simulator servers, HMI servers, database servers, and a web server are located in KEPCO RI. The developed simulator system is verified by steady-state test, malfunction test and so on via remote access.
