본 연구에서는 넙치 (Paralichthys olivaceus)에게 감염 및 높은 폐사율을 일으켜 해산어류양식에서 심각한 문제가 되고 있는 스쿠티카충 (Miamiensis avidus) 구제를 위한 과산화수소의 유효성을 평가하였다. In vitro시험 결과, 과산화수소 50 mg/l로 1시간 동안 노출시키면 완벽하게 스쿠티카충 (M. avidus)을 효과적으로 살상하였다. In vivo시험은 $2{\times}10^3M.\; avidus/ml$로 이틀간 침지감염을 유도한 넙치와 제주지역에서 자연적으로 스쿠티카충에 감염된 넙치를 대상으로 과산화수소의 효능을 평가하였다. 제주지역 양식장 및 실험실적 시험군에서 과산화수소 100-200 mg/l로 1시간 동안 약욕시 대조군에 비해 현저히 누적폐사가 감소하였다 (p<0.05). 이때 넙치 조직에서 충밀도 측정 결과 약욕 후 3일 동안 대조군에 비해 감소가 나타났다. 따라서 수산용 과산화수소는 스쿠티카충의 초기 구제 효과가 유효한 것으로 확인하였다.
이동 콘텐트 중심 네트워킹 구조에서의 하이브리드계층적 이동성 관리 방안

As personal users create and share lots of contents at any time and any places, new networking architecture such ascontent centric networking (CCN) has emerged. CCN utilizes content name as a packet identifier, not address. However,current CCN has a limitation for content source mobility management. The movement of content sources cause longdelivery latency and long service disruption. To solve that, a hierarchical mobility management was was proposed. However, the hierarchical mobility management scheme has still the loss of interest packets and long handoff latency. So,this paper presents the hybrid hierarchical mobility management in mobile CCN environements to reduce both the lossrate of interest packets and the handoff latency. It is shown from the performance evaluations shows that the proposedscheme provides low loss rate of control message 사용자들이 언제 어디서든 콘텐츠를 생성하고 공유함에 따라 CCN이라고 하는 새로운 네트워킹 구조가 등장하게 되었다. CCN은 IP 주소가 아닌 콘텐츠 이름 자체를 패킷 식별자로 사용하는 방식을 취하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 CCN 프로토콜은 콘텐츠 소스의 이동성을 지원하는데 문제를 갖고 있으며, 이로 인해 패킷 전달시 긴 전송 지연과 긴 서비스 단절 문제를 나타낸다. 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위해, 계층적 이동성 관리 방안이 제시되었으나, 이 또한 interest 패킷의 손실과 긴 핸드오프 지연이라는 문제를 갖고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 하이브리드 형태의 이동성 관리 방안을 제시하며, 성능 분석으로제안 방안이 감소된 제어 오버헤드의 손실율을 가짐을 확인할 수 있었다

It is important to secure the driver's external field view in armored vehicles surrounded by iron armor for preparation for the enemy's firepower. For this purpose, a 360 degree rotatable surveillance camera is mounted on the vehicle. In this case, the key idea is to recognize the head of the driver wearing a helmet so that the external camera rotated in exactly the same direction. In this paper, we introduce a method that uses a MEMS-based AHRS sensor and a illuminance sensor to compensate for the disadvantages of the existing optical method and implements it with low cost. The key idea is to set the direction of the camera by using the difference between the Euler angles detected by two sensors mounted on the camera and the helmet, and to adjust the direction with illuminance sensor from time to time to remove the drift error of sensors. The implemented prototype will show the camera's direction matches exactly in driver's one.

Methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) is a gasoline additive that boosts the oxygen content in fuel (an oxygenate), resulting in less air-polluting carbon monoxide being released from vehicle exhaust systems. Then, groundwater contamination problems have been developed in areas where the chemical is used. Common sources of water contamination by MTBE include leaking underground gasoline storage tanks and leaks and spills from above ground fuel storage tanks, etc.. Studies on the chemical and these problems are going on abroad vigorously. These studies should be performed in our country as well more actively. This paper reviews on articles on these studies and focuses on the identification of the chemical as a groundwater contamination source.

Graphene, a new material with various advantageous properties, has been actively used in various fields in recent years. Applications of graphene oxide are increasing in combination with other materials due to the different properties of graphene oxide, depending on the number of single and multiple layers of graphene. In this study, single-layer graphene oxide and multi-layer graphene oxide are spray coated on polystyrene, and the physicochemical properties of the coated surfaces are characterized using SEM, Raman spectroscopy, AFM, UV-Vis spectrophotometry, and contact angle measurements. In single-layer graphene oxide, particles of 20 ㎛ are observed, whereas a 2D peak is less often observed, and the difference in surface height increases according to the amount of graphene oxide. Adhesion increases with an increase in graphene oxide up to 0.375 mg, but decreases at 0.75 mg. In multi-layer graphene oxide, particles of 5 ㎛ are observed, as well as a 2D peak. According to the amount of graphene oxide, the height difference of the surface increases and the adhesive strength decreases. Both materials are hydrophilic, but single-layer graphene oxide has a hydrophilicity higher than that of multi-layer graphene oxide. We believe that multi-layer graphene oxide and single-layer graphene oxide can be implemented based on the characteristics that make them suitable for application.

Obstructive jaundice produced by periportal tuberculous adenitis in the absence of pulmonary tuberculosis is quite rare. We are reporting the case of a 58-year-old woman who presented with constitutional symptoms and biochemical evidence of biliary tract obstruction. By abdominal sonogram and CT scan, a mass around the head of pancreas and periportal area was detected. The ERCP showed fistula connected proximal common bile duct to lymph node. The patient underwent laparotomy and recognized tuberculous adenitis of periportal lymph node which caused biliary tract obstruction with fistula.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between complexity, tacit knowledge, know-how, perception, and perception on business performance, and to suggest management implications for corporate performance and organizational executives. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, corporate representatives and staff in charge of organization should be able to access various information and contents through various routes about the work of members of the organization, and should make efforts to freely communicate among members. Second, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should consider using the traditional methods of communication within their work, but allowing more informed and inmates to do more off-the-job activities that can increase intimacy with each other. Third, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should provide a situation in which they can acquire work knowledge in a variety of ways, but must devise communication methods to increase information sharing and information value among members. Fourth, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners should endeavor to provide employees with educational support, family invitation events, awards and bonuses, and compliments that will make them more interested in their work. Lastly, corporate representatives and organizational practitioners are encouraged to maintain effective communication, employee pride, etc., so that the concentration of work, achievement, quality and productivity of work, and high professionalism can be maintained. Performance evaluation of a plant to efficiently manage and maintain the performance of the plant is a very important procedure. However, since the conventional performance evaluation method is an Excel-based manual method, the preparation procedure is complicated and the versatility is poor. In this paper, we analyze the problems of the existing performance evaluation system, effectively model the equipment, calculate the missing physical properties, and improve the versatility, efficiency and accuracy of the performance evaluation through the equipment modeler which performs automatic index calculation based on this.
