In vivo bone regeneration can be achieved either by transplantation of osteogenic cells differentiated from adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) or by delivery of exogenous bone morphogenetic protein-2 (BMP-2). In this study, we compared the osteogenic potential between ADSCs and BMP-2 in a mouse calvarial defect model. Critical- sized circular calvarial defects were made in nude mice. The mice were randomized into 4 groups (n=6 per group) that were treated with either 1) fibrin glue alone, 2) fibrin glue with BMP-2, 3) fibrin glue with undifferentiated ADSCs, or 4) fibrin glue with osteogenically differentiated ADSCs. Specimens were harvested at 8 weeks after treatment and evaluated radiographically and histologically. Differentiation of human ADSCs prior to transplantation did not affect bone regeneration. Transplantation of ADSCs was not superior to BMP-2 delivery for in vivo bone formation in a mouse calvarial defect model.

This study was investigated seasonal variation and species composition of fish species at Wang dol reef from November 2019 to August 2020. A total of 31 fish species was occurred, and the dominant fish species were dermesal fishes. The number of individuals of fishes was higher at August 2020, lower at March 2020. The number of species was higher than another study. Thamnaconus modestus was dominant, than Eopsetta grigorjewi, Hexagrammos otakii and Sebastiscus marmoratus were followed. Seasonal variation of dominant species that Eopsetta grigorjewi in March 2020, Hexagrammos otakii in May 2020 and Thamnaconus modestus in November 2019 and August 2020. These results indicated that difference between water temperature and diet community.
갯벌 조간대에서 서식하는 낙지 (Octopus minor)의 주 산란기 및 성 성숙

A total of 315 individuals of Octopus minor were collected in the mud flat, Korea from May to November 2016. The sex ratio (female : male) of O. minor was higher female with 0.54 : 0.46. The sexual group maturity by logistics model was F=0.0093ML0.2712 with and average fecundity occurred 95 individuals. Female individuals with higher 8.0 cm ML were full maturity. The gonadsomatic index (GSI) was the highest in May and June 2016 for female and male, respectively. These results indicated that the main spawning period of O. minor was from May to June.
전남 갯벌 해역 낙지 인공 산란장 조성 및 적지 기준에 관한 연구

The Suitable criterion of construction of artificial spawning area for Octopus minor in muddy tidal flat, Chonnam Area was temperature 10∼20℃, salinity 27.0∼35.0psu, dissolved oxygen above 5.0mg/L, sand and mud in sediment composition, maximum 7 hours in exposure periods. The construction period of artificial spawning area for Octopus minor was from May to June, October to November, and minimum 7.0cm ML for Octopus minor with considering actual spawning periods of Octopus minor. The 1,000 individuals each sex ratio were copulation for 3 days with supply food, and then female with eggs were in artificial spawning area with boundary. signal. The series was systematic for construction of artificial spawning area for Octopus minor in muddy tidal flat. Higher 40 percent caught Octopus minor individuals in construction of artificial spawning area than those of non-construction area. Therefore construction of artificial spawning area for Octopus minor in muddy tidal flat were higher effect for Octopus minor catch rate in Chonnam Area.

This study was investigated species composition and seasonal variation of fish species at Yeoja Bay from April to November, 2019. A total of 17 fish species was occurred. The number of individuals of fishes was higher at June 2019, lower at November 2019. Nibea albiflora was dominant species, and Argyrosomus argentatus and Cynoglossus robustus were in the study area with decreasing numbers order. Seasonal variation of dominant species that Nibea albiflora in April 2019, Argyrosomus argentatus in June 2019, Cynoglossus robustus in August 2019, and Chelidonichthys spinosus in November 2019. These results indicated that dominant fish species were differ with water temperature and breeding season during study area.

This study was conducted from November 2019 to August 2020 to understand the species composition and seasonal variations of fish inhabiting at the Coastal water off Wang Dol Reef. A total of 22 fish species was collected at this area. The number of fish individuals was higher at August 2020 than March 2020. Sebastiscus marmoratus was the most dominant species, followed by Pseudololabrus sieboldi, and Alcichthys elongatus. At the seasonal fluctuations of the collected fishes, Sebastiscus marmoratus was dominant in November 2019 and March 2020, Alcichthys elongatus in May 2020, and Chromis notata in August 2020. These results are indicated as the species composition and seasonal variation of fish, due to the difference in water temperature.

A total of 345 individuals of Octopus minor were collected in the mud flat, Korea from May 2017 to November 2017. The mantle size of O. minor ranged from 2.3 to 9.3cm in mantle length(ML), and most of individuals were about 7cm (ML). O. minor was a carnivore which consumed mainly brachyurans. Its diets also included a small amount of bivalves, macurans, stomatopods, anomurans, and gammarid amphipods. The diets of O. minor underwent size-related changes; smaller individuals consumed polychaetes, while larger individuals ate bivalves and brachyurans. The dietary breadth index of O. minor was increased with increasing of their size.
