A company must pay better-than-before attention on managing joint inventions because the number of joint inventions increases and the value of them are normally higher than that of single inventions. This article proposes a new method to calculate contribution rates among joint inventors. To so do, firstly it defines joint inventors as those who substantially contribute in establishing distinctive elements of an invention. A person who contributed for an element derived from prior art may not be considered as an inventor. Secondly, this article analyzes most cases that dealt with joint inventorship, after so doing, it concludes that the cases suggest only somewhat vague criteria to determine joint inventorship, such as "substantial cooperation" and "concrete concept" rather than suggesting more objective criteria. As a more objective method to ca1cukle the contribution rates among joint inventors, this article suggests, (1) to classify elements of a claim into prior art ones and distinctive ones, (2) to determine value of each distinctive e1ement, (3) to determine contribution rate of each joint inventor for each distinctive e1ement (4) to calculate contribution rates among joint inventors for the claim, and (5) to calculate overall contribution rates by adding contribution rate for each claim. This method may make contribution rate calculation more reasonable and may reduce cases of misjoinder or nonjoinder. To make upper-suggested method more effective, a following research may (1) suggest a way to determine value of each distinctive element of a claim and (2) provide a scheme to consider those who does not directly contribute for the creation of the invention, but still indirectly contribute s for it.

For refrigerating hermetic compressors, convection heat-transfer coefficient and radiation emissivity are derived by experiments for each case of surface conditions, no-painting, oil soluble enamel painting, and water soluble enamel painting. The results are h=6.8, F_ε=0.36, F_ε'=0.85, F_ε˝=0.91. And the relation between surface temperature and coil temperature is derived.
과학관에서의 대중 시연을 통한 인간크기 이족보행 휴머노이드 로봇의 평가 연구

Although human-sized bipedal humanoid robots have been developed as the ideal form of human-friendly robots, studies of humanoid robots from the user perspective and of actual interaction between humanoid robots and the public in daily environments are few. This paper presents a long-term public demonstration that encouraged interaction between a humanoid robot and unspecified individuals. We have collected a significant amount of subjective evaluation data from the public by performing a storytelling demonstration that enhanced people's empathy towards the robot. The evaluation model consists of the robot's human friendliness, which involves its impression on humans, interaction with humans, and imitation of human motions and the robot's human appearance which involves gender, age, height, and body type. This study shows that there is no significant difference in human-friendliness between gender groups (male and female), while there is a significant difference between age groups (children and adults). In human appearance, it appears that there is no significant difference between either gender groups or age groups, except for the case of the robot's height.
차량 부하 스펙트럼 모델링을 이용한 구동축의 가속 수명 평가

This paper proposes an accelerated life evaluation of drive shaft for the power train parts of special purpose vehicle. It is necessary the real load data of usage level driving load condition for life evaluation of power train parts, but we can't get the load spectrum data for evaluation in many case of special purpose vehicle. So, in this paper, the road load spectrum data for evaluation is created by modeling and simulation based on vehicle data and special road condition. The inverse power model is used for accelerated life test. The equivalent torque of load spectrum is achieved using the Miner's Rule. This paper also proposes the calibrated acceleration life test method for drive shaft. The fatigue test is performed through three stress levels. The lifetime at normal stress level is predicted by extrapolation, and is verified through comparison of experimental results and load spectrum data. 본 논문은 특수 차량용 동력 전달계 부품인 구동축의 가속 수명 시험을 수행하는 것이다. 동력 전달계 부품의 수명 평가를 위하여 사용환경의 주행 부하 스펙트럼의 데이터가 필요하나, 특수 차량의 경우 부하 스펙트럼을 구할 수 없는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 차량 데이터와 특수 주행로 조건에 기반하여 주행 부하 로드 스펙트럼을 모델링하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 가속 수명 시험에는 역승 모델을 적용하였고, 마이너 법칙을 사용하여 등가 토크를 구하였으며, 구동축 가속 수명 시험을 위하여 교정 가속법을 사용하였다. 피로시험은 세 수준의 스트레스로 수행하였으며, 사용자 스트레스 수준의 수명은 외삽법을 사용하여 예측 하였고, 실제 시험 결과와 부하 스펙트럼 데이터와의 비교로 수명을 검증하였다.

Vehicles and UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle) need a variety of road informations, such as road profile, soil type and soil water contents, to run a cross country course. Especially, soil water contents are very important factor to judge the vehicle mobility, because it can change soil strength. This paper describes the real-time measuring method of soil water contents by using the soil thermal conductivity.

본 연구의 목적은 실감나는 운전 환경을 제공하는 공기압 구동식 드라이빙 시뮬레이터 개발에 있다. 드라이 빙 시뮬레이터의 모션 플랫폼은 운전자에게 실제 차량의 사실적인 느낌을 주는 메카트로닉스 장비이다. 모션 플랫폼 의 비용은 드라이빙 시뮬레이터를 개발하는데 가장 큰 부분을 차지한다. 저비용으로 모션 플랫폼을 개발하기 위하여 6개의 공압 실린더로 구성된 스튜어트 플랫폼 형태를 기반으로 모션 플랫폼을 자체 제작하였다. 스튜어트 플랫폼은 조이스틱의 작동신호에 대한 응답으로 만족할 만한 추종성능을 보여주었다. 상용의 레이싱 게임 소프트웨어 중의 하 나인 rFactor를 이용하여 드라이빙 시뮬레이터의 가능성을 확인하였다. A pneumatically-driven driving simulator that provides a realistic representation of the driving environment was developed. The motion platform for the driving simulator is a mechatronic device that gives a driver the realistic feeling of an actual vehicle. The cost of the motion platform comprises the largest part of the expenses in developing a driving simulator. In this project, to develop a low-cost motion platform, the self-built motion platform based on the Stewart platform configuration that is constructed by six pneumatic cylinders was used as its actuator. The Stewart platform that moves in response to the operating signals of the joystick showed satisfactory tracking performance. We confirmed the possibility of the driving simulator using rFactor that is a commercially available racing game software.
