It is an increasing research area to explore mathematics learning from discursive perspectives. However, there have been little studies conducted on why and how discursive perspectives in mathematics learning were adopted and developed. Especially, not much discussion has been done on the later Wittgenstein’s philosophical stance in terms of the relationship between language and thought as a background of discursive approach to learning mathematics. This study aims to explore the later Wittgenstein on language to get better understanding about discursive approaches to mathematics learning. For the attainment of this aim, first the later philosophy is compared with the former philosophy in depth. Then the later philosophy is discussed focusing on how his point of view on the world and the language have been changed. After providing an account of his later philosophy, it is clarified that what is discursive approaches to learning mathematics and how this philosophy brace the approaches. This research concludes with implications and limitations, as well as suggestions for future researches. 본 연구의 주된 목적은 수학 학습에 대한 담론적 접근의 한 배경이 되는 후기 비트겐슈타인 철학이 무엇인지를 상세히 밝히는 것이다. 이는 수학 학습에 대한 담론적 접근을 철학적 측면에서 이해할 수 있도록 그리고 일관성 있게 사용할 수 있도록 돕는다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 비트겐슈타인의 전-후기 철학을 구분하고, 언어와 세계에 대한 그의 관점이 어떻게 바뀌었는지에 초점을 두어 설명함으로써 후기 비트겐슈타인 철학을 논의하였다. 다음으로 수학 학습에 대한 담론적 접근이 무엇인지와 이 접근에서 그의 후기 철학이 사용되고 있는 논리를 분명히 하였다. 이 논의들을 토대로 후기 비트겐슈타인 철학이 수학교육에 줄 수 있는 시사점에 대해 논의하고 후속연구 주제를 제안하였다.

As the population was concentrated in cities, urban planning in the meantime emphasized securing housing to accommodate the increasing population. In this process, many cities have established a uniform city plan, and as the abstract urban basic plan and concrete city management plan are directly connected, many problems have been pointed out in the connection between the actual plans. In this process, there was a limit in reflecting the needs and lives of residents under the Urban Planning Act. As a way to solve the problems of the current urban planning, the Seoul Metropolitan Government has established and implemented a community plan as a sub-plan of the Urban Basic Plan for the first time. The Seoul Community Plan is an urban plan established by the local living zone unit with residents and basic local governments participating based on the administrative district. The community plan was located in the middle of the city basic plan and the city management plan, and pursued harmony of both, and can be evaluated as a bottom-up city plan led by local residents. In order for such community plan to maintain its net function and induce practical participation of residents in urban planning, the legal basis and functions must first be established as an intermediate stage of urban planning. In terms of residents' participation and the right to live, an institutional foundation should be established that can be linked to the government's policy of living SOC. First of all, in order to establish a plan based on the life and participation of the residents, the transfer of planning power to the local government should be promoted in the long term. Despite the many advantages, the community plan is still incomplete. In the future, through many researches and institutional supplements, the right to life plan can be a way of resident-centered city planning. 도시로 인구가 집중되면서 그동안의 도시계획은 증가하는 인구를 수용하기 위한 주거지 확보를 강조하였다. 이 과정에서 많은 도시들이 획일적인 도시계획을 수립하여 왔으며, 추상적인 도시기본계획과 구체적인 도시관리계획이 직접 연결되면서 실제 계획 상호간의 연계성에는 많은 문제가 지적되어 왔다. 이 과정에서 도시계획법제하에서는 주민들의 요구나 생활을 반영하는데 한계가 있었다. 이원화된 체계의 도시계획의 문제점을 해소하기 위한 방안으로 서울시에서 처음으로 도시기본계획의 하부계획으로서 생활권계획을 수립하여 시행하고 있다. 서울시 생활권계획은 행정구역을 기준으로 주민과 기초지방자치단체가 참여하여 지역 생활권 단위에서 수립하는 도시계획이다. 생활권계획은 도시기본계획과 도시관리계획의 중간에 위치하여 양자의 조화를 추구하였고 지역주민의 주도로 이루어진 상향식 도시계획이라고 평가할 수 있다. 이러한 생활권계획이 순기능을 유지하고 도시계획에서의 실질적인 주민참여를 유도하기 위해서는 우선 도시계획의 중간단계로서 법적 근거와 기능이 정립되어야 한다. 주민참여와 생활권이라는 점에서 정부에서 추진하고 있는 생활SOC정책과 연계될 수 있는 제도적 기반이 마련되어야 한다. 무엇보다 주민의 생활과 참여를 기반으로 한 계획 수립을 위해서는 자치구를 지방자치단체에게 계획고권의 이양이 장기적으로는 추진되어야 한다. 도시계획 상호간의 문제점을 보완하면서 주민의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 생활권계획은 아직 제도적으로는 미완의 계획이다. 앞으로 많은 연구와 제도적 보완을 통해 생활권계획은 주민 중심의 도시계획의 하나의 방안이 될 수 있을 것이다.

뷰티산업의 발전으로 인해 미용업계도 대형화, 전문화, 프랜차이즈화 되고 있는 시점에서 미용업에 대해서 매출액을 결정짓는 요인들을 AHP를 통해 분석하였고 분석한 결과 프랜차이즈 미용업의 경영성과 결정요인인(입지조건,매장시설,프랜차이즈브랜드,인적구성,가격수준)에서 상위계층에서 인적구성(0.313)과 하위계층에서 연계시설(0.326)을 실증분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었으며 종합적으로 입지조건, 인적구성, 프랜차이즈브랜드 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 프랜차이즈 본사에서 점포개발을 함에 있어서 실무적으로 도움이 될 것으로 판단이 되며 다른 업종에서도 동일한 연구방법으로 실증연구가 가능하다고 판단된다. The importance of the factors that influence on the sales from the owners of franchise beauty salons has been analized through AHP method. The result shows that the critical factors are workers, location, franchise brand power, facilities and price in turn. The importance of the low level shows that facilities, famous staffs, the appearance of workers, franchise brand's populality in turn.
