In order to design efficient air vaporizers the heat transfer coefficient of air side is a critical parameter. Air side heat transfer coefficient was estimated using experimental and numerical method in this study. Surface temperatures of tube and fin were measured in steady state condition. Heat transfer coefficient was estimated by computational heat transfer anlysis using the measured temperatures as boundary condition. The result gave the average heat transfer coefficient at the air side of the air vaporizer was around 7.6 W/m²·K
