뉴스통신사의 빅데이터 저널리즘 활용방안 연구 : 연합뉴스 기자 및 전문가 심층인터뷰를 중심으로

이 연구는 뉴스 미디어 환경 변화에 대응하기 위해 연합뉴스가 빅데이터 저널리즘을 어떠한 방식으로 활용해야 하는지에 관하여 심층 분석하였다. 이를 위해 연합뉴스 기자들과 빅데이터 저널리즘 전문가들을 대상으로 뉴스 미디어 환경 변화, 변화하는 연합뉴스의 위상과 전략, 빅데이터 저널리즘의 필요성과 활용방안에 관한 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 미디어 환경의 변화는 소비자들이 뉴스 생산에 적극적으로 참여할 수 있는 토대를 마련해 주었지만 불확실한 뉴스 유통이나 선정적 기사 양산, 언론의 신뢰도 하락 등 심각한 부작용을 초래하고 있었다. 연합뉴스는 언론사들을 대상으로 하는 도매상 역할과 일반 독자들과 만나는 소매상 역할을 동시에 맡게 되었고, 이에 따라 속보 외에도 일반 독자들의 요구에 맞춘 새로운 기사의 형식과 내용을 시도하는 전략 수정이 요구되고 있다. 저널리즘의 신뢰성과 공정성을 회복하기 위한 혁신 방안 중 하나로 제시된 빅데이터 저널리즘은 탐사보도, 지역보도 등에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 분석되었고 이를 위한 선결 과제로 전담 부서와 인력 확충, 기자 교육 프로그램 마련, 공공 데이터 확보 등이 실무적 차원으로 제시되었다. This study explored the methods to upgrade news contents using big data journalism in the Korean National News Agency, Yonhapnews, facing changes of news production and consumption. In this study, we conducted in-depth interview with Yonhapnews journalists and experts, to see perception on changes of media environments, the status and strategies of Yonhapnews, the using plan of big data journalism. According to the interview, the changes of media environments makes users to consume news more easier and to participate in the process of news production. However, the changes make many side effects like distribution of uncertain information or sensational news, falling of the credibility of the press. Lately Yonhapnews take the role of ‘wholesaler’ for the news business and ‘retailer’ for the ordinary news users, the interviewees mentioned Yonhapnews should make effort to supply straight news for other news company and newly designed news format for the general news consumers at the same time. Journalists and experts argued big data journalism can help recover the trust on the whole news business, and should be applied to investigative report, local news in Yonhapnews. Especially, they request expansion of skilled manpower and charge department for big data journalism, education program for reporters, stable planning of public data acquisition for the success of big data journalism in Yonhapnews.

In this study, aluminum powders were sintered to porous aluminum plate, and the sound absorbing characteristics and mechanical properties was investigated. The difference of thermal expansion coefficient between aluminum and alumina was used in sintering aluminum powder and in order to increase sintering property of aluminum powder, Al-8%Si powder was mixed as a binding material. The cross section of sintered plate was obserbed with optical microscope and EDAX. The result showed that silicon was mainly distributed near the neck between sintered aluminum powders. and Al-8%Si alloy powder worked as a binding material. The result of measurement of sound absorbing coefficient showed resonator type characteristics by increasing the thickness and density of sintered plate and maximum sound absorbing coefficient was transfered to lower frequency by increasing air space of the back side of sound absorbing plate. Tensile strength of the sound absorbing plate was increased to 31∼37㎏/㎠ by increasing density.
고강도 용접용 P/M Al-Mg-Cr 압출재의 미세조직 및 인장성질

A study has been performed on rapidly solidified Al-Mg-Cr alloy as a candidate for engineering applications requiring high strength and weldability. The objective of this work was to investigate the development of microstructure during extrusion snd tensile properties. This work has been achieved by employing a combination of X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, and instron universal testing machine. The P/M Al-Mg-Cr alloy has a much finer grain and precipitates size than does I/M 5083. Through a combination of DSC and X-ray analysis obtained from Al-Mg-Cr powder and X-ray analysis from Al-Mg-Cr extrudate, the precipitate phase of being contributed to tensile strength of the extrudate is Cr₂Mg₃Al_(18).
알루미늄 6063 기지를 이용한 분말 소결판의 제조와 흡음 기구에 관한 연구

Aluminum 6063 and Al-8wt%Si powders were produced by centrifugal atomization and mixing. They were sintered under pressure in N₂ atmosphere to make porous sound absorbing plate. The micromorphology of powder and sintered plate was observed by SEM and optical microscope. It is found that Si is thoroughly dispersed in the matrix (Al 6063 powders) of the plate. For the sound absorbing coefficient measurement, impedance tube method was applied. The relation between sound absorbing coefficient, density of sintered plate, volume and distribution of porosity was investigated. Sound absorbing effect through the influence of binder which leads to the constructive variation of porosity was also investigated.
