(3S, 1E)-1-Cyano-1-octen-3-ol, the key intermediate in the synthesis of coriolic acid and. lipoxin A, was synthesized from (2S, 3S)- or (2R, 3S)-1-cyano-2, 3-octanediol derived from L-tartaric acid or 2-deoxy-D-ribose. The key reaction is deprotonation-elimination of the cyclic sulfite or carbonate of (2S, 3S)- or (2R, 3S)-1-cyano-2,3-octanediol. 코리오르산이나 리폭신 A 합성의 중요한 중간체인 (3S, 1E)-1-시아노-1-옥텐-3-올을 L-타타르산이나 2-데옥시-D-리보스에서 유도될 수 있는(2S, 3S)-나 (2R, 3S)-1-시아노-2,3-옥탄디올에서 합성하였다. 이 합성에서 중요한 반응은(2S, 3S)-혹은 (2R,3S)-1-시아노-2,3-옥탄디올의 고리 슬파이트나 카보네이트의 탈양성자성 제거반응이다.

The diagnosis and monitoring system of abnormal cutting condition is necessary to realize precision machining process and factory automation, which are final goal of metal cutting. In order to develop this system, the image processing technique has been investigated in machining process. In this paper, the measurement system of tool wear using computer vision is designed to detect the wear pattern by noncontact and direct method and get the reliable wear information about cutting tool. We measured the area of the side and front part of the diamond core drill which is used in 40kHz ultrasonic vibration machine.

프로스타글란딘, 아라치돈산 대사물질들, 코리오르산의 중요한 키랄 중간체인 (S)-1-옥틴-3-올을 L-타타르산에서 10 단계에 걸쳐 합성하였다. (S)-1-Octyn-3-01(1), a chiral building block for the synthesis of prostaglandins, arachidonic acid metabolites, and coriolic acid, was synthesized from L-tartaric acid in ten steps.
