해수이차전지의 사용 환경에 따른 특성 및 내부 저항 분석

해수이차전지는 해수를 양극으로 사용하는 차세대 이차전지이다, 해양 자원을 사용하여 가격 경쟁력과 높은 친환경성, 그리고 해양 애플리케이션에 적합한 구조를 가진다. 이러한 장점을 기반으로 지속적 연구개발을 통해 자연 해수 노출을 가정한 파우치 타입 및 각형 타입이 개발되어 왔다. 그러나 이차전지는 전기적 특성상 사용 환경에 따라 용량 및 내부 임피던스가 달라진다. 이러한 특성은 전지의 수명 예측에 활용될 뿐만 아니라 활용하고자 하는 상황에 맞는 용량과 출력에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해수이차전지의 사용 환경에 따른 용량 측정과 SoC-OCV 측정 방법을 통한 내부 저항을 분석하고자 한다.
A Functional Approach to the Passives in English and Korean Adaptations of The Great Gatsby

Based on formal and functional understanding of linguistics, this study illustrates the necessity of acquiring the functional aspects in language use into English translations. First, we talked about the limitations of formal approach to English passive voice for English translation, pointing out that this approach mainly focuses on the analysis of form-oriented sentences. For a better understanding of the passives, the concepts of functional analysis beyond the level of sentence is required in grammar translations from English to Korean. To examine the applicability of functional grammar of English translations to Korean, we explored the usage of passive voice sentences in The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald and its Korean translations. For this, a selection of English passive voice structures from The Great Gatsby and its Korean adaptations in parallel were discussed, to analyze the use of active voice, passive voice, and thematic-coherence appropriateness in usage and for translations. The findings of the functional analysis shows that functional approach of translations of English could improve the understanding of the passive voices in translations because it incorporates not only the form and meaning aspect of the language, but also the usage. Finally, we make some suggestions for the improving translations by incorporating functional grammar into the process.
육상전원공급장치(AMP) 이용한 선내 전원 공급 시 계통 안정도 분석

세계적 선박 배출가스 저감에 대한 규제로 인해 항만 및 부두에서 육상전원공급장치(AMP, Alternative Marine Power)가 지속적으로 사용되고 있다. 국내 또한 항만 대기질 개선 특별법에 따라 AMP의 사용이 의무화되고 있고, 다양한 친환경선박과 연계하여 활용하도록 지속적인 시도를 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 AMP를 통해 선내 전력을 공급하는 상황을 모델링 하여 AC Load Flow Analysis를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 선박에 전력이 공급될 때의 전기적 파라미터와 손실 등에 대해서 분석할 수 있다. 아울러 Transient Stability Analysis를 통해 계통의 사고 발생 시 선내 발전기를 통한 무정전전환에 대한 HSGT(High Speed Generation Transfer)의 한계값을 도출하고 이를 적용하였을 경우 결과에 대해 검토하였다.
생성모델을 적용한 나트륨이온 배터리용 슈퍼 이온전도성 고체 전해질 설계

Na-Ion Batteries(NIBs) is an alternative to Li-Ion Batteries(LIBs). Solid-state electrolytes solve critical safety issues of liquid electrolyte. In this study, we developed a platform involving generative model, high-throughput screening process and a machine learning surrogate model for identifying superionic Na-SSEs among Na-containing materials. Through the screening process, materials which showed potentially superior performance are selected, and their ionic conductivity were predicted. The surrogated model was constructed by ensembling two models with the best performance. 100 predictions were made for each model. In all 100 times, materials predicted to be superionic were inter-aggregated, and no material was recommended. Detail structural Descriptor will be considered. After this consideration, we believe this platform will accelerate the search for Na-SSEs with high ionic conductivity at a minimum cost.
과리튬 층상 산화물 양극재의 성능 향상을 위한 도펀트의 전산 스크리닝

Over-lithiated layered oxide (OLO) enables enhanced specific capacity with additional Li-ion in the transition metal. Nevertheless, extreme delithiation causes reversible oxygen redox and structural modifications, resulting in undesirable potential and capacity losses during charge/discharge cycles. To solve this problem, a doping strategy was used. Computational screening based on first-principles calculations was performed to select the ideal dopant. Li₁ ₄Ni₀ <SUB>25</SUB>Co₀ ₁Mn0 <SUB>65</SUB>O₂ ₄ is used to confirm the improvement in structural and electrochemical performance of the considered dopants. During screening, the criteria of formation energy and volume change are considered. Among the initial 29 candidates, 21 dopants can improve the electrochemical performance of the pristine structure. The top five candidates are Sr, Ba, Ca, Rh, and Ta. This research can accelerate development of stable and high-performance cathode for lithium-ion batteries.
