Congential absence of the vagina is a rare congenital condition of unknown etiology, occuring about once in every 4,000 normal female births. This case had an absence of the vagina, while the external genitalia is normal. We usued a McIndoe type of surgery. After careful dissection between rectum and urethral shelf, the free split-thickness skin was wrapped on previously made mold and inserted in dissected hole for lining of vaginal reconstruction. Abbe was the first surgeon who used split thickness skin graft for vaginal reconstruction, after McIndoe populized this method. We obtained a excellent result by using the McIndoe procedure for reconstuction of the vagina.

The cases reported in this paper include all patients with fractures of the facial bones, admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery of Han-Yang Uni. Hosp. during last 2 years. During this period, A total of 26 patients with fractures of the facial bones were admitted to this hospital. Fourteen patients(53.8% of the total) had fractures of the mandible. The other 12 patients had zygoma fractures)7 patients), nasal bone fractures(3 patients) and maxillar fractures(2 patients). The incidence was 22 patients (84.6%) in male and 4 patients (15,4%) in female. The greatest incidence of the disease occured in the age group of 15∼40 years. The most common causes were traffic accidents (69.2%). The injured site mandibular fractures were follwings. 1) Bilateral fractures were 4 patients, 7 patients in left side, and 3 patients in right side. 2) Most common site was symphysis (35%), condyloid process (20%) and body (20%). 3) Multiple fractures were 42.8%. The combined injury were 10 patients in fractures without facial bone, 8 patients in major laceration, 7 patients in cerebral contusion, one patients in subdural hematoma, and the other one is amputation of left arm. The treatment were intermaxillary fixation, inter-osseus wire fixation with arch bars and rubber band in almost cases. the almost patients were complete healed without any complication within 8 weeks.

동적 신경망은 temporal 신호처리가 요구되는 여러 분야에 사용되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 다층 신경망의 동특성을 향상시키기 위해 감마 신경망(GAM) 다루고 있다. GAM 신경망은 순방향 다층 신경망의 히든층에 감마 메모리 커널을 사용하고 있다. GAM 신경망은 선형 및 비선형 시스템 식별을 통해 평가되었으며 상대적인 성능평가를 위해 순방향 신경망(FNN)과 리커런트 신경망(RNN)과 비교하고 있다. 실험결과에 의하면 GAM 신경망은 학습속도와 정확도에서 더 우수하게 동작하였으며, 이러한 사실은 시스템 식별에 있어서 GAM 신경망이 기존의 다른 다층 신경망보다 더 효과적인 신경망이 될 수 있음을 보여주었다. Dynamic neural networks have been applied to diverse fields requiring temporal signal processing. This paper presents gamma neural network(GAM) to improve the dynamics of multilayer network. The GAM network uses the gamma memory kernel in the hidden layer of feedforword multilayer network. The GAM network is evaluated in linear and nonlinear system identification, and compared with feedforword(FNN) and recurrent neural networks(RNN) for the relative comparison of its performance. Experimental results show that the GAM network performs better with respect to the convergence and accuracy, indicating that it can be a more effective network than conventional multilayer networks in system identification.

최근 대학에서 IT-자동차 융복합 분야의 교육에서 많은 실험이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학 실험실에서 자동차 전공 학생들의 교육을 목적으로 센서네트워크 플렛폼을 구성을 위해 텔레메틱스 시스템을 설계 구현하고자 한다/ 개발한 시스템에 사용된 CPU 는h ATmega 를 사용하고 여기서 처리된 데이터를 네트워크에 전송하게 한다. 이 시스템은 자동차 전공자의 교육뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 유사 분야에도 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Recently much attention on IT-based convergence technology is focused on educational area. In this paper we develop the IT-automobile convergence system in a sensor network for educational experiments at university. The developed system, which is based on standard for telematics, is used for controling an overheated engine of vehicle. This system includes CPU with ATmega, the data is transferred to the sensor network. The developed system is usefully applied to the educations and its related system at IT-automobile engineering.

최근 대학에서 자동차 전공의 학과가 많이 개설되어 기계공학적으로 많은 실험이 이루어지고 있지만 텔레메틱스는 전자 통신분야에서 부분적으로 실험되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학 실험실에서 자동차 전공 학생들의 교육을 목적으로 텔레메틱스 시스템을 이해하고 응용하기 위한 표준규약을 기반으로 차량 내 센서 네트워크 플렛폼을 구성하고 자동차 기울기를 측정하는 네트워크를 구축 설계하고 구현한다. 기울기 측정 시스템에 사용된 CPU는 ATmega이고 여기서 처리된 데이터를 네트워크에 전송하게 한다. 이 시스템은 자동차 전공자의 교육뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 유사 분야에도 유용하게 응용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
