HPLC에 의한 Xanthinol Nicotinate의 정량(定量)

A HPLC determination method of xanthinol nicotinate(I) was developed for study of its stability and characteristics in solutions. I was determined using an ${\mu}-Bondapak\;C_{18}$ column with a mobile phase of methanol: $H_2O$ (1 : 1) and UV absorbance detection at 254nm. The results revealed that the method was enough to use as stability indicating determination with the mean of 99.9% and standard deviation of ${\pm}1.42%$ when analyzed 10 times for standard solution.

Secondary amine is determined by measuring the optical density at 655mμ of the separated water phase (controlled to pH 10.5) formed by adding 0.1ml of N-CuSO_4 solution and the mixture of 1ml of CS_2 and 3ml of benzene to secondary amine at ammonia alkali and by shaking the mixed solution. The same method could be applied to 0.01mg, 0.05mg, 0.1mg, 0.25mg, and 0.5mg of dimethyl amine and 0.5mg, 0.75mg, 1mg, 2.5mg, and 5.0mg of ephedrine. Under the above method accurate result is obtained below 0.5mg of dimethyl amine within the error of 0.57% and 5mg of ephedrine within the error of 0.54%.

High performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of Lidamidine-HCI in the antidiarrheal preparations was developed Lidamidine-HCI was dissolved in methanol and separated on an octadecylsilane column (??u-Bondapak C_18) with a mixture of methanol and water (80 : 20) as a mobile phase and detected at 254nm. The detection limit was 5-15㎍ and rate of the recoveries from model preparations was 97.58%.
