프리스트레스트 콘크리트 합성거더의 최적설계 알로리즘이 합리적으로 개발되었다. 개발된 최적설계 문제의 알고리즘을 MMFD,SLP,SQP 기법을 적용하여 풀어본 결과 최적해의 신뢰도와 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났으며 안정적인 수렴특성을 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발된 합성거더의 최적설계 알고리즘은 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 교량을 경제적이고 효율적으로 설계하는데 활용될것으로 기대된다. The algorithm for the potimum design of prestressed concrete composite girder is developed and solved using Modified Method of Feasible Directions(MMFD), Sequential Linear Programming(SLP) and Sequential Quadratic Programming(SQP). It can be seen that even though the starting points and optimization strategies are different each other, the objective function converges to within a close range, and consequently the reliability and efficiency of the underlying optimum design algorithm can be verified. It is expected that the optimum design algorithm developed in this paper will be utilized efficiently for the optimum design of prestressed concrete bridge.

Every research and reform activities in the ideological programs in North Korea start from 「Chuche」 idea and come to be resulted in it. The main trend flowing consistently in the chuche idea, however, is an ideology based on a thoroughgoing self-justification. Even though they say that Marxism-Leninism has been creatively applied to their reality, they have, in fact, interpreted it at their own convenience and packaged their own dogmatic interpretation in the name of a independent line. And then they have politically indoctrinated their people of the idea. The 「chuche」 idea, thus, has been transformed into a 「dogmatic ideology」and it has been used as a vehicle serving to rule their people within the frame of their regime. This is why the 「chuche」 idea has turned into a governing logic. The North Korean authorities, in the process of propagandizing chuche idea, have covered up their initial argument that the northern half of the peninsula was liberated by the Soviet forces. Instead, they, having even distorted their own history, have insisted on the false fact that what led to the liberation of Korea was the 「chuche」 idea created by Kim Il-sung and the armed guerrilla struggles by the agents motivated and led by the idea and its creator Kim Il-sung as their leader. Particularly, the 「end of ideology」 can be rightly said to be a revisionary one, approving and sustaining the status quo. The ideological orientation which the end of ideology contains in itself will be achieved through the ideology of the welfare state. However, such theories as 「end of ideology」 or 「convergence theory」have appeared throughout the world with expectations that two conflicting, competing, systems of captialism and communism would come closer to each other or converge into mutual integration, but they have failed to meet such expectations. All ideologies or isms are no more than the measns for human life, but not the end itself. In spite of this fact, Kim Il-sung in North Korea has put emphasis on the 「chuche」 idea in order to ensure one-man dictatorial system for his life-long rule and hereditary transfer of the power to his son. Such a series of events as mentioned above reveal the fact that 「chuche」idea is North Korea's unique ideology, which aims at keeping on the 「chuche」 bloodlineage. It is a transformed ideology by one-man rule dictatorship and bureaucratic manipulation. The 「chuche」 idea in North Korea has become a 「Kim Il-sung's ideology」 which is strongly committed to the justification of pre-modern, hereditary communism.

농업구조물 표준설계의 최적화 및 자동화를 위한 시스템 개발

In this study, optimum design and automatic CAD drawing programs for agricultural structures were developed. By using the system developed in this study, it is possible to get optimum design value automatically with the input of some parameters such as size and characteristics which identify the features of agricultural structures. From the developed optimum design scheme, the 3-D draft for agricultural structures can be generated and several cross-sectional view also can be drawn automatically.

공침법에 의한 $BaTi_4O_9, Ba_2Ti_9O_{20}$ 및 $BaTi_5O_{11}$화합물의 합성 및 그의 전기적, 열적 특성

The three different composition of BaTi4O9, Ba2Ti9O20 and BaTi5O11 were prepared by coprecipitation process, and then the dielectric properties of these compounds were measured at low microwave frequencies. The powder showing high level of purity was synthesised by the coprecipition reaction of BaCl2 and TiCl4 where (NH4)2CO3 and NH4OH were used as a deflocculent. Followings are the result of this study: 1. The sintering temperature increased with increasing TiO2 content. 2. BaTi4O9 powder were synthesized as a single phase by this processing technique, but the resultant Ba2Ti9O20 and BaTi5O11 phase existed with Ba2Ti9O20 and BaTi5O11 phases. 3. Single phase BaTi4O9 showed high dielectric constant value of 35, high Q value of 8100.

양이온교환반응에 의한 Organophilic [RCOOH]-Montmorillonite 층간화합물의 형성과 그 팽윤거동에 관한 연구

In this research, the organic salt [RCOOH] Br with long alkyl-chain was synthesized, and the organophilic [RCOOH]-Montmorillonite was formed by cation-exchange-reaction between Na-Montmorillonite and synthesized organic salt [RCOOH] Br. After drying of the organophilic [RCOOH]-Montmorillonite at $65^{\circ}C$ in high vaccum, the experiments for the probability of forming its complexes with various swelling-solutions as dist, water, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile, propionitrile, butyronitrile, toluene and n-decanol were performed, and the corresponding basal spacings obtained were 17.44$\AA$, 31.86$\AA$, 34.38$\AA$, 30.37$\AA$, 32.39$\AA$, 35.04$\AA$, 14.16$\AA$ and 14.63$\AA$ respectively.

충남 농업의 현황과 지역농업개발 전략

This study was carried out in order to provide a scientific model for agricultural development according to the suggested of Chung Nam Province. Data was collected through references issued by Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries, Chung Nam Province as well as discussions with officials of agricultural organs in Chung Nam area and the interviews with farm successors. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. The agriculture in Chung Nam area was a high importance, rice farming and petty farmer of farming units in industrial structure. 2. The agricultural environment in Chung Nam area are turning into business farming and special cropping pattern of crops, because industrial structure changed high level and metropolitan market enlarged scale. 3. The north-west of Chung Nam area and Daejon area has been turned into urban farming and has promoted growth of regional agriculture. 4. The development of regional agriculture in Chung Nam area has to be pushed forward into various divisions; a urban farming area, west plain farming area and north garden farming area. 5. The agriculture of Chung Nam will be furnished with the preparation of human resources and material resources, improvement of settlement environment in order to strengthen its competitive power. 6. The agriculture of Chung Nam in the future was considered to meet the reduction of cultivated crop, specialization farming, magnification of cultivated field per house, appearance of technical service enterprise, youthfulness of farmer for special farming, increase of non-food farming and appearance of side agriculture ofr pleasure.
