      • 중학생의 창의교육 방안

        하루가 다르게 변화하는 교육환경 가운데 경쟁력 있는 교육을 위해 그 어느 때보다 창의 교육이 절실하다. 학생의 성장 과정에서 중학생 시기의 창의교육은 중요성과 필요성 측면 에서 모두 만족하므로 다양한 학생중심의 창의교육이 시도되어야 하겠다. 수업 내용 설계 에서 학생들의 다양한 사고를 이끌어낼 수 있는 기술들을 활용해야 하겠고, 학생들의 생각 이 중심이 된 학습모형(TCLM)의 도입으로 기본 사고에서 사고의 확장까지 수업과정 중에 적용될 수 있어야 한다. 창의교육의 방법으로 인간중심문제해결 경진대회를 통해 참여와 협력, 집단사고, 비판적토론, 융합적사고를 통한 문제해결의 과정을 도전하며 배울 수 있 다. 또한 핵심역량에서 요구하는 도구, 이미지 등의 자료를 활용하여 창의교육이 가능하며, 명목집단법과 생각디딤돌로 대표되는 액션러닝을 통해 실제 삶의 문제들을 해결하는 과정 을 통해 창의교육이 가능하다. 실제 수업과정에서 어떤 도구를 활용하더라도 학생들의 창 의적 사고를 자극하고 탐구의 호기심을 줄 수 있도록 전략적으로 구성할 필요가 있다.

      • 環太平洋地域 經濟協力 强化方案에 관한 硏究

        This paper proposes to improve the effective economic cooperation of Korea with pacific Basin according to the regional economic situation and interdependence. The purpose of this study is to survey on possibility that the establishment of The pacific Basin Cooperative organization be formed. If Korea has kept up the pursuit of a foreign policy for growth since mid-60s, the main object area would have been many countries on the pacific shore area, and it will show a constant tendency without a large change after this time. It is not the regional intergrated economic Union in this basin like EEC, but the birth of this kind of economic Union is the matter of time because of the most economic dependence degree and the highest progressive potentiality in the earth, As the possibility of establishment economic cooperation Union is high, it is necessary to study the condition and situation of establishment of economic Union. On the basis of the above background of research, this paper reviewed the theoretical background concerned with the economic cooperation in order to emphasize the necessity of economic cooperation, analyzed the regional economic characteristics and the interdependence of the regional economic circum-stances to find the possible way of establishing the economic Union, and proposed the device of Korea's improving the economic relationship with this regional nations with reference to the business condition and economic cooperation. However, it is clear that the foreign economic policy of our nation should lay emphasis on the circum-pan-pacific area according as it has become the growth pivot leading the world economic growth since the 1980s and gone up as both central area of the national trade with EEC. Korea should participate in the current trend positively making an effort to reinforce the economic cooperation and become one of the founding member nations of the cooperative organization in the case of being established regardless any form of it. As many nation's opinions about the cooperative organization conflict with each other and contents of it are not yet concrete, Korea should take a cautious attitude in the political position. In this current viewpoint, it is hoped that Korea leads The Pacific Basin Economic Cooperative Organization area to establish it. Some people may think that it is impossible as Korea is not full of natural resources and has just gained the rank of a developing country. But there are two reasons why Korea should do it. First, Korea has an advantage over other nations to restrain a fantastic idea of Japan about the range of mutual prosperity around The Great East Asia with dissimilar element among concerned nations. Second, the developing nations including Korea should collect economic power to oppose violence of the advanced nations like America. It is desirable that Korea leads would have strong power as a community like EEC, the foundation of the economic organization of The Pacific Basin Economic Cooperative Organization. Otherwise, it will be destroyed soon as this has many dissimilar elements. The countries of this area should maintain close relation each other in order to solve such different elements. But in fact, although the circum-pacific area demands the urgent establishment of the economic organization, it remains a difficult problem not to establish easily. A possible and substantial form is like OECD, but the form is impossible in reality Therefore, there are many difficulties in the establishment of The Pacific Basin Economic Cooperative Organization. There is not secure that proposals on The Pacic Basin Economic Cooperative Organization will be realized. But, when we think about the dimension of quantitative magnification and qualitative deep for market, The Pacific Basin Economic Era can be established in the 1980s. Therefore these policy discussions must be studied and conferred in the furture. On the other hand, after World War �, we regard a logic of cooperation as a diffusion on the surplus business power. And if we are interpret the developing courtries' opposition as self-defensive effort on this diffusion, the implementations or the policy discussions on The Pacific Basin Economic Cooperative Organization will become a new experiementation station.

        Korea has recorded trade deficit of 40 billion dollars (US) since Korea restored diplomatic relation with Japan in 1965. Especially in 1987, Korean export to Japan recorded 8.4 billion dollars and Korean import from Japan recorded 13.6 billion dollars. Therefore, 5.2 billion dollars trade deficit happened. Japan think such chronic deficit caused by different trade structure between two countries, but Korea think it caused by Japanese own measures. Anyhow, Japan is the largest market next to U.S.A. for Korea. Japan has suffered from the yen appreciation since Plaza Agreement in Sept. 1985. This came from Japanese tremendous trade surplus, which forced Japan to open its market to the world including Asian NIEs since 1985. Recently, durable goods and jeep(car). Meanwhile, Japanese consumers are inclined to buy foreign products if they are satisfactory in price and quality. Under these circumstances the way to strengthen the competitive power of Korean products in Japanese market can be summarized as follows: 1) Improvement of quality through craftmanship: Korea's exports have expanded in the volume and amount because Korean government adopted exportdrive police in 1962. But there is no progress & in profitability because of inferiority of the quality which resulted from lack of craftmanship of the skilled labor. This craftmanship is essential to high quality. We should not overpass the fact that the products sold in Japan can be sold every-where in the world. 2) Development of technology and enlargement of technology introduction: Most of our exports depends on Japanese technology and the degree of the technological dependence is deepening. This is also the reason why we cannot overcome the chronic trade deficit between countries. Therefore, the introduction of technology should be multilateral and the government should stress on the technology development to increase competitive power of Korea's products in Japanese market. 3) Improvement of the image of our export products: Recently Japanese consumers are asking for perfect quality and functioning and their tastes show preference to high quality, differentiation and full service after sale. Accordingly, we should diversify products and brand in main export items. Also we should provide high quality, perfect functioning nice design and trade mark to improve the image of our products. 4) Efficient untilization of distribution system in Japan: It is well known that distribution systems are closed in Japan. Recently, however, distribution business circles in Japan face big changes. Large-scale firms reformed traditional distribution system by providing direct sale system to satisfy the various tastes of consumers with lower prices. We should establish the sale policy which can use this reformed distribution system in Japan. 5) Strengthening export marketing strategies to Japan: It is true Korean products still have the image as low quality and low-price products among Japanese consumers. Therefore, Korea's high quality products cannot be evaluated appropriatly in Japan because of this image, and it is difficult to reserve market share so far as new products are concerned. Various and flexible marketing strategies are demanded to offer the new image of our products to Japanese consumers.
