        Through this research of the analysis on the frequency flood discharges regarding basin property factors, a linear regression system was introduced, and as a result, the item with the highest correlation with the frequency flood discharges from Nakdong river basin is the basin area, and the second highest is the average width of basin and the river length. The following results were obtained after looking at the multi correlation between the flood discharge and the collected basin property factors using the data from the established river maintenance master plan of the one hundred twenty-five rivers in the Nakdong river basin.

      • 하천유역의 장기유출량 추정에 관한 연구

        In this study, the applicability of the three models was examined to estimated the long-term runoff series with the hydrometerological data of Sayon dam and the expected site of Taegok dam in the Taegok stream basin and the results are the following ; 1) From the point rainfall of Chuckwa, Keumgok, Kungkeunjung station, the areal average rainfall was calculated by Thiessen polygon method. And with these data of rainfall and other hydrometeorlogical data, the monthly runoff series of Sayon dam and Taegok dam were simulated by Kajiyama model, KRIHS model and Tank model. 2) In order to examine the applicability of the models, the simulated runoff and real inflow of Sayon dam over ten years(1986∼1995) was compared. As a result, Tank model proved to be better in the light of ME(model efficient), Bias,Ver(volume error),R(correlation coefficient) except RMSE(root mean square error). 3) Tank model in this study was composed of 4 tanks laid vertically in series, and the monthly runoff series of Sayon dam and Taegok dam was simulated from the hydrometeorological data over 30 years(1966∼1995) by Tank model. These monthly runoff series can be put to use efficiently in designing and managing dams for the water supply and in maintaining the water quality and in deciding on the river mainteance flow and in planning the public water supply of wide areas.

        The object of this study is to formulate the optimization model of the water resources development and water usage for the future water supply in the Pohang-Kyeungju area. The water resources in the area is much lacking for the water demands in the Kyeungju, Weolsung and Pohang region, therefore the water shortages must be supplied form Duckdong dam, Bujo intake station, Yeungduck dam, doil dam, Imha dam and self-water resources etc., and the system of the supply plan is organized. The Integer Programing model is used by means of the optimization method for the water resources development and the water supply planning.

      • 충주댐유역의 수위-유량곡선식의 유도

        The purpose of this study is to develope a rating curve in Chungju Dam watershed. Continuous records of discharge at gaging stations are computed by applying the discharge rating for the stream to records of stage. Discharge ratings may be simple or complex, depending on the number of variables needed to define the stage-discharge relation. The discharge measurements is made by current meter and floats. Measured discharge is then plotted against concurrent stage on graph paper to define the rating curve. Stage-discharge relations are developed from a grahical analysis of the discharge measurements plotted on either rectangular-coordinate or logarithmic plotting paper.

      • 體力의 發達및 持續狀態에 관한 硏究 : 實驗運動에 의한 發達을 통하여 Development through Experimental Exercise

        This paper is a study on the development of physical strength and its maintenance state in relation with experimental exercise. As the study object, boy students who are on the full development state of physical strength were chosen and put under the experimental exercise designed for this study three times a week for the period of five months. During this experimental exercise period, their physical development were carefully checked, measured and recorded once a month. The result was also calculated in terms of the development rate of physical strength. After the experimental period was over, their physical consical conditions were regularly checked and measured once a month for another five months. The result of this study is as follows: 1. The stature and the body-weight do not show any conspicuous development from the experimental exercise. There is only natural growth in the stature and natural increase in the body-weight. 2. The physical strength shows some development during the experimental exercise period; and the larger the muscular group is, the greater the development rate is. 3. The body-shape developed during the experimental period maintains its physical strength for a long period even after the five-monthrest period. 4. The ability of body-activity is developed very slowly during the experimental period, not regularly but rhythemically. 5. The flexibility becomes deteriorated during the experimental exercise period, and this state of deterioration continues even after the experimental period is over. 6. The respiration activity and the balancing ability show conspicuous development during the experimental period and the result is remarkable. 7. The physical strength is somewhat deteriorated during the two months immediately after the experimental period, but it gradually recovers after the two months. Seen from the above, it is proved that the physical exercise should not be stopped in order to maintain the physical strength and the whole-body excercise is more recoemmendabl to keep one's better physical condition.

      • 掃流力이 開水路 斷面 設計에 미치는 影響에 關한 硏究

        The uniform flow causes two problems in general when uniform flow runs in open channel One is whether the flow, the depth of flow, the cross sectional area, the velocity and the discharge are even through all section of a channel, and the other is whether the energe line, the surface gradient of water and the gradient of bottom is equal. And by this time we have designed the best hydraulic section suited to channel gradient by stand aga the meximum velocity for meterials which compose the bottom and the side a channel to stand agint inst erosion in desiging the section of open channel is eroded in spite of its being planned within the limit of maximum permissible velocity, for we leave the tractive force running the base of a channel out of consideration. The tractive force which is generally called shearing force or drag is in proportion to hydraulic radius or channel gradient, and it is greatly affected by the depth of flow. Accordingly the writer examined the relation of general design and the design of open channel by synthesizing the theoretical expressions of tractive in trapezoid section channel which is often formed in natural rivers and is commonly utilized in open channel, and studied on the effective method of design of open channel.

      • 河川의 計劃高水流量 推定에 對하여

        The Plan High Water Level Charge is the standard of every design for the control of water under river-con-struction. The value of the Plan High Water Level Charge was calculated the value of the excessive probability factor by statistical records from the past fifty years to a hundred years. But in fact, the rivers of Korea did not have the sufficient data for the observation. Therefore, it is necessary to presume the value of symmetry during the reappearancing as the value observated in a short-time. In order to presume this value, in stead of the maximum amount of High Water Level Charge, I made a time net order to take a day maximum amount of rainfall in a tear. The safety coefficient αwas calculated by the designing value presumed by a day maximum amount of rainfall in a year. It had been presumed by the analytical way in the past, but it is presumed by the for experimental data and formula at present. It is the effective way that we compare the theoretical formula with the experimental formula to the design of river improvement and control.

      • 實驗實習 機資材 管理改善 方案에 關한 硏究

        Until now we have purialed all kinds of the experimentation machine supplies which students have used as the experimentation practice and have managed and kept in the experimentation room or in the each school subject. As a result we, professors have had many problems in advancing our class and in the students living direction because of having too many sundry duties which we have to keep the machine utensils and the administrative arrangement after the fact arrangement of the consumption materials. In this study we have discribed not only from buying to operation, administration, and offer but also administrative arrangement. If we do following, so to speak, the machine utensils are operated and used as we have being done like existing and the consumption materials are operated in a fixed place in a college, we thing that we have the advantages of following. (a) the administration is accomplished systematic and reasonable (b) prevent a loss of the materials (c) the professors, the assitant teachers and the engineers can check and administrate completely the experimentation practice machine utensils (d) can grasp completely the total stocks (e) the professors can concentrate their students class progress and students living direction.

        7,12-Dimethylbenz(a) anthracene(DMBA)에 의해 유도되는 백서 타액선종양에서의 종양특이항원에 대한 연구

        Ever since the expression of new tumor-specific antigens was reported during malignant transformation, studies on separation, purification and characterization of these proteins have been so activated recently. Following experiment was performed to observe tumor-specific antigens by implanting DMBA pellet into submaxillary gland of rat for inducing salivary gland tumor. After dividing 280 rats into 2 groups, in control group, sham operation was performed on right submaxillary gland and, in experimental group, DMBA pellet (5mg) was implanted into right submaxillary gland. Then proteins from excised submaxillary gland by killing 10 rats every two weeks for 28 weeks were extracted with 3M KCI, and SDS-PAGE and PAS-staining were carried out for biochemical examination. The obtained results were summarized as follows; 1) At 121th week since implantation of DMBA pellet, tumor mass formation was inspected. And dysplasia at 6th week and invasive epidermoid carcinoma at 10th week were observed by microscope. 2) In control group, the weight ratio of both submaxillary glands had no any change, however, in experimental group, the ratio was increased remarkably. And at 28th week after DMBA implantation, there was more than 15 times of differences in weight between control and experimental group. 3) There was no DMBA remnant after 22nd experimental week. 4) In the SDS-PAGE, high molecular protein bands (more than 100 kd) were appeared much, and new prominent protein bands (66, 48, 41.5, 39, 37, 37.5 kd) were appeared after 4th week since DMBA implantation. However, 38, 27, 22kd protein bands were disappeared. 5) In PAS-staining, high molecular proteins were proteins were all glycoproteins and 37.5kd protein was proved as to be glycoprotein. And 38kd glycoprotein was disappeared after 4th week since DMBA implantation.
