증령에 따른 백서 전치 치수 상아경계부의 변화에 대한 광학 및 주사전자현미경적 연구

The purpose of this study was to examine the changes of the dentin-pulp complex from aged rat by light and scanning electron microscopy. For this study, thirty rats of the 3, 12, 24 months of age were used. Animals were perfused through the left venticle with 2.5% glutaraldehyde under anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital. For light microscopy, lower incisor was removed and decalcified in 0.1M EDTA with glutaraldehyde solution for 2 weeks. Each specimen was processed for paraffin embedding, sectioned at 6um, stained with hematoxylin and eosin, and viewed the middle portion of dentino-pulpal junction.. For the scanning electron ,microscopy, the specimen was removed and defatted in 20% KOH solution at 60°C for 24 hours, and dehydrated with aceton. Subsequently, specimen was coated with gold and viewed middl 'portion of dentinopulpal junction with scanning electron microscope (Hitachi S-450). The results were as follows; 1. In the light microscopic observations, the odontoblast was decreased in number and size with age. 2. In the scanning electron microscopic observations, the calcospherites was became irregular and decreased in number and size with age. 3. In the scanning electron microscopic observations, there was continued deposition of pen-tubular dentin, resulting in a gradual reduction in the diameter of the dentinal tubule with age. 4. In the light and scanning electron microscopic observations, the dentinal tubule was became irregular and decreased in number with age. 5. The age changes within the odontoblast were reflected in dentin.
Sarcoma 180 移植에서 일어나는 壤死의 宿主防禦反應과의 關係

According to de Long and" Comanl) , the kidney, liver, spleen, adrenal and the, muscle of the mouse were' chosen for suitability test for transplantation. For the . transplantation of ;tumor tissues genetically dissimilar to the recipient, the three sitesthe testis, the brain and the anterior chamber of eyewere used experimentally because these sites seemed partially protected from the defense mechanism of the host: Therefore, it is quite natural to assume that the unique findings are commonly seen in the heterologous tumor implantation into ordinary favorite sites of immune reaction. It is generally accepted that Sarcoma 180 is not strain specific and the_'tumor has lost its inherited histocompatibility gene. Therefore, the author intented to confirm whether the Sarcoma 180 really loses its histocompatibility or not. Materials and methods: Adult Swiss white mice each weighing about 209m were used for the transplantation of Sarcoma 180. For the tumor transplantation 0.2c.c. tumor-saline suspension containing 3x106 tumor cells was injected respectively into the kidney, liver, spleen, testis and the pleural cavity. The implanted mice were sacrificed 1, 2, 3 weeks after the transplantation. Gross and microscopical examinations were made. The results were as follows: 1. The transplantation of Sarcoma 180 was successful in all the sites except in the spleen. 2. In all the implanted tumor growths necrosis was confirmed except in the testis one week following the tumor transplantation.
