        시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준에 따른 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계

        본 연구는 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 감정노동 정도에 따라 직무스트레스와 고객지향성의 관계를 검증 하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2013년 11월 10일부터 20일까지 대전 및 충남지역 관할 경찰청에 등록된 10개의 시큐리티 회사를 무선적으로 선정한 다음, 집락표집방법을 이용하여 회사별 30명씩 300명을 조사대상으로 선정하였으나, 응답내용이 부실하거나 신뢰성이 없다고 판단되는 25명을 제외한 275명을 실제분석에서 사용하였다. 조사도구는 설문지로서 국내 외 선행연구를 기초로 재구성하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS 19.0과 AMOS 17.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 시큐리티 요원의 직무스트레스가 낮아지면 고객지향이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시큐리티 요원의 감정노동 수준이 낮은 집단이 직무스트레스와 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study aims to verify the relationship between customer orientation and job stress due to the degree of emotional labor on security agents. Objects of study are from 10 security companies, randomly selected from those registered on the Regional Police Agencies in Daejeon and Chungnam, from November 10th to 20th, 2013; thirty agents from each company, or three-hundred in total, were selected as research subjects by random sampling method. Twenty-five subjects were excluded for poor response contents and/or low reliability. Thus, only 275 subjects were included in actual analysis. The research tool was the questionnaire which was re-composed on the basis of domestic/overseas preliminary studies, while the data was processed through the frequency analysis, the reliability analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis and structure model analysis, using SPSS version 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistics package. Through the data analysis following the research methods above, the conclusion was acquired as follows. First, as job stress of security agents decreased, customer orientation increased. Second, the group of security agents with lower level of emotional labor positively affected job stress and customer orientation.

        민간경비원의 운동에 대한 필요성인식과 기간이 조직몰입, 직무만족에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data on policies related to the working environment of private security guards by identifying the need for regular exercise and the impact of the duration of participation on organizational immersion and job satisfaction. The responses to the survey of 249 civilian guards were used as analytical data and the following conclusions were drawn through statistical tests of factor analysis, correlation analysis, and linear regression using the SPSS Windows 18.0 statistical program: First, the higher the awareness of the need for exercise and the longer the exercise period, the higher the organizational immersion. Second, the higher the awareness of the need for exercise and the longer the exercise period, the higher the job satisfaction. Third, high organizational immersion due to participation in sports resulted in high satisfaction with the job. Considering the above results, it is believed that private security guards will be more aware of the need for movement and that the longer they participated in the movement, the more organizational immersion and job satisfaction will be increased.

        합기도 지도자의 인성교육 인식과 지도실제의 관계

        The Purpose of this study was to examined the relation between Recognition and Actual Practice of Instructor according to education in Hapkido Personality. To get the purpose participants was selected 247 Hapkido instructors. Selected data were analyzed for descriptive statistic, pearson relation analysis, and multi dimensional analysis with SPSS/PC 18.0. The result was as followed. First, Based on the recognition of Hapkido Instructors, there are no important factors between Hapkido and practicing. Second, There were positive relationship among factors of recognition of Hapkido personality but were lower positive relationship among factors of practice of Hapkido personality. Hapkido instructors" determination on teaching recognition has positive effect on guidance factor, practical factor, variety factor, if the teaching recognition has higher score then the teaching practice has higher practical teaching.

        시큐리티 요원의 조직성과에 심리적 임파워먼트의 영향력 분석 및 성별의 조절 효과

        In view of the fact that the psychological empowerment of members of an organization raises the job effectiveness and secures productivity, it is essential to secure and strengthen the psychological empowerment of security guard"s in order to enhance their performance in the organization. In this sense, the fact that the psychological empowerment partially influences the security guard"s performance in the organization, which is revealed by this research, and the results that the significance factor of the psychological empowerment influences performance in the organization most, followed by job satisfaction, and organization immersion but gender does not act as a moderator variable, can be utilized as important data to establish the psychological empowerment. Accordingly, to sum up these results, the psychological empowerment exerts important influence on the security guard"s performance in the organization, so it is necessary to give the psychological empowerment systematically to the security guard"s in order to have them contribute to the development of the organization by making the most of their capabilities.

        청소년들의 기분장애와 혈중 BDNF 수준 및 심폐체력의 관련성

        The purpose of this study is to investigate a relation mood disorders with brain fitness factor, blood lipid and physical fitness in teenager(yr: 18.09±0.91, height: 162.40±4.05cm, weight :57.18±5.51kg, %bodyfat:27.65±(6.90%). Results as follow; First, difference between groups as mood disorders degree is that was statistical significantly correlation on percent body fat and cardiorepiratory fitness. Second, mood disorder was statistical significantly correlation with percent body fat, BDNF, TG and HDL-C. Third, BDNF and HDL-C were increased as low as mood disorder however, TG and percent body fat were increased as high as mood disorder. Those results are meaning that we could’t tidy increase of mood disorder by particular factor, we can predict possibility that decreasing of BDNF cause obesity from decreasing of brain Neuroplasticity than mood disorder occurrence from obesity. It need to investigate that the reason of obesity by decreasing a brain Neuroplasticity.

        민간 경비원의 직무 스트레스 척도 개발

        Private security guard"s job attitude, compared with other jobs, has more positive effect on the overcoming of their psychological conflict, namely, job stress. As such, a job stress survey tool and scale for private security guard"s were developed by surveying 522 private security guards. The first survey questioned 93 people, thus completing a survey tool combined with existing data. The second survey questioned 195 people to define the factor structure and reliability of data based on an exploratory factor analysis. The third survey questioned 234 people to finally develop a job stress scale for private security guards based on a confirmative factor analysis of data. For this process, SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 6.0 programs were used, and the findings of this study are outlined as follows: First, this study produced a scale which consists of a total of 57 questions related to eleven factors including 21 questions based on open-type questions as well as diverse relevant questions. Second, three-time exploratory factor analyses and factor analyses for the confirmation of job stress scale"s factor structure based on the produced scale were conducted, thus completing a total of 20 questions related to two factors(inherent, structural). Third, two-time confirmative factor analyses were conducted based on this completed scale, thus excluding three inherent-factor questions and completing a total of 17 questions related to two factors. Also, to confirm the validity related to potential factors, average variance extracted value, composite reliability, and discrimination validity were confirmed, all proving to meet the criteria. In conclusion, for the surveying of private security guard"s job stress, 17 questions related to two factors(inherent questions:13, structural questions :4) proved to be valid.

        규칙적인 운동참여에 따른 시큐리티 요원의 직무스트레스가 친사회적행동에 미치는 효과

        In this study which was performed on a group of security agents, the impact job stresses arising from participating in exercises on a regular basis have on the pro-social environment was analyzed. Towards this end, data was collected on a total of 283 security agents to discover it is the participation in exercises by the security agents on a regular basis that makes their job stresses have a positive influence on their pro-social behavior. The discovery implies that the security agents who participate in exercises on a regular basis tend to comply with corporate rules more faithfully, earn the trust of their superiors and overcome their job stress, thereby responding to the excessive request by clients and providing them satisfactory services. It was concluded from the study, therefore, that performing exercises on a regular basis is most important to security agents.
